It’s difficult to even express the quality and service from all the individuals that are a part of this company. I had an opportunity to work with Alex which is a master in his craft . As someone who is very detail driven when it comes to my own projects, Alex has an eye for perfection that is hard to come by, his patience and precision is outstanding and something not to miss out on. I would recommend this place over and over. How realistic it looks is just wonderful and I do wish I would have done it sooner, but at the same time I’m thankful I didn’t , because I maybe would have not been as lucky to find this place. You won’t be disappointed . Great work is hard to come by and this place has it .

I had such a nice experience here, beginning with setting up the appointment, they had great communication and were able to see me quickly. Their office was really nice, clean, and new. Alex and Tim were SO nice and made me feel very comfortable by explaining everything and answering any questions I had. It was so easy and a lot less painful than I thought, it made me feel like I shouldve went years ago! Not to mention they had great music playing during my appointment. Timothy scheduled an appointment me within a few days of calling. I arrived at the med spa and was immediately greeted with welcoming smiles by the staff. The staff deserve a separate, glowing review. The facility looks new, well kept, and sanitary. Tim introduced himself, made me feel comfortable, and described the procedure very well. The procedure was very quick and not painful. In fact, Tim being a true professional, significantly reduced the cost to me because he was able to finish the small area within a few minutes and did one more pass for good measure. The healing process is going very well; only slight redness and peeling nearly a week later. I may not even need a second session. Im very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a similar procedure. I feel much more confident and less self-conscious about my scar. This is one of, if not the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I made an appointment with Alex and walked in ready to pay several hundred dollars if not a thousand + for SMP. After talking with me for an hr and explaining my options as well as the process Alex then cut my hair and refused to steal my money. He advised that I did not need SMP at the time against his best interest, he also refused to allow me to compensate him for the haircut. Ive never dealt with a business with this level of honesty and transparency. I WILL only work with Alex in the future and will recommend Top Line Micro to anyone!!!!!

Outstanding work!! The practitioner Alex did an excellent job from my first visit (which was an evaluation) through the following process (3 full-day hands-on sessions). Each session was spread 2 weeks apart to allow my head to properly heal and rest. My wife accompanied me each time and was very comfortable in his office and next door Cherry Hill Mall. She and I have been pleased with this procedure from the 1st session thru the last session which was yesterday. It looks like I have a complete head of hair buzz style. No pain or discomfort throughout the entire process. Previously, I wore hair units for many years. I’m so happy to have found a more healthier and natural hair replacement system. Just finished my 2nd session with Tim and could not be more pleased! He is a true professional, goes far out of his way to make sure the customer is happy, and most importantly does SUPERB work. He is clearly not all about the $, which is a rare quality today. I came in practically bald on top and now look like a different person...and amazingly no one has noticed exactly what is different. I had my SMP done by my guy Alex a couple months ago. I couldn’t have better things to say about him, the co-owner Tim, and the environment as a whole. I went in for a free consult - Alex answered all my questions and didn’t try to “sell” me on any of it. Just provided info professionally. I had 3 sessions in total done. The results are life changing. The quality of the work is top notch. There’s only a handful of people who knows I got it done and even they don’t notice it. I’ve never had anyone ask about it - no clue it’s even there!Alex and Tim are great dudes and are professionals through and through. The procedure doesn’t tickle, but their good conversations during the process made it easier to deal with. Can’t wait to see them again when it’s time for a touch up.
