It was my first time here! My boyfriend and I did the 40 minute session. I absolutely love how they do traditional Chinese reflexology here compared to most other places with western reflexology. It makes a huge difference on the body, mind and spirit.Hannah the receptionist was an absolute angel, very bubbly and welcoming. The massage area was very tranquil with gentle lighting. I had Kevin for my massage and he is a natural healer and definitely knows how to intuitively move energy in the body. My boyfriend had Jason and he was very nice and great at releasing tension and stress in the body.We both came out of our session extremely relaxed, calm, and nourished. I definitely recommend them!! They also have awesome reflexology memberships. Well definitely be back soon!

My wife and I had a 60 minute massage package. It was utterly relaxing. The massage was amazing my surgically repaired foot feels renewed. The massage therapist was very professional and friendly, not to mention awesome at his job. The staff were polite, friendly, professional. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Went for the first time today. Truly not what I was expecting and left disappointed. What I was told would happen and what did happen were not the same. Receptionist seemed aware of the issues with the person who did my massage, she was very apologetic and nice. Due to that I was offered a free hot towel on my next visit, but there wont be a next visit.

I was welcomed by Hannah and Anya upon my arrival. The service was thoroughly explained and I felt very confidant in how the treatment would proceed. The treatment area was serene with subdued lighting. I was immediately relaxed. The lounge chair was comfortable. My session was with Jason. He was professional and I could tell wanted to ensure my comfort and relaxation. I had purchased the 90 minute session which began with head, neck and shoulders. He then worked on my arms and hands. Finally he worked on my legs and feet. I was recovering from a food injury and he took care when working around that area. I opted for the upgrade of warm neck support and aromatherapy oil scrub for my legs. Finally, I was offered a hot tea and trail mix snack before my departure. I will definitely return to the Relax The Feet location in Chesapeake, VA. They also offer a membership and weekday specials.

I had the most amazing experience ever. This was my first time receiving this kind of service and visiting this location. The check in was quick and the receptionist was very informative of their services and recommendations. I was directed to the next room. It was dim, and spa music was playing. I was directed to my seat and two baskets was beside the chair for my loose items. The massage was breathtaking. I had two oversized towels over my top area and my legs. I loved every minute of it. I am considering their monthly membership. It is a positive and great way for peace and quiet along with relieving tension.

Hanna and Ashley are the receptionists who check me in and to make sure that I were taking care of because it was our first time experiencing the reflexology side of things. And I can’t forget the people who is the master of the technique, they are great at what they do. Out of all of my years of visiting certain places in my lifetime, I would have to say Relax The Feet in Greenbrier has the best customer service, even during the midst of this COVID-19 era where tensions are at a all time high. Relax The Feet is a great place to relive stress, it’s a stress reliever. My husband and I went to the Greenbrier location for a 5:00 appointment. They were ready for us as soon as we walked in. We did the 15-minute chair massage and then the foot massage. I have been to numerous reflexology spots in many different states. I travel for work, and often indulge in these kind of massage places. This specific location is EASILY the best experience I have had thus far. From beginning to end, I was impressed. Jillian greeted me with a smile on her face and took the time to educate me on the various options and services offered. Peter was my masseuse. I would leave my husband for this man if he asked! ;) His technique was impeccable, switching from one motion to another as soon as I felt myself getting used to the one before. It was almost as if he could read my mind. I added the heated neck roll and the sugar/salt scrub. THEY WERE AMAZING. Afterward I chatted with Jillian for a bit and she was very pleasant and easy going. I cannot wait to return for work so that I can return to this location. You will not regret coming here!

Update: after seeing my review, Mariah called me to mend the situation. She graciously offered me one hour free, and after some hesitation I accepted. And Im glad I tried them for a second time. I had a different therapist, and the experience was much, much better! The pressure was great, and there were no calls or texts to interrupt the session. The receptionist on duty was also helpful and checked in often. Not many places these days care to improve customer experience in this way. Very impressed!Terrible experience. The therapist answered multiple text messages while working on me. She answered a phone call as well. Her phone rang 3 times during my reflexology session. Definitely wont be back.

My husband and I enjoyed a great date at “Relax the Feet!” What a peaceful and relaxing way to spend time together. We were treated well, never felt uncomfortable or embarrassed, and we were so relaxed afterward that we continued our date at a nearby restaurant. We will return again for sure!

From the moment you walk in the door, it is a relaxing environment. Hannah, the receptionist, was exceptionally attentive to me and the other customers in the waiting area, and even checked on me from time to time. In the massage room, it is soooo peaceful. The music, the water, the CHAIR... I could sit there for hours ♡ I will be returning soon.

I love how this establishment focuses on the feet and calves, with great quality massage and reflexology. My first experience was a great one! Even though there wasnt the traditional private room, it was still dark, cool and comfortable, and a very relaxing experience. Hannah & Hunter were great! Ill definitely be back (and this time Ill get the optional add ons!)
