The Cherry Hill team has to be some of the most friendliest people I’ve ever met. They’re very caring and hardworking. We’ve been taking our dog to daycare for about 4 months now and have never had a bad experience. Drop off/pick up is a breeze. The team takes the time to explain or answer any questions. The fact that my dog can’t wait to get into the building speaks to how amazing this place is. I feel very comfortable and confident that my dog is safe and being well taken care of.

My husband and I went to tour this facility after another, and lets just say we were very impressed! We received a warm genuine greeting when entering and our puppy Cash seemed very comfortable and at ease while there. We will definitely be using there services. The place was clean and well thought out. I feel more comfortable leaving my baby now. Thank you!

My dog loves it! I love that when I pick her up the staff tells me about her day- the dogs she played with, if she ate, and if anything happened. The staff members couldn’t be nicer. The cameras are a huge plus too!

This place is amazing for your dog! I left my dog here when my girlfriend and I went to vacation and you can tell they treated him so well. He didnt want to come back home with us.

The team is always very friendly when we bring our dogs in! When we left our two pups for a weekend, they answered all questions and showed us the facility to ease my nerves. Our dogs are always happy to get there and they are always ready for a nice nap when we pick them up :)

I have brought my dogs to Camp Bow Wow Cherry Hill multiple times. I made my reservation online Monday 5/31 for the following Saturday 6/5 for an overnight stay. I received my confirmation email on Tuesday 6/1 confirming both of their reservations for 6/5. I received a phone call on Friday 6/3 at 6:32PM telling me that they will no longer accept my puppy because he was not fixed by June 1st, the day they confirmed my reservation. This has now put me in a panic on what to do with my dogs. While I understand there are policies in place about not accepting un-fixed dogs after 7mo of age, to give someone 14 hrs notice and canceling their boarding reservation is absolutely terrible customer service. Why was a call not made when the reservation was confirmed? Way to put a customer in an absolutely terrible position and really screw them.

Great place they really love all the dogs!

The staff there were very attentive to the dogs. They greeted me the moment I went in. They explained everything clearly. I appreciated that they remove aggressive dogs from the camp. Overall I was please. I feel my dog will be safe there.

We recommend Camp Bow Wow to all of our friends! Our dog Fraya absolutely loves it here, and we couldnt be happier with the staff. Theyre compassionate and attentive, even on the busiest days. Fraya is a high energy girl, but she has plenty of equally excited friends to play with and the staff knows how to redirect her if she gets a little anxious. We think CBW is the absolute best and we cant say the word camp in our house without Fraya spinning in circles and sprinting toward the door!

We have been using Camp Bow Wow for one year now and our rescue Zoe LOVES it! The staff are very attentive and clearly love their jobs! Zoe attends several times a week for day camp and the flexible hours 6 days a week along with half day and full day options and savings packages make this a winner!

Camp Bow Wow was recommended to me by a family member for day care & boarding. I was looking for a place for my dog to go while I was at work or busy during the day and Camp Bow Wow turned out to be the perfect choice! The staff is always so nice very time we call or arrive. When inquiring, most other places you have to pay extra for dog interaction time. Here, They interact the whole time and get to roam around with a staff member present at all times. And the best part.. you can watch your fur baby on the doggy cams while away. Very friendly staff. When dropping or picking up my dog it is always so effortless and quick! Which is great when you have an energetic 1 year old lab! We board our dog over night and ask them to cut her nails. Amazing nail cutting service! Our dog always comes home happy and tired which means she interacts great with the other dogs thanks to the staff!

I was very pleased with my dog’s grooming experience at Camp Bow Wow. It was our dog’s first grooming after Covid, so the groomer had a big job to do. I was very pleased with how professional the staff was with health and safety concerns, and also very pleased with our dog’s haircut. I would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for dog grooming!

This place actually has certified employees who aren’t just here for a job like PetSmart. This is their career. I feel at ease every time I drop my dog off here knowing he’s in good hands. And without fail, they always remember his name when we walk in.

This was the first time we have ever used a kennel service. Our previous dog was always cared for in our home. Our new 1 year old, Molly, cannot yet be left out of the cage. She is sweet and oh so playful - we wanted her to enjoy herself and not be lonely. We watched her throughout the day while we were away and saw just how happy she was all day long. After looking at several kennels, we were comfortable with our choice of Bow Wow. When we picked up our four-legged family member, she was happy and exhausted...a good exhausted. Thank you for taking such good care of Molly, and her friends.

We have been bringing our 8 month puppy to camp for about 2 months now and it has been truly live changing for both us and for him! He comes home exhausted and well exercised eager to return the next day. We are truly thrilled with everyone at camp and are even more thrilled our energetic pup loves the counselors as much as we do.

