This was my first office appt. from the time I walked in staff was attentive & check-in process went smooth. Testing was explained every step & wasn’t rushed. Seeing dr was informed & put me at ease knowing I had all the facts of what cataract surgery would be. Last step was scheduling the procedure, before & aftercare. I came out confident that that all my questions were answered Next step is the procedure

Had my LASIK done last week and had been thinking about doing it for years. The staff at Kremer Eye Center- Cherry Hill was wonderful from start to finish. Dr. Hoffman was so caring, thoughtful, and thorough. She even called me later that night to check up on me. Neither my husband or myself could have imagined a better, smoother experience. I felt safe and cared for the entire time. Thank you Kremer for allowing me to see without assistance!

The procedure I had done went well and was seamless. My point of contact was Christie at the Cherry Hill location. I called today (7/29/21) regarding questions I had about the lifetime warranty and satisfying follow-ups, etc. I spoke with a representative that was unsure of how to answer my question. Once again I requested to speak with my point of contact, Christie. The representative on the phone began arguing with me because I was requesting to speak with Christie. I had to beg the rep to take down my contact info for a call back, she did not take down my name nor repeat my number back to me as I asked her to in order to confirm. I asked the representative’s name and she hung up the phone. This is extremely unprofessional and from what I’ve gathered the business model is, pay for the procedure and then you’re just a notch under Kremer’s belt. Extremely unprofessional and argumentative in nature.

I was very impressed on yesterday at Kremer Eye Center with my dad JOHN ADAMS. Everyone was very helpful and kind. One of the things I liked was there thoroughness with my dads examination and the testing on his eyes.I will definitely tell others about your services in your facility! I got corrective surgery to correct astigmatism and poor eye sight in Feb of 2019. I wanted to wait to write this review as I was told my condition may improve with time. It has not.In the daylight, my eye sight is great! However, I have major issues when it is dark. I have very large pupils and, apparently, if you get corrective eye surgery with large pupils, you can end up having starbursts or halos. Google it - it is awful. The only thing I can do is use expensive prescription drops 30-45 minutes before I need to be able to see at night.My issue with Kremer is that they never indicated that I may have this type of response to the surgery due to the size of my pupil. If they had, I would have gone somewhere that specializes in corrective surgery for people with large pupils. They were fully aware of the size of my pupil - in fact, during one of the tests they perform in a dark room, the technician had to bring in a flashlight to shine in my eyes so my pupils would not be so dilated.I am disappointed with Kremer. They seemed great, but the results speak for themselves.

Went into Kremer to get my glaucoma pressure checked. I was in and out in under an hour. The staff and doctors were very friendly courteous. The place was well kept. A very clean establishment. The doctors and staff talk to you like youre somebody not just a patient

The ppl there were so very nice & also the drs. I have an issue w things next to my eyes and they were very gentle with taking care of that.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor is thorough and very patient. He answered all of our questions in layman’s terms and he showed pictures so that we were clear and comfortable with the process . The staff is well organized and they speak very highly of the doctor’s credentials and capabilities. Impressive !

Have not had the surgery yet but so far it has been a great experience. The staff doing the scheduling, the tech preforming the tests and the doctor have all been courteous, informative and helpful. Everyone answered all questions I had. I even called regarding a change in a prescription and got great help. I highly recommend this practice

Dr. Jesse Richman was wonderful. The best physician visit I have ever had. Extremely thorough, patient and kind. He answered all of my questions and also took time to explain everything that was done and his plan of care going forward. As a new patient I couldn’t be more pleased. The office staff also very professional and helpful, especially mindful in today’s environment.

Anyone considering Kremer or having second thoughts. Erase it from your mind. They were fabulous. From the beginning to the end, their quality is impeccable. No regrets.

