Home To Stay responded immediately for our need to have home health aides to help my 90 year-old father transition from a rehab facility to an assisted living facility after he fell and broke his hip. The aides were wonderful, professional and caring and provided around the clock care for 2 weeks. The home office support staff followed up to make sure every thing was going well. They responded to my request for feedback on how my dad was doing. This was key for me! It gave me great piece of mind. I felt confident he was in excellent hands and was well taken care of. I highly recommend Home To Stay!

By doing that, he gained my dad’s trust which was the greatest challenge of all. I cant tell you how thrilled we are that we found Home-to-Stay. It was one recommended by our social worker and the staff has additional and ongoing training for dealing with people who have Alzheimers. We had a negative experience with the first agency we had tried.When the nurse came in to do the assessment she listened and asked pertinent questions. The goal was to find a two-way match between the home health care aide and my husband and family. She felt we needed someone more mature who could handle his physical needs as well as social and emotional. Boy did they hit it out of the park! Shermaine is a breath of fresh air. She is upbeat, competent, knowledgeable, cheery, compassionate and full of energy. She has PT herself so she and my husband to their exercises together. It is a different dynamic having someone else here but it is a comfortable dynamic and I am so glad to have her!!! She fits right in with our family and she likes being here with us too. She makes my job of caring for someone with alzheimers so much easier because she is sharing the load.Cant say enough good things about this company. They have daily logs, a care plan, and the supervising nurse makes pop in visits to make sure things are going well. They also encourage families to call with any needs or concerns so they can be addressed properly. We are THANKFUL!

Love home to stay aids! They are very kind and patient! My mom enjoys playing chest and cards and bingo with them. Light laundry that they help with is great and that they assist with her showers is so helpful.I love Marlene Karen Rose And Sharmain!

If you’re looking for a home healthcare agency, this is the one. I was in the process of looking for a home healthcare aide for my Grandmother, and sadly she passed before any services could be provided. However, Home to Stay was super helpful, especially Julie. She answered all my questions, gave me a lot of helpful information, was super supportive and went out of her way to be there for my family and I during a difficult time. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place.

Now that I HAVE hired Home To Stay, I am revisiting this review I left several months ago (original review remains below).I am blown away by the amazing care and attention this company delivers. I could write 10,000 words about how happy my brother and I are to have this group taking care of my parents. The owners and every person in the office is on top of things from A-Z. The caregivers are just fantastic. My parents are HAPPY and their health is actually improving because theyre eating healthier, theyre getting out of the house more, exercising, and engaging in more conversation.My praise is sincere. Using Home to Stay Health Care Solutions was the best decision my family and I made regarding my mothers care. They provided us with a live-in who was caring and compassionate and was able to make my mother comfortable throughout her illness. The office staff was very responsive when I needed information and working with them totally eased my mind. Because of Home to Stay, my mother was able to remain in her home during her last days and receive the care and attention she needed. I dont know what I would have done without them. We have had aides from Home to Stay for several years now. For the past four years we have worked with the same two on a 7 day schedule, and they are just wonderful. They are caring and supportive and helpful to both my father and our extended family. The office has also been very easy to deal with as we make requests on schedule changes.

My older sister has been using companions from Home to Stay for the past five months as she needed support for driving, going to doctors’ appointments, and taking care of somedaily living needs. The aides helped her become more independent and were reliable in supporting her through many appointments and errands she couldn’t do on her own. We experienced unparalleled help from Lynn and Murphy who assigned employees to her case to meet my sister’s changing needs.

We had an extremely short notice (3hr) urgent for a 24hr/day companion in order for my father to be accepted into rehab. Home To Stay was able to locate several wonderful people who were able to help us cover this time. Without this, we would not have been able to have him admitted into care. They were very understanding of our situation, and very patient as we coordinated setting up service admidst transporting him from the hospital. They made a stressful situation a little bit easier for me.

Murphy and her team at Home to Stay have been great. They have provided aides for our mothers around the clock care. We have found Home to Stay to be responsive and caring. They have attended to our mothers special needs and they hear us when we have questions and concerns. We are very happy with the care that Home to Stay has provided.

My wife has had Home to Stay aides for over a year and we have been well served. We had had another agency while she was still at home. Home to Stay was offered as a possibility when she had been in an assisted living (dementia) environment for a short time. I was impressed with their credentials and with the fact that when contacted they an aide on duty at 11PM the same day (she has 24/7 coverage). Their pricing is pretty much in keeping with the local industry. It did take awhile to get set up with standard aides. Their have only been a couple of glitches and all have been addressed. The aides are by and large very special people.Staff is always available via phone or e-mail (they have 24/7 coverage) and very easy to deal with.Im updating my original post. My wife is now going into her 4th year with HTS. Everything needs to be done to care for her. I remember back in the beginning, Andrew, the owner, once told me if I was not satisfied, he would help me find a new agency. Well obviously I am satisfied. The staff works very hard to see to my wifes care. I recognize that there will be unforseen glitches but these are addressed to the best of their abilities in a timely manner. My role in all of this can be extremely frustrating but I have observed Andrew making periodic visits to see how things are going and even with the pandemic, he will give me a call or stop by when I am window visiting. He even subtly checks on me. That is more than I have seen other agencies do. I have watched the company evolve in these last couple of years with new communication tools that are very impressive. They are available to me 24/7 and that gives me peace of mind.

We have been very happy with the services from Home to Stay for our Uncle. The aids are very caring and the offices keeps us well informed of everything going on with his care.

Everyone at Home to Stay was all awesome. My sister and I really liked the aides. More importantly, my mother really liked them! The aides were professional, knew how to work well with patients with dementia, and were some of the kindest people in the world! In addition, the office staff was immediately responsive to any request. The office was able to get aides for my mom immediately, and at the holiday, when other agencies could not. Reading the QOLs, for the AlzBetter program, were also helpful to understand my mothers status. Finally, Ive worked with other aides from multiple agencies who would complain about the dementia behavior. The nurse, aides, social workers and staff completely understood those behaviors and how to deal with those behaviors with patience. Whatever Home to Stay/AlzBetter does in their training program, it works. Every one was just so helpful and just lovely. If I need private duty aides again, they will be the first group that I call. Their agency does all of it well, and it was well coordinated.

Our family has been using this company for 8 months now. Our aide has become like family to us and we couldnt be happier with the help weve received. Thank you!
