Get here for my first appointment and no one to greet you, just a room and chairs and a sign that someone will get you. I had a 2:30 appointment and sat there till 3:20, as people come and go. No one even acknowledged me once. Waste of an hour. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.Edit: they dont serve confirmation itemsMy wife confirmed on phone and they told her the wrong time completely. Kaleidoscope ABA is a phenomenal organization! Their partnership with the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Center for Autism really sets the program apart. It gives the staff world class training and unlimited access to ground breaking research and incredible resources. Most importantly every company decision is always based on what would most benefit the children and families that are receiving services. The management team is open minded and always willing to hear and implement new ideas. The company is growing and there are many opportunities for career advancement.

I recently started working for Kaleidoscope ABA as a Behavioral Technician and can’t believe how amazing my onboarding experience has been so far. Everyone from the first person I interviewed with- Kristina Fiore director of Cherry Hill, to my training BCBA supervisor Himanshu, to Dr.Macatee herself have been so welcoming and made me feel comfortable in a time where things are so uncertain; they truly know how to make you feel certain for making the right decision by choosing Kaleidoscope whether it’s a career change or bringing in your child for support, care and growth. This is also the ONLY company I’ve ever worked for where the executive director personally sent me a handwritten thank you/welcome card to my home prior to training. If this is how my experience has been in just a few short weeks I can only look forward with excitement for what’s next to come and working with the kiddos!!

KFS ABA goes above and beyond other agencies on multiple facets pertaining to human service. From a professional prospective at the agency, the staffing delivers quality services which keeps the parents involved pertaining to services. The group of professionals are passionate about the job and the individualized goals for all youth. I would highly recommend all services at this agency as it will lead to future successes.

My 3 year old daughter currently goes here and from the moment we walked in the doors to check the place out, it has felt like home. Emily is the BEST and Tori, Tam, Lorena, Ela and the other staff are amazing! My daughter is thriving and its thanks to this wonderful place and the people who work here. They truly love my daughter like their owe and I cant begin to thank them enough for going above and beyond for my girl and for the rest of our family as well. I went to their grand opening to check out the space with a friend and I have to say, it was so inviting and open! The staff were extremely friendly and it truly is a very different setting than Ive seen before. The space was not dull and had various toys and activities for the kids to engage in - I would want my kids like this because it gives the kids the opportunity to not feel confined in a space all day. I wish them the best of luck!!

I have been working in ABA as an RBT for five years. This has been by far one of the most amazing places I have ever worked! I’m working towards becoming a BCBA, and my supervisors have been nothing but supportive to make sure I am receiving the most useful and productive on-the-job training. I began working for Kaleidoscope ABA May 2020 and in this short period of time I have learned so much from the staff. The communication between administration and staff is fantastic. I would recommend this company for anyone that is looking for a new career or seeking ways to expand their own personal experiences.
