Dr. Bodiwala is very knowledgeable about my health and shows genuine empathy in discussing issues with test results. He always airs on the side of caution rather than leaving things to chance. He has a great bedside manner which is super important when having a medical professional care for you. Im grateful to have him as a part of my care team.

Thank you to the staff and to Dr Spector for allowing me to see you on the next available appt due to traffic jam and I was 20 min late for my appt. The staff was so understanding and allowed me to wait in the waiting room until the next available appt - you ladies really are compassionate and very understanding. You ladies rock !!!

Made a new patient appointment for some ongoing kidney issues. The DAY OF my appointment 3 hours before the appointment time, I am called and told the doctor reviewed an ultrasound I had and blood work (a metabolic panel that’s for my TPN infusions and isn’t kidney focused) and that everything was fine so I don’t need to come in. Never asked me if I had any symptoms, never viewed the abnormal kidney results I’ve had for 2 months on other blood work despite me telling them about it, not interested in hearing my concerns and putting them to rest. How unprofessional and disrespectful (not to mention probably illegal to clear someone over the phone- I was told I have no issues). If something turns out to be wrong, I hope it’s on their conscience.Anyway, don’t waste your time going to this facility. It’s clear they have no respect over how valuable my time is (I get 3 hours notice same business day of a non-emergency cancellation??) or how important my health is and understanding my health.

My first interaction with the doctors of Haddon Renal was at Virtua Marlton two weeks ago. My grandmother was admitted to the hospital for renal failure and was in the hospital for six days. As her primary caretaker, I accompany her to all of her office visits and hospitalizations whenever possible and I try to get as much an understanding of whats going on with her health-wise. As weve all experienced, many doctors can be known for the stigma surrounding their bed side manner and rushing out of patient rooms with a hi and bye approach. So many times I get a generic grade-school explanation of whats going on with my grandmother when Im trying to genuinely understand. This is what I appreciated the most about the doctors from here. The politeness goes along way and is appreciated, but what means the most to me is that the two doctors Ive interacted with from here took their time to genuinely explain what was causing my grandmothers kidney problems, what other things were related to those problems, and what the course of action moving forward would be. We followed up in the office after she was discharged and even that was a better experience than what I was used to in healthcare. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and the overall office appears to be very clean. Everyone that we interacted with here was nice, from the receptionist to the assistants/techs everyone was genuinely helpful and polite. I was most impressed with our actual office visit with Dr. Rosenthal. I tend to overanalyze a lot of things when it comes to my grandmother and I realize I can come off a bit overbearing when trying to get answers, but he never once gave me a rushed answer or a brush off short answer. I was taken aback by how he didnt just answer my questions to answer them, but that he genuinely had a passion for what he was explaining and actually seemed excited that a patient/patients family wanted to know more. While I hope nobody has to go through these sort of medical issues and seek out specialist after specialist, if you find yourself or your loved ones needing a kidney/renal doctor, the doctors at Haddon Renal are wonderful.
