Although hold times on the phone were a little long (15 minute average each time I called), the staff could not be kinder. They answer all of my questions and dont try to rush me off the phone, even though they are short staffed. The Doctors listen to my concerns and provide thorough explanations and advice. I highly recommend.

**update the office called me back after review, i missed the call but appreciate their effort, again I will say I think this is a problem with front desk having to many repsonsibilities**Been trying to call since Friday to cancel an appointment, I cannot get through, I am on lunch on hold for 30 min again, I work so I cannot wait all day, if they had an email that would be great as I dont want to be charged as a no show. I agree with the below, we understand it is a hectic time for all, but no one has addressed this phone issue. Im assuming they have their office staff doing multiple things with too many responsibilities, they should have some dedicated phone reps

The office staff is rude and unprofessional. In addition, they do not answer the phone. Or if they do, you are on hold for 30 minutes or more. It is impossible to get an appointment. If you can speak to anyone in the office, you are informed that doctor schedules are not available and you cannot make an appointment.You are told that they will place you on a list to be called back at some nebulous future date when the schedule might be available. Dr. McCray is a wonderful physician, but virtually unavailable. The official statement is that they are too busy at the hospital to schedule appointments. This is malpractice. Plain and simple! I am reporting this situation to the AMA.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE.They are very incompetent, the ladies in the office worry more about their shopping and gossip than the patients. After more than 6 appointments they NEVER gave a diagnosis, they charge for tests that NEVER happened. After waiting over a hour PAST my last appointment I walked out and will NEVER return. I will die first. They tell you the doctor will be in to explain your test results but NEVER get to see them they always have a emergency. So NO ONE EXPLAINS. If I could I would give them a minus 10 stars. You HAVE to give them at least 1 star how dumb.

I am a new patient and the few times I called I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I am on hold with their office now and while waiting for someone to answer I was able to eat my breakfast, brush my teeth, apply my makeup, get dressed, dry and style my hair and type this posting:( AND I am still on hold!!!!! The recording says your call is important to us if our calls were so important then why wouldnt their office manager try to resolve the issue with the wait time!!

I have been trying for months to get ahold of someone so I can make an appointment. The phone rings for well over 30 minutes and a few times, I have been hung up on. Although the doctor was wonderful, the staff never answering the phone has made me find a new physician.

Do not call them. It will be faster and more possible to get assistance if you just show up in person. I spent over an hour on hold waiting to speak to someone about an appointment and no one ever picked up.

It really is amazing that they have no one there to answer the phone. I am waiting as I type this - 40 minutes on hold. Their doctors and nurses are great but it is a terrible reflection on them that they absolutely will not answer the phone. It’s hard to imagine they can’t afford to pay someone to answer the phone. I guess I’ll drive over.
