I love Dr. Germscheid and all of the staff! The front desk always greets me with a smile and enters all my information. Easy to get an appointment and her nurse is amazing, I always get taken back for my appointment right away. My phone calls are answered same day or next day by the nurse. Dr. Germscheid is thorough during her exam and explanation and really takes her time answering all my million questions. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a primary care doctor.

I have been going to this office for 15 years. I called on the 10th to get my anxiety medicine refilled. I was informed only then that I would need a new appointment to get a refill. So already starting off bad, yet again. I was never informed of this the last time I got a refill. I end up having to call their office everytime and its not the pharmacy because I have lived in four different houses during these 15 years and same thing everytime. So, the soonest the Dr could see me was the morning of the 14th. Fine, did the virtual appointment with my doctor and actually discussed that it is very hard to get my prescriptions through their office. She assured me its only because of strict regulations and told me she would send over the prescription. Well my pharmacy never got any request from my doctors office, yet again. So after all that they only refilled my allergy medicine because my doctor was gone for the day. This will be the last time I ever deal with this office. There is always a problem, whether its lack of communication on the doctors coworkers part or just incompetence, is beyond me. And I have seen two different doctors there. Same problem. Like I said I have been going there for 15 years and I should have started going somewhere else years ago.

I just had my first appt here almost two weeks ago. I was prescribed a medication at my first appt and ended up having a terrifying reaction to it after a few days of taking it. I called to ask my doc if I should keep taking it because I was genuinely concerned with the way my body was reacting to it. The receptionist took my message and relayed to the doc, then called back later and said the doc said to “stop taking it for a few days” and then “start the new prescription” that they just sent in for me. The next day I realized that “a few days” is not very clear instruction, so I called back to clarify how many actual days to stop taking it. She told me “five days”. It was weird to me that it went from “a few days” to now almost a week. If I hadn’t called to clarify I would’ve taken the new meds too soon, possibly before the others were out of my system :( I called again (remember that this was only the second time I called them on this day) because I was really really concerned with the reaction I was having and I wanted to make sure that I shouldn’t go to the hospital, and I also had read on the Walgreens RX details that it is really unsafe to “abruptly stop this medication.” I told this to the receptionist when I called and she replied with “well you just talked to the doctor 30 minutes ago.” I said I had a few more questions, and she responded with “I can take a message and she’ll get back to you.” Two days later I still have not heard from them. I went to another physician after this because the medication I was prescribed can have SEVERE consequences if not monitored and administered properly, especially if you are not reacting well to it and it was making my body feel seriously tortured. This physician told me that I should have been weaned on AND off of the medication slowly, starting and ending with the lowest dose (I was NEVER prescribed the lowest dose at any point), especially with the reaction I was having, and that if I hadn’t clarified what “a few days” meant and taken it too soon, I actually may have ended up in the hospital. And that based on the reaction my body was having, calling them with the questions I had was the right thing to do. I never leave reviews honestly anywhere, and I don’t say these things to be angry or negative, but I am leaving this review so that no one else experiences this, because I feel like I went there for help and left with worse problems and was made to feel like I am annoying for asking questions. And if someone has had this experience here I don’t want them to feel like they were alone. I understand they are busy and there is so much going on right now in the realm of health care, I can see how me calling again would frustrate them. But you shouldn’t make your patients feel like they can’t talk to you or ask questions, especially when it’s a medicine that can have fatal effects.

I see Dr. Germscheid as my primary care doctor, and I couldnt recommend her more. She is very thorough for physicals and is happy to treat multiple minor issues in one visit. When I recently saw her for my first sick visit, she was very thorough and seemed to want to get to the bottom of the issue rather than prescribe a quick medication and send me on my way. I also love her nurse - she is quick to return my calls and timely with refilling medication. I have moved to a different part of town, but I will continue to drive to see Dr. Germscheid as long as I am in the area!

My family have been patients here for 11 years. The staff and Doctors are always accommodating when we need to be seen quickly. We recommend this practice.

I wish I could rate this good because I adore Dr. Jubilee, shes just fantastic, and the nurses are great also, but the office staff - ugh. Their incorrect billings, double billings, and assorted paperwork screwups have been an absolute nightmare. Theyre nice enough, but I cant seem to get through a visit without an accompanying insurance headache that lasts months to get straightened out. It sucks when you love your doctor but have to consider leaving because the office is so very incapable of correctly billing your visits!

I love these nurses here, bless them! Dr Germscheid made me feel very uncomfortable to the point I kept things hidden (should never do this with doctors). Bedside manner was just terrible if not nonexistent, just staring at me as I talked to her my first visit with this bored look and would actually sigh constantly in a ugh, you done? way. Her assistant is a very lovely woman who I wish rubbed off on the doctor lol. So thank you nurses and her assistant, you have been great. Germscheid? Maybe switch to being a vet?