I like that I dont have to plan ahead and can decide day of if I would like to bring my dog to daycare. It is flexible and has made my life so much easier. My dog gets so much exercise and play time that he wouldnt have if he were just sitting at home. He loves going to day care and I love that I can check in on him and watch him play on the cameras!

Great staff! Super easy to drop off & pick up. My pup always comes back exhausted from playing all the time. Boarding facilities are spacious. Boarded dogs get to play with the day care crew then a treat before bed. Locations all over the states that you can transfer to when moving or traveling. Camera to watch the dogs play during the day. Nightly recommended!

I like that every dog has to go through an interview day. Makes me feel comfortable about the other dogs surrounded by mine. They have live webcams which is nice, but I don’t look at them. However, it’s comforting knowing that they are there. The staff is so friendly and always excited to see my pup! If you’re looking for worry-free care for your furry family member, this is definitely the place for you!

This was our first visit a referral from a friend and I was extremely pleased with the service. I was able to get an appointment on the day I needed it and everyone was so nice at the facility. The dogs looked and smelled amazing and were finished in a timely fashion. Both dogs got a cute little something for around their neck a bandanna for my little girl and tie for my little boy. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

I travel a lot for work and have been to several different camp bow wows. This is by far the best location I have been to. My dog is always happy to go there and happy when I pick her up. She always looks well cared for. Other places I have been to it is obvious she hasnt eaten much when I pick her up after a few days. Never the case here. The facility is clean, cameras are clear, staff is friendly and helpful. There also seems to be a good balance of dogs here, as in enough to play with but not an overwhelming amount. I can only speak for weekdays though. Overall I have always had a wonderful experience here.

I love that my dogs are not kept in a crate all day, but are out socializing and playing with other dogs. They are excited when we pull up to Camp and it makes us feel better about being away from them.

My dog loves it here and the staff all know and love him too, which is probably one of the many reasons I love this place! He is always so excited to come and is nice and tired when he gets home! The camp counselors really do love the pups.

This was the first overnight stay for my 2 pups at Camp Bow Wow. I was able to watch them on camera while they played. The staff is very friendly and love the pups that they care for. The pups were exhausted when I brought them home, they ate then curled up for some rest. I will be using Camp Bow Wow again when I have to go away. Thanks for the great experience.

My dog gets a great haircut (best from any other groomer around), I can tell he has been treated well with you guys (as someone who is concerned from the media posting videos of animal cruelty at groomers), and I think you guys offer a great price point. I have been coming here for years. We even moved to Maryland but have to come back to this area once in a while, so we make sure to bring our dog because Camp Bow Wow consistently gives very impressive haircuts that are unmatched compared to other groomers. My dog has a lot of anxiety, but always comes back so happy from Camp Bow Wow.

Everyone was friendly and they did a great job grooming my labradoodle ! Their prices were more reasonable then many other places as well .

One great positive is the individual care for each dog. My German Shepherd was there for a week recently and they noticed a hot spot on his leg amidst a ton of other dogs. They were very efficient in having a vet come out and treat him and he was almost fully recovered when I picked him up. They kept us updated and informed the entire time via text and phone calls. They seem to really care about the dogs.

Great doggy daycare and kennel! My dog has stayed and played here multiple times. I love the care she gets and she always leaves happy! The staff go above and beyond and have helped me out when in a pinch before! Highly recommend.

Our Standard Poodle ROXY loves to come to Camp Bow Wow. Andi has been her groomer since she was a puppy (5 1/2 years) As far as I am concerned, Andi is the best groomer in all of South Jersey and the only one I will ever go to.People stop my husband and I whenever and wherever we walk ROXY to ask where we have her groomed. We tell everyone the only place in town to go to is Camp Bow Wow.

So my husky came home and he was so exhausted he was falling asleep while eating dinner. I loved the fact I could check the cameras at anytime and see how he was doing. They also have packages you can buy on your account for a certain amount of day care days at a discount and I was so happy to see that. They have really convenient drop off and pick up times as well. My husky and I love this place. They work well for us.

My first review was 5 stars.I took my dog back for his second visit yesterday and when I picked him up, before he was brought out I heard his groomer nastily screaming at the top of her lungs at some poor animal. (I could not see in the back room). It was so loud, I jumped. Besides that, my dog has lumps of hair that were not cut off so Im finishing his cut with scissors at home, his eyes werent cleaned after I asked for them to be, his tail length was taken down to a mere inch and a half. Shoddy work. PetsMart did better.

We are very pleased with Camp Bow Wow, Cherry Hill! I especially like the very convenient hours to pick up and drop off. I like the friendly, dog-loving desk staff. The live camper cams are great; however I think they should be upgraded for better streaming and viewing.

