This is a great no-frills old school Chiropractic practice. Great price for the service. Dont expect the MD Experience, where a chiropractor tries to act like a medical doctor. These folks are old school, and will get you adjusted quickly. I count on them to help keep me running and my immune system strong. Because it is inexpensive and no frills, its easy to afford multiple treatments if you need them. No insurance though - they keep costs down by not dealing with that nightmare. Sometimes the service can vary in quality, but Ive only encountered one Chiropractor there who wasnt top notch. Most are EXCELLENT.

Love them! Great to have the business run this way. Other chiropractors should follow. The convenience of this business is meaning to us who really need them. True meaning of care.

Great, friendly chriopractor. A lot of useful knowledge, quick adjustment and the best prices in town! Wait time was about 20-30 minutes which wasnt too bad. Like that there are multiple locations close by and great hours.The prices are out of this world though! 3+ free one for $75 and it never expires? That use to be one visit with my chiropractor. Highly recommend.

By far the worst chiropractic experience I’ve ever had. I recently popped my rib out of place. Unable to get to my trusted and regular chiropractor until next week, I decided to give this place a try as I figured it could only get better. They offer walk-in only. I arrive, and there’s nearly a 45 minute wait. Covid? What’s that? 6 waiting chairs, with 8 people in waiting room, half of which didnt wear a mask. I filled out an intake survey, followed by much odder than usual liability waivers, including no insurance filing, if you had a car accident, or any injury in which you were given an insurance payout, you were kindly asked to find another chiropractor. The ‘on call’ chiro, spent more time coughing and hacking, but luckily he at least had a mask. I put on the form my rib was out of place, he vaguely mentioned it while skimming through my sheet. After a while of odd uncomfortable rubbing of my back in between heavy breathing and coughs, I was ‘adjusted’ but hardly felt that was the case, as I can relieve more discomfort myself with a foam roller. I asked what about my rib that was popped out, and he suggested I return a few times next week to take care of that problem. I’ll pass.If you want a cheap cash pay chiro, this is the place for you. If you actually want to feel like you’re body is in good hands and being healed, go see Dr Mark Gutekunst at Chesapeake Wellness. Unfortunately this was a waste of time and I’ll be better off Monday when I get an appointment at Chesapeake Wellness Center next week

Dr. DJ is the only chiropractor I’ve ever had who can make my headaches go away INSTANTLY! It’s truly like a miracle. Dr. Mark is also amazing and my headaches gradually reduce/go away after seeing him....his muscle rubs are great too!

This was my first time ever being to a chiropractor. I came in needing back and neck adjustments for lower back pain and my neck tightening up whenever i look to my right. Dr. Mark was amazing, and all my back and neck pain is gone! I feel like a spaghetti noodle now lol but i will absolutely be coming back here. Thanks Dr. Mark!!

I love this place but the guy in the blue shirt loves to talk to the receptionist instead of doing his job. Make sure you don’t get this guy. He talk to her while you’re on the table and not getting helped for at least 10 minutes.

I read great reviews about hilltops location who was unfortunately closed today so I drove 30 min for this location. I went in with lower back pain and left feeling worse, was in tears by time I got to my husbands truck. Service didn’t feel personal at all, definitely feels like I got “$25 treatment”I hope other people have better luck than I did.

Dr Mark Is amazing. I Always Leave feeling much better than when I came in. He is very thorough and addresses problem areas. Great Bridge is the best location, I never leave disappointed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!I staff member was great but the practice is a joke! The don’t adjust you they stretch you and put ice on your troubled area. They also massage your shoulders some but that’s it!No relief was given and it was a waste of $25.

DO NOT GO!!! Went in because I had a pulled muscle. After being bellyflopped on by another human being I have had more pain that I went in to get looked at. That was July, now in October, still have excruciating pain in my back, chest, and ribs. I would not advise going there at all.

I’ve visited this place twice and Dr. Mark is great! I always leave feeling brand new.