Patient friendly ; very organized and helpful

Had a lasik surgery done at Kremer because my friend referred me. She got hers done at king of Prussia location and had a great experience! I went to cherry hill because it’s closer to my house. I didn’t have that good of experience.First of all, their wait time is ridiculously long. I usually arrive 5-10 mins before the appt time and still have to wait 30-40 mins in the car before I get called in, and wait some more inside. So pretty much, a 20–30 mins appt will take about 2-3 hours. I asked the front desk why the wait is so long (for 4 appointments already) and their answer was that there were many people infront of me and my appointment At 2pm is too late in the day so it’s backed up since they started taking appt since 7:30am. I don’t understand why they don’t space out appointment so they don’t overbook. I feel like my time is not being respected. I had to take off from work, hire a babysitter to make it to the appointment, but they don’t seem to care.Eye dilation during the consultation: they sent me home and asked me to come back again with a driver for the eye dilation because they say I would not be able to drive. I had to ask my husband to take off from work to come with my newborn baby to spend another 2-3 hours of our days again only the do the dilation and On the day of, they went back on their words and said it’s usually ok to drive, and I can totally see just fine. What a waste!!After the surgery, at the 10 mins follow up appointment, again, arrived 5 mins early, waited 40 mins in the car. I told them that my left eye is still irritated and it was sooo painful after the surgery. They looked and said everything looks fine and just sent me home, like they didn’t care to ask if it doesn’t go away I should come back or anything, nothing!! They were rushing me out the door after such a long wait.If I could go back, I would not go to this location. Very disappointed!! Wish I could give 0 star.

Amazing experience with Kremer! Dr. Aronsky did an incredible job with my PRK surgery. The surgery itself took about 10 minutes and he walked me through the entire process while it was happening.While Im still recovering, Im seeing better already just a week after! Kremers prices are higher than most competitors, but I feel like its worth it. Youre treated well every time you walk in, all of the staff are kind and you cant put a price on perfect vision.

After having me run around for physical for surgery and have two Covid tests done. Less than 24 hrs before surgery there appointment center calls saying they didn’t get all paperwork before cut off time. When simple call this morning could of straightened things out. Now wanting to reschedule another month of waiting.

Everyone was kind and courteous. I was seen on time and taken through a variety of tests by a very professional young woman before I saw the doctor. Finally when the exam was completed the doctor addressed all of my concerns and took the time to educate me about the disorder I had been tested for. Thankfully, I am fine. I plan to go back next year for a follow-up visit. I highly recommend Kremer Eye Center!

At the Kremer Eye Center every person there took their time to be thorough, covered all the info I needed, and treated me with kindness and respect. They use the latest technology and keep up with their research. I have macro degeneration and cataracts, so its complicated. Dr. Richman laid out a great plan that is achievable. I recommend Kremer to anyone who needs help with their eyes.

I had an eye check up visit. The Kremmer office in Cherry Hill NJ is handling the Co-Vid outbreak very seriously and there are many securities in place. You stay in your vehicle until your appt time. When you are texted to come in your temperature is take as well as a questionnaire. Everyone I came in contact was super nice! (Lexy n Christy) hope I got their names correct as well as the nice woman behind the large desk! Dr. Richman was very nice n went over my options with me . Felt safe n secure whole time.

I had an absolute AMAZING first time visit with Dr. Jesse Richman and the Kremer staff!! There was no wait time, not more than 3 people in the waiting area including myself, every inch of the offices were sanitized and immaculate. Everyone had on face masks at all times, very organized, professional and friendly. Every room I entered had been sanitized before and after every patient. The restrooms were sanitized and very clean.Dr. Richman was very professional, nice, didn’t rush and thoroughly explained everything clearly so I would know exactly what he was talking about. Kremer makes you feel extremely comfortable throughout the process which is the main reason i chose this place to get it done through all of the lasik options out there. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable. Kristi, who is your main point of contact was able to answer all my questions. She really made me feel like i wasn’t just a sale. She was able to help me through the whole process and found a closer eye doctor for me to do my follow ups with that the office had a good personal relationship with. They never rush you here. They answer all your questions and treat you very well. I would do it again in a heart beat and would definitely chose Kremer. (I went to the cherry hill office)

Was hung up on twice when selecting option 4. This is not how I would treat someone looking to spend money.

