I re injured my shoulder and was in need of pt. I went somewhere else for my surgery and physical therapy from when I first inured it - they were fine and I had planned to go back there. Coincidentally, the week I needed to schedule I saw that Ivy Rehab was a sponsor for the swim club I’m a member at. I always want to support businesses that support local non profits. Because of this, I tried Ivy Rehab out. My first experience was great. Their customer service and attentiveness to their patients is superior to my last PT experience. The staff is warm, welcoming, friendly, and highly trained. Try them out and thank me later. ;)

Best in the business! If you want to get better and work with a staff that genuinely cares about YOU and will work their hardest til you even exceed your best, then this is the place for you. I was genuinely sad when PT was over because they are a lot of fun and extremely motivating!

What a life changing experience, I physically couldn’t even stand up straight the day I went into ivy , Ryan took so much effort and care to ensure my well being! He went above and beyond every week for months! And now my lower back pain is a thing of the past ! Absolutely recommend ivy to everyone! Great experience!

I had a very bad and unprofessional experience. I’ve been to other chiropractors in the past. I wanted to try Ivy because it had good ratings and was closer than my favorite Chiropractor. I was given the same exercises for the weeks I was there with no improvement. The secretary was the worst. When I came in to get paperwork for my visits, she told me to go home and see if I could find the papers she already gave me because it was too much paper being used and to come back if I couldn’t find the papers. I was shocked at how rude, unprofessional, and ignorant she was. I will never go back there and wouldn’t recommend it either.

I am an occupational therapist and had a hard time finding the appropriate rehab facility until I received exceptional treatment from Ivy Rehab. The staff at Ivy Rehab in Cherry Hill are welcoming and professional. Wayne, the physical therapist, is knowledgeable! He incorporated my input when developing my individualized treatment plan and took the time to explain everything during the treatment process. Moreover, with Ivy Rehab Cherry Hills help, I achieved the results I was looking for. I highly recommend this rehab facility!

I cant say one bad thing about Ivy Rehab in Cherry Hill!!! The facility is clean and easily accessible, but what I love most is the wonderful staff! They honestly put a smile on my face as soon as I walk in the door. Not only are they extremely welcoming, but also they are amazing at their jobs. I had knee surgery in March of this year, and I was extremely nervous to get back on my feet. With the help, guidance and support of each staff member, I am now walking and getting around like nothing ever happened! I will forever be grateful for Wayne, Jen and Jaclyn!

I really liked the staff and the PT. The ease of making an appointment was wonderful, Wayne (PT) reviewed my intake paperwork carefully, gave me an extremely thorough exam, provided a lot of explanations about what he was measuring, why, and how my numbers looked compared to average patients. He gave me clear instructions for the exercises I needed to work on between appointments and gave me a clear plan for what to expect moving forward. He was clear that I have a lot of work to do, but was extremely confident that with the right plan, we would be able to improve my quality of life through physical therapy. The office was clean, open, fresh, and full of the right kind of energy. I couldnt have been happier with my experience at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy and I highly recommend them.

The staff is very welcoming and kind. Wayne and Erica take their time to explain what you need to do and how to do it the right way to help in your recovery. I believe this helps with the overall atmosphere of the facility it also helps when you have a team that is personable and cares about you as an individual.

The team at Ivy Rehab, Cherry Hill location, has been a very positive experience. Courtney, the physical therapist, is amazing for many different reasons. He is very attentive to what youre feeling that particular session, in comparison to previous session. Adjustments to plan, are made accordingly. One of the amazing parts of my experience is the encouragement I receive when Im feeling frustrated at any given point, this comes from every employee you have at this location. Never underestimate the importance of your front desk staff, they are the bread and butter to our initial experience. Jen is amazing, and encouraging just as the rest of your staff, handling the insurance portion of this process, is a gift, and Jen has been amazing. Jacklyn, I love her as well, is a very important part of the rehab sessions, as she pays just as much attention to my progress. She communicates progress, setbacks, concern, and any other relative information, to Courtney, and he adjusts plan accordingly, and as I said before, is very encouraging. I feel my progress has moved quickly, safely, and professionally. The entire staff have been excellent. Beginning day one, I met Jen at your front desk, I felt very welcome, and the environment has continued to be a very positive vibe. Ive been treated as an individual patient every single time I walk in the door, rather than a number in a chart, which is very refreshing. The fact that this is a small and intimate facility, I believe makes all the difference, in the personalized attention, would be wonderful to see more medical facilities set up as such. Ive even experienced getting to know other patients, and we encourage and celebrate one another throughout our sessions, including celebrating someone completing their program with happiness. I was referred to Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, by Dr. Graywith Reconstructive Orthopedics. Im grateful to him for referring me to such a wonderful facility where I feel good about my progress and hard work. I was very emotional when I found out that Jen would be leaving, which took me by surprise, this is proof of the importance of the staff working as a team. Your business is very fortunate to have the staff that provide such a positive environment at this location. Jen, amazing for her high level of positive energy in every portion of my experience. Jacklyn, she is amazing for many differ reasons, in a very different way. She listens carefully, provides encouragement every step of the way, and treats me as an important patient, and uses many different ways to bring up back up, when you feel youre falling backwards. Courtney, again, amazing. He provides a very professional and attentive portion to my treatments. Hes especially very good at telling me what I need to hear, rather than what I want to hear. Hes honest, attentive, encouraging, and works amazingly as a team with Jacklyn, both based on great communication from me, and amongst themselves. I truly could go on and on about my experience with your staff at the Cherry Hill location and your staff, but I will leave it with this.