Dr. Mark is amazing and has helped me alleviate my migraines by a weekly visit. He takes time to address every issue and make sure you leave feeling better than when you came in.

Had trouble with a pinched nerve in my back. Dr. John had me pain free in 15 minutes! Great advice and very relaxed atmosphere! Go!

I went for an adjustment due to a neck pain. I felt somewhat better the next few days, but Dr. Mark told me I would need to be seen a couple of times per week for two weeks. Each adjustment I felt better and better. Just know that if you are in pain and only go once you most likely won’t feel 100% relieved. Now I go once or twice a month and I walk out feeling fantastic.

Dr Mark is amazing. My lower back was in agonizing pain for about 1 month. After his treatment, the pain is almost all gone. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely see them monthly to keep things in order.

Was hesitant going to a walk in chiropractor but Dr John was great! I have seen a chiropractor for 14 years and he definitely knew was he was doing. Came in not able to stand up straight and a hip out and left in significantly less pain and standing straight! Highly recommend.

I have been coming here since about 2010. I go all of the locations except Kempsville. Nothing against that one, I just don’t mesh with that Dr. She is rough around the edges. There are a lot of ways to explain things in a professional manner.Great Bridge is the best location then Laskin Rd. They are all very personable and they take time to explain things, especially why you are feeling pain.

Not sure if these are actual licensed chiropractors. I will certainly never go back. It honestly felt like she had no idea what she was doing. And I really felt worse after I left. They added a headache to my back pain. And no you dont need x-rays (woohoo) Thats like saying yea my car passed inspection but they really didnt inspect it they just stuck the sticker on.

Had a upper back/neck injury and lucky to me I found this place to be open at 8am on Sunday morning. Pleasant first visit with Dr. Mark. In and out in just a few min and everyone was polite and excellent to speak with. Listened to what I had to say about my injury and diagnosed my issue and Dr. Mark did what he does best. And after one adjustment I feel relief. Thank god. Still have more to go but just glad to see improvement after first visit. Thank you so much

Asked for a few things. Only cracked my neck and moved on. Didnt address my other issues.

The only thing negative I have to say is the wait times can get ridiculous. What you get with a walk-in clinic. But I have never had an issue here. Mark is very professional! Generally gets me not walking like a zig zag! And for a great price!

Initially good service, until the chiropractor decided to lazily drag the massager against my back while showing his coworkers photos on his phone.

I felt worse after leaving. The massage or any technique used did nothing to ease the pain or tension in my neck. I wont go back and I wouldnt recommend the place to anyone.

Yesterday I hurt my back and had extreme pain when trying to breathe. It hurt so bad I felt like puking so I went immediately to In8 on battlefield. He knew right where to adjust me and afterwards I could breathe with much less pain. Today I feel a lot better. I highly recommend In8 for their expertise and price!

I have been seeing Dr. Vinick since he had an office in Currituck years back. I love both he and Dr. Fenn. Each is entirely different in how they adjust, but are equally effective. And the price is right!

I just had my first adjustment with Dr. Fenn and I am thrilled!! He was so patient and explained everything before he did it. He even talked me through it as we went along. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fenn AND In8 Chiropractic to any of my friends and family. Okay, so today was my very first time at a chiropractor and I was NERVOUS. Im a worry wart so of course I went to the internet on information about chiropractic care and all I saw were stories of people being hurt beyond repair and videos of people getting snapped around. I was really reluctant.But I decided to at least go and talk to them first. I met with Dr. Fenn, and he was SO understanding and promised not to crack me around and assured me they would never do that, especially on my first visit. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and then talked me through it the entire time. He was gentle and didnt hurt me one bit. Ill probably need a few more adjustments at the very least - but I will DEFINITELY be going back to Dr. Fenn.I recommend Dr. Fenn to anyone! Especially if youre nervous or unsure. :).Also - it only took fifteen minutes!