On Friday morning January 4, 2019, I underwent a cataract removal from my right eye at the South Jersey Surgical Center following a comprehensive exam at his office in Cherry Hill by Dr. Jesse Richmond, MD. I received outstanding care throughout the entire process. Dr. Richmond and his staff, both at surgery and initial exam explained everything and recommend surgery. Well its been just over 72 hours and my vision is unbelievable. I can see at night and no longer need a contact lens and experience no pain.I thank you Dr. Richmond and your staff !Alan K., RN

Had glasses since I was 5 waited till I was brave enough for consult at 37. Best decision of my life should have done it years ago. The freedom is over whelming. The staff relaxing and professional. Best money I have ever spent on myself. My advice dont be scared a couple of hours of discomfort is worth the experience and freedom of daily routines from contacts and glasses. I had a wonderful experience at this office. The girls at the front desk, the technician that did my testing. Dr Richman and Angela were all so very kind, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Cohn was professional, engaging , made sure I understood the results of my exam and provided me with an in-depth explanation of my ocular health. Their facility is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Shame I dont need to go back for a year!

I had 2 cataracts, one removed 2 years ago and one removed Aug 31,2018. Each procedure was done by Dr. Richman. I could not ask for a better experience. He and his team are the best. I am an anxious person, the thought of have my eyes open while everything was going on, sent me into an tail spend the first time. But the most recent procedure I so relaxed, b/c the team had won my trust and confidence the first time. I thank them so much for their kindness and courtesy. I can not say enough positive things about them. Thank God I only have 2 eyes, but if I had a third, I would entrust you guys with it! 💗

Its the best decision I ever made to get lasik. I had it done at Kremer Eye Center in Cherry Hill a little over a year ago. Today my vision is still 20/15! I can see better than I ever could with glasses or contacts.The people there are so nice and helpful. Everything goes real quick and doesnt take a lot of your time. It was painless minus a few hours of discomfort after the procedure and I was able to see clearly with a little less than a day. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their life immensely.

Dr. Hoffman did my LASIK last week and my experience was fantastic. She really took the time to explain every part of the procedure and during the actual surgery. The entire time she and her staff walked me through the process and constantly made sure I was comfortable. My vision was so bad I could barely make out the large letters on the chart. Less than 24 hours after my surgery I was 20/25 and already seeing sharper since that follow up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!

All employees from front desk to techs, financial consultants, doctors, and surgeons were pleasant and helpful during my LASIK consultation and follow ups. The office is clean, and equipment for preparation of surgery is high tech and up to date! Overall an amazing experience.

I never thought I would get laser vision correction but unfortunately due to how long I wore contacts the were no longer a viable comfortable solution. I did my research on Philadelphia area vision centers and chose Kremer because of the price, value and how I was treated each interaction I had with them. I had PRK here in September 2017 done by Dr. Hoffman. Everything from my consultation, pre-op, and all of my follow ups have been stellar. I 100% recommend Kremer Eye!

I never considered going anywhere else for LASIK. The experience demonstrated by the doctors at Kremer, along with their reputation for excellence, made this one of the easiest decisions Ive ever made. No-brainer! Great experience.

I had gotten lasik at Kremer in King of Prussia. Great experience. Then I go to the Kremer cherry hill location for a follow up and it was horrible. The place opened at 8am and I had my appointment at 9:15am. I am waiting for 45 mins and then ask them how behind are they as I took time off work and needed to get back for a meeting. They tell me that typically an appointment takes and hour to hour and a half from coming in to being done. That means you are in the waiting room for 55 minutes to an hour 25 minutes as you really only get 5 minutes with the doctor. How is that ok? Why are they not more organized? There’s no one else in the waiting room....why is the wait time up to an hour and half???? I would highly recommend people to go somewhere else as this location just doesn’t seem to have it together. (They then told me I’m welcome to reschedule which then means I just wasted almost an hour here only to come back and waste more time in the waiting room. Ridiculous.)

Kremer Eye Center 457 Haddonfield Road in Cherry Hill was hands down the best place to have my Lasik proceedure done. Every single associate in that facility goes above and beyond to make people like myself happy. I had Lasik done over one year ago and I have to say that it was abolutely the best investment of my life! Money well spent, yet also very affordable! The procedure was quick, painless, pretty much in and out. The recovery was nothing at all. Not too bad in my opinion for a lifetime of 20/20 vision or better!
