Lynise is incredibly knowledgeable and has the professionalism and sincerity to match. In addition, she LISTENS to what YOU are dealing with; and she understands that health and wellness is not a one size fits all approach. Also, I never once felt judged by Lynise, she makes you feel comfortable and she accepts you where you are in your health journey--without preconceived notions. There are many pretentious people in the nutritional field, but Lynise is not one of them (thank goodness). Therefore, it was refreshing to have her see me as an individual and not just another client. I had several sessions with Lynise over the course of 5 months and the nutritional protocol she put me on did help address the issues I was having. And it wasnt just food and supplements; Lynise also addressed my stress management with certain routines and resources. To be so detailed shows how much she genuinely cares.
