I arrived at 10:12 for an appointment that was scheduled at 10:20 AM at Grassfield. I waited over a month for appointment. I was rudely turned away because I didn’t arrive 30 mins early. Every correspondence I had with doctor said to arrive at 10:20. I went back in and showed them the reminders that all say 10:20. She said they could not see me. Finding a new PCP. This office needs to find a new receptionist. Left desk. They do not give a $hi+.

Dr. Castaldo was caring, patient and professional. He explained things well and made sure to address all the aspects on my concern list and made sure to answer my questions.

My husband Was told to come 30 minutes early for paperwork. He’s been sitting in a room waiting for the doctor to come in for 1 hour and 12 minutes now. Hasn’t been seen yet and he said he just asked but they told him it could be another 10 minutes or so. Unprofessional to not only be this far behind (zero excuse), but also for no one to have come and addressed him in regards to the delay. Clearly no respect for people’s time. Believe it or not it is fully possible to give each pt quality time and NOT run over schedule. Get it together people.
