Brad Trimbles office is always very responsive to our insurance needs. In having dealt with other insurance providers in the past, having to call would be like pulling teeth. However, office rep Danielle is always a pleasure to talk to and always gets us what we need!

I transitioned to Brads agency about a year ago when our prior agency was unresponsive and not very customer friendly --- from the very start Brand and his Team were simply amazing to work with.Always get a thorough explanation, even for what may be the simplest question, rates are very fair, and the whole agency staff is pleasure to work with.In fact, I was so pleased with Brads agency that I also moved over my rental condo insurance, my auto, and umbrella --- we have a fantastic full service relationship with Brad.

I have been a State Farm customer for a few years and recently I had to submit a claim. I wasnt sure if I should have turned it in so I called Brad Trimbles office to ask for help. I cant say enough about my experience. From the moment I called them to ask about my issue Brads staff made me feel like I was their only client. They immediately sent out a crew from a restoration company to look at my basement. They found that the pipe had broken and the water damage was enough to submit a claim. The restoration company was very professional and immediately started to clean up the water and dry down my finished basement. They removed the damaged items, dried my basement and then repaired it and installed the new carpeting all within two weeks. Claim closed. Throughout the process Brads staff was attentive and did a great job following up with me to be sure I was happy and being taken care of. After the claim was closed Brad followed up with a call to make sure I was happy. After being with another online insurance company for many years I am very happy I switched to State Farm/ Brad Trimble.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for auto or home insurance. The staff is the best! I always receive quick responses and they always take the time to sit with you in person, if needed. Marcia and Tonya are great to work with as they are extremely personable and easy-going.

I had the pleasure of working with Brandie, an exceptional member of Brads team, who easily assisted in navigating through my auto and homeowners insurance policies. My wife and I decided to move on from our former insurance agency do to its ever-increasing costs and unavailability of our covering agent. I reached out to Brandie, received a reply almost instantaneously , and got the ball rolling on my new policies. I now pay 1/3rd of my previous cost, yes, re-read that, ONE THIRD OF MY PREVIOUS COST of insurance , with no drop-off in coverages. I truly dreaded the entire process, but with Brandie and the rest of Brads team, it was a walk in the park. Thank you to Brandie and the wonderful people at State Farm!

I never write reviews BUT because Brad and his team, especially Brandie, who I interact with the most, are amazing and always there when I have a question, a need, anything I had to let everyone know about my opinion on them! I have been with them for years and when I had to leave for a short period of time I was miserable. When I need ANYTHING from Brandie she is a call or email away and always responds if not within minutes within a couple of hours! Customer Service does not exist for the most part anymore but Brads agency holds their customers in such a high regard! They are able to give me the answers to my questions and very thorough in their explanations. I cant express enough how wonderful it is to be so secure and like family with this agency especially my relationship I have built with Brandie!! Thank you for ALWAYS being there for my family!!
