Cant say anything about the doctor, but Amanda in the office is rude and unwilling to listen. Had an appointment scheduled for two weeks and get a call a few days before saying they cant keep the appointment for reasons that just dont make sense. Guess they are not interested in getting new patients. I deal with the public in my job and if I spoke to customers in this manner I would be fired. Horrible customer service!

Seriously the BEST GI doctor Ive had. He explained everything to me before my procedure was done, calmed me down and took the time to ask me about my favorite TV shows and joked with me. I was scared to death before I spoke to him and I after I met him I just felt like I was in very good care. I couldnt have gotten a better doctor who was so genuinely nice and patient. Thank you doctor Waldholtz for making my experience easy and pain free.

I had my Colonoscopy this morning with Dr. Bruce Waldholtz. He and his staff were very professional and thorough. I was at ease during the whole procedure. They were all very assuring and maintained a positive attitude. This was my first Colonoscopy and I was pretty nervous. They all made this experience a very pleasant one.

Excellent staff, and Dr. Waldholtz explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. The procedures went quickly and I was pleased with the after procedures explanations and care.
