He came in and replaced was needed and the time it took to do the job was nothing short of very efficient. David needs a huge thank you from me! I am thrilled with Mr. Handyman. I called and had an appointment scheduled for two weeks later. I received reminder calls/emails. I was texted when Carlos was on his way to my house. Carlos arrived promptly and immediately got to work. He completed three projects for me, all done to my extreme satisfaction. He was clean and efficient and the total bill was a fraction of what I have paid in the past for similar services. This is my new go-to place for handyman services.

I have used your service in the past, and every time I have been pleased by the quality and the professionalism of the services offered. Most recently, I had a fairly long list of minor household tasks that needed to be done (hanging heavy pictures, helping with light fixtures I couldnt reach, product assembly). The service professional arrived promptly at the scheduled time, completed all tasks (plus a few more I requested) and was very efficient and knowledgable This is a great service to offer for those like me who are totally inept with routine maintenance tasks like this!

I am new to this area so I figured I would contact a reputable company to have repairs made to my home. So, I contacted this company to have a kitchen sink installed and was given an appointment for a Monday at 2:30pm. I was contacted by the customer service rep after the designated time window to inform me that the job wouldnt be completed that day. After rescheduling for another day, the exact same thing happened. I had to call the company to see if the job was going to be done only to be informed that whoever they had assigned wouldnt be coming to complete the job. There was no effort made to move my job order to a high priority or any sort of reconciliatory gesture for the time wasted. Sometimes things happen that are outside of our control, but for the same thing to happen on two separate occasions seems more like poor customer service. Thankfully, I didnt have any repairs that were urgent, However, this experience showed me exactly where I shouldnt go in the event of needing real repairs. I would not recommend this company for repairs needed to your home.

Had a shelf fall down and take alot of drywall with it. When I called, they said they could have someone out within the hour to do the repair, while I was expecting a few days to just get an estimate. Repairman actually was ahead of schedule and was kind and professional. Did the repair no problem and got it done quickly but not rushed, which was much appreciated since they bill by the hour. They definitely have fair rates and in the end, I ended up spending a few hundred dollars less than I anticipated to spend for the repair after doing some general research as to how much I should expect to spend. I couldnt have asked for a more painless process. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are busy and dont have much time to shop around, get estimates, etc. and just want to get the repair done and move on.

So nice to have an all purpose handy man service like this. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They were able to very quickly knock out a few small repair tasks that were too small for most contractors to be interested in doing. Highly recommended!

My parents live in an adult community in Edgewater Park, NJ. The master bathroom toilet when flushed would leave a continuous sound of running water. I reached out to Mr. Handyman of Moorestown-Haddonfield-Voorhees, and Joe arrived on time and immediately assessed the problem. The toilet handle was loose and when used it caused the chain to lay flat below the flapper. This caused the tank water to slowing seep out causing the running sound that they heard. Joe mounted the new replacement toilet handle that my parents had purchased earlier. He also, removed their old toilet seat and replaced it with a new toilet seat that my mom had purchased from the local hardware store.Joe did a great job and kept everything nice and clean! They are paid based on an hourly set-rate, so payment was easy with no surprises.Our next project for Joe is to power wash the house!

He was more than understanding of our puppys excitement of a new person in the house and stopped work to say hello to him so he could calm down. David installed a new storm door for us and was able to get a corroded shower head off for a new showerhead install. We definitely appreciated the break from this work as we are moving in and have enough on our plates already with unpacking, etc. Would definitely recommend this service for tasks beyond your area of knowledge or just if life is too hectic at the time.

I know this company has a pretty good rating, but I feel that it is important to relay my story.I contacted Mr. Handyman to re-caulk my shower. I spoke with Courtney who set an appointment for 3pm, June 19, 2019. I received a call the day before confirming the appointment. I took the afternoon off from work to be present for work. As the time approached 4pm on the scheduled date with no handyman arrival, I called Courtney to inquire. She told me she would contact the handyman and get right back to me. An hour later, Courtney called back and said that the appointment needs to be rescheduled because the handyman ran late at another appointment. I told her that I took the time off from work to be present. It wasnt right that no one showed up. I asked for the work to be completed that night because I would be home. She told me, no. I asked if she could do something with the initial quote if I rescheduled, out of a courtesy for my time, to compensate for me needing to take additional time off from work. After determining that she would not, I asked to be contacted by the owner who was identified as Ray. I was told that Ray would call me around noon of the next day. He never called.My points are, this business should be prepared if a handymans appointment runs long to send another handyman to the next appointment. They should call the next appointment if they arent going to show up on time. The nonchalant attitude about rescheduling when I took off from work for the appointment they scheduled is very bad business practice. Unfortunately, todays attitude from businesses is poor service for the most they can charge. Id like to find a company who values hard work at an honest rate with great customer service.

Mike was very polite and wore booties each time he entered my home. He also offered alternatives for completing work on my shed that was less costly. Rather than do work that may have caused me a headache down the road due to existing installations or structural issues, Mike was honest and provided a professional opinion why he could not perform a specific tasks. Cost was reasonable for the work performed, and I would definitely use this company again.

I was very happy with all of the services that could be done. I had a shelf that needed to be put together and then I ended up with a ton of cardboard and trash that had to go out and he also did that for me as well as put another shelf on top of another unit. He was very nice and did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again.

Mr.Handyman sent inexperienced handyman to work. In these 8 hours , this handyman just completed 2 simple task. They dont want to complete the job they left and charged me over $700 just for stair gate installation and folding door repairing. Totally waste my time and money.

Joe came at my house i show him the tv mount. He never open the box to see if it fit. He did other work for me unfamiliar with the ceiling fan mounting, and had to call a tech. He spent almost 3 hours on one fan, charging $150 a hour initially and then $100 a hour. He came back a couple of days later put the TV mount up, and said after mounting it on the wall without checking the size its does not fits. After finishing the job he wanted to charge me for that time. I told him you should deduct that time because i show you the tv mount 2 days prior, and you should of check it then. He would not deduct that time. He also put on the bottom of my stairs 2 different types of wood. I show him that, and he change it to the identical one, His company agree with me, and deducted the mounting time. The only thing i can say good is he came early. This company charges too much money so i now using another company which only charge me $100 for 2 hours.
