I have been dealing with this office for weeks. I have a follow up study with a CPAP, but for some reason the doctors staff and the appointment center staff are incapable of completing this task. I called the appointment center and they told me that they have sent the document back to Dr. Dhawans office because it is missing the Dr.s Diagnosis. TWICE. The appointment center personnel told me that I need to contact the Dr.s office to let them know the diagnosis is not there. LAST TIME I CHECKED I WORKED FOR THE MILITARY, not for anyone affiliated with the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. The last time I called the Dr.s office, the woman on the phone said, I dont know why they said that, the information was on their the first time. I dont recommend dealing with these offices, unless you like the run-around game which these people are veterans at, apparently, since we have been playing this game for over a month.

Dr. Dhawan is very patient & caring. She takes time to listen to my health concerns & did not seem annoyed or rushed. I feel that she cares about me & my overall well being. She is very kind & knowledgeable about medicine & health.

Dr. D has great bedside manner. She listens and is very caring.