I am extremely happy with the service and boarding that Camp Bow Wow provided. I was extremely especially one of my fur babies had surgery and need special food. I will definitely be back with them!

Just recently had the best experience at Camp Bow Wow having my 2 Golden Retrievers groomed for the summer. I drove 20 minutes and passed several groomers to get here but the dogs looked great and the price was right. This was a positive experience for my dogs and me. I will definitely be returning.

Camp bow wow is a must! One of our pups recently got attacked and has been on edge ever since. We watched on the cameras and the counselors handled her wonderfully everytime she got loud warning off the other pups! Our other one is soooo scared of new people and he was following around all the counselors like he had been around them his whole life. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming we will be back for sure!

This place is a huge part of my dog chloes life. She absolutely loves it here. All the staff is great and I wouldnt bring her anywhere else.

Im SO CONFUSED by the great reviews of this place... The staff was nice enough when I met with them, very friendly, walked me through the (super scripted) trial process and provided a tour. The facility itself is an industrial garage behind a shiny showroom. The dogs barking echos throughout and reverberates- I can only imagine what its like to be in there All. Day. Long. The play areas are concrete gated areas with access to the outside. Also concrete. So the dogs are essentially going to the bathroom on the floor all day. I watched on the live webcam. I saw my puppy jump up and try and play with the worker assigned to the run. When I saw her repeatedly be pushed away and so she could lean against the fence I was over it. I watched as dogs went to the bathroom on the floor and it was left there. Or the dirty, dripping mop was carried over the dogs??? Um. Gross. For me, this is not a good fit. Im dropping my dog off to play. Outside. Stay clean. Keep her good habits. Not go to a bark fest with an uninterested youth where she is encouraged to use the floor as her toilet. I picked her up after just a few hours as I felt too guilty to leave her there all day. Perhaps my standards are too high but I want my dog treated how I treat her at home and want to not think of her covered in urine and who knows what else when she sleeps in my bed...

The employees were very kind and attentive to my dog, Arlo, when he boarded for the weekend. We watched him on the camper cams and he seemed to be happy most of the time. I felt better knowing he wasnt just sitting in a kennel all day long, bored. I also like the three rest periods the boarders are given during the day, to get them away from the dog pack, which Im sure is fun but might also be stressful. I would use Camp Bow Wow again.

The facility is clean. The employees are kind. Love having the ability to watch the campers on video. They have nothing to hide, fees and services are stated simply and clearly. Facility came recommended by a friend and I can completely see why.

This is a great place to take ones dog. I was totally confident that my new dog was getting good care. Loved the way the dogs were able to run free & view activities on the webcam.

Bodhi is always groomed beautifully even though he comes in looking like a homeless dog almost every time I bring him, and the most important part is that he is happy when I pick him up. He stresses easily but does not show any signs of stress when I pick him up. A++ Thank you!

Weve been taking our dog here since it first opened and we couldnt be happier. The dogs are off leash all day. The staff is very friendly. The price is fair. The hours are really good. If you want to see your dog during the day you can try to pick him or her out on the camper cam via their phone app.

I was told during the initial interview that it wouldnt be a problem that shes blind but then when I get there I was told that they dont want her to ever come back because its a safety issue and then they turn around and try to hand me the packet with information about their hours and pricing. Im still trying to figure that one out. if you claim you can accommodate blind animals then you should be able to accommodate them rather than making the owner feel as if something wrong with their animal because they cant see.aside from that the place reeked of dog pee very disgusting

We loved how Counselor Hayley sent us pictures and text messages so we could stay in touch with our little fur babies during their stay. She really went above and beyond.

Love dropping my little Sophie here! The staff is amazingly nice and I cant say nicer things about this place. Not only is this location great - Camp Bow Wow has been such a go to for me and my boyfriend to drop Sophie off when we are traveling around.

Wonderful staff and facility. Great rates would definitely reccamend to anybody who has a dog that loves daycare! The only thing that disappointed me was, my dog came out caked with mud and dirty. I shouldnt have had to ask for them to rinse her off. They could have gotten her and told me she was dirty and they would rinse her. Other than that fantastic!

I owe these folks at Camp Bow Wow so much gratitude. When the hurricane hit in 2011, my American Bulldog, Soul, got very sick. My apartment was inhabitable because the power went out, there was no heat, it was cold, and all my food spoiled. They took Soul in for as long as they could until I had to take her to an emergency room. After the vet, they still took her in, watched after her while I stayed at a friends place and even gave her the medication the vet prescribed. This Camp Bow Wow and its owners are great people. The only reason I dont take Soul to them anymore is because I moved to Washington, DC. I owe them a lot of gratitude.

I cant say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow Cherry Hill. They have an excellent and caring staff, and both of my dogs love their kenneling and daycare programs. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!
