Told them my heart was skipping beats. They called back said they understand my heart is racing. I never said that. It wasn’t. They said well because my heart was racing I had to go to the ER. I never said that. They have a poor communication chain.Number two gripe: they never see you if you were sick. Even years before covid, if I ever was sick they told me they don’t see sick people and to go to the ER.Great doctor if you’re healthy, terrible if you need help. They have so many patients and it’s such a populated area I suspect they have no interest in seeing anyone in dire need when there’s easier cases to be seen. Been going here ten plus years, but after last time when I needed help and they fabricated symptoms and used those fake symptoms to deny me care, I’m never coming back.

Dr Roy in person is a phenomenal Doctor. He is kind, patient, and empathetic.Where I have an issue is when you are not being seen face to face. I have had issues on multiple occasions in getting a response to MyChart mails that have been sent or explanations of doctors results.Whether getting no response or short and less than explanatory responses, this is always the case. He also has his nurses do the communication, so there is no ability for clarification or follow up.It’s unfortunate as being a Doctor means both in person and remote during the covid times we are currently living.

Dr Roy is amazing kind doctor. He’s calm and attentive.He is very thorough with his patience. Dr Roy also follows up.Can’t say enough about how fantastic this doctor is

Dr Roy is the most kind physician I have met. He listens, he is very knowledge and never talks down to a patient. He helps you to understand and will answer you with polite compassion until you are clear with his answers. He is an example of helping with having a positive patience experience.

He is the best doctor I ha e ever seen in my life. He is very knowledgeable, takes time to answer my questions and concerns. He is very kind and caring. I highly recommend him.

My parents got handed off to him when their doctor left the practice, and they cant get a call back from the doctor or his office. Pretty bad in this day and age.

Whenever i see Dr. Roy, hes very kind and remembers exactly where we left off. Hes very well rounded and even helped me with stress reducing techniques, which i was very surprised he had knowledge of. He is the best Doctor i have had. He truly shows care for his patients.

In the short time that you get to spend with a doctor you want to feel confident that he or she understands your concerns. Dr Roy does this every time. I walk away feeling like he knew what I was saying and he gave me a treatment plan that will work for me.

Hes a good guy. Knowledgeable, and willing to spend the time answering patients questions. Best PCP Ive ever had.

Helpful stuff and doctor, but what ever may be the reason, they will generally ask you to do a lot of blood tests. The consultation fee is $25.
