The doctor Fink really fixed my foot.everything was perfect from the first appointment! He is very attentive and professional.The ladies who work with him in the office are excellent.I am very thankful!

Was unsure how visit would go due to to it being a small older practice but was very pleased and impressed. Knowledgeable and very kind.

Dr. Fink took my history and then focused on my current set of Dr.s. We agreed that I need my PCP to be an internist. He suggested Dr. David Cataldo.Also that I have a 24 hr urine/uric acid test. He wanted to know what kind of neuropathy I have and what is causing it, but I could not answer this.Looking at my left foot, he said that I have a bunion. He then sent me to Sentara at 713 Volvo Pkwy for a foot x-ray.I have a no-cost follow-up appointment on Friday to go over my x-ray.Yvonne Poley. 3/15/2021

Do not go to these people! The only reason I gave them a star is so I could post this review. I even have somewhere to be in less than two hours and I need to make dinner for my family before I leave and for me to take time to write this shows how disgusted I am with them. If you have any questions about your bill you have to call and leave a message. I did that twice before and never heard back. I called yesterday to pay my daughters bill but oh surprise nobody answered the phone so I left a message. So today during the time when I got an emergency phone call about my brother needing medical attention they called and I politely told them I was not prepared to pay at that time please call back. She called later in the day when I was still not able to pull my checkbook out, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and as I am trying to explain to her she keeps cutting me off and asking me if I am paying with visa or something else. She told me this account had to be paid today or I was being sent straight to the lawyers. Now being said my daughter was seen in Aug. so this bill is not that old and if I hadnt called to try to pay this bill I wouldnt even have heard from them. I cant believe that office could be that rude to somebody who called them FIRST to pay that bill.

He did nothing but look at my toes. Call in a prescription. And schedule to follow up without notifying me. Next thing I know I get a call from a collection agency. So if I have anything to do about it anybody I know will not be going there all he did was bash Sentar Podiatry the whole time I was there.

As a young man, I never thought Id write a review on a podiatrist or medical professional in general. That being said, my experience was an exquisitely pleasant one. Dr. Fink is an extremely intelligent and knowledgeable individual. I had an ingrown toenail and it caused me a lot of pain to walk. He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly, my whole appointment took less than an hour. I had no pain after the procedure and full mobility. I cannot be happier with this gem of a doctors office.

Should have been a zero star, Fink wanted to do immediate surgery on my broken toe, I went and got a 2nd opinion, no surgery needed.I sent in partial payment, they wouldnt accept it, tried to send in the remaining amount and now the check gets lost and they send me to collections.What kind of business doesnt take money? What a joke, run fast and far from this place.

Brenda is courteous and efficient at the front desk. Dr. Fink is fast, knowledgeable and thorough. He diagnosed my problem and ordered PT. So far, so good. Time will tell.Id recommend them to anyone.

The clinic was clean, the staff were wonderful. I have had a recurring ingrown toenail on my big toe and needed to have the sides of the nail removed permanently. Doctor Fink and staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, and I enjoyed talking with the Doctor during the procedure which took my mind off of what he was doing. I would recommend Dr. Fink and Family Foot and Ankle Care to anyone.

I went to Family Foot and Ankle care yesterday for the first time, (10/31) and saw Dr. Marc Fink. I must say I was very impressed with his knowledge, chair side manner, professionalism, and the time he spent with me. Took my mom & myself to this Dr a few years back. He did an awful job on her toenails ( cut them into points which caught on her clothes when trying to dress ) proceeded to cut on my foot with out numbing it. Made us wait in cubicle 15 min or so while he shot the breeze with someone about sports etc. Dr Fink talked trash about Chesapeake drs, hospital & Chesapeake in general. He actually told my mom her pcp wasnt even a real Dr!Worst Dr experience ever.I notice he says to ignore any bad review. I was a real patient & this is a honest revieI see Dr wFink responds this is a fake review.It is not.I WAS a patient ONCE. THAT WAS ENUF.WHY DONT YOU JUST STRIVE TO DO BETTER INSTEAD OF TRYING TO DISCREDIT YOUR REVIEWS.

Exceptional, genuine care; you will not feel like a patient- you will feel like a friend!! They type of courtesy and friendly service that cant be taught- its genuine.

Dr Fink is a wonderful doctor! His office staff is so accommodating, I would highly recommend him! My foot is so much better and I am ready to go!

Dr. Marc Fink is a great doctor and I looked forward to seeing him each time I had an appt. With his help my feet started to become much better. Since my last appt. Dr. Fink prescribed another round of pills, however, I havent taken them due to other pills prescribed by a different doctor for different issues with my back. When i received the automatic call for the appt. their was an option to hit a key if you wanted someone from the office to reach out to me. I thought this would be a great and easy way to let the doctor know what was happening and that i didnt need the appt. Today i received a call from the head desk clerk Im guessing Mrs. Fink, and she was rather upset that I had missed my appt. She said this is the second time you missed an appt. (First of all i never had missed one before I called in and rescheduled.) I mentioned that the automatic system gave me an option to be called about the appt., she had the nerve to say yes it says that but we dont get any notification like I would have known that or that it didnt matter. Saying she was going to charge me for the late appt. Its really too bad that the receptionist can mess up such a good relationship i had with that office. Her behavior and tone of voice on the phone was uncalled for. It got to the point where I had no choice but to hang up on her. You provide me a service not the other way around, all you needed to do was to reschedule now you lost a customer for LIFE.DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!

I had a ingrown toenail on my big toe. The doc. Could not do the procedure because he could not numb the toe. He then gave me an appointment a week later. I went in thinking he was going to try the procedure again. When i went in all he did was look at my toe and said yup looks like its looking good. It is still ingrown. I had to find a babysitter drive all the way to greenbrier and pay for a visit that could have been taken care of over the phone. Not impressed. I had a ingrown toenail a couple months ago and went to thefoot doc. On medical park way. He numbed my toe and did the procedure and sent me on my way. Much better experience there.

I had an ankle injury, so I was sore and uncomfortable and I went to see doctor mark Fink,I had to admit it was the worst doctor visit I had in my life ,no knowledge whatsoever I wasn’t impressed about the receptionist service either I won’t recommend this doctor to any patient .
