Dr. Frey took x-rays of my knee and also gave me an injection, we talked about various options and he left the decision up to me. He is certainly a physician that I would recommend to my family and friends. The office is very professional and the staff very friendly.

I was amazed that he listened and communicated what he could do for me if A and B didnt work giving me some optimism about my condition. I was more amazed when I got a cortisone shot in my hip and an X-ray right away in the office. I had the best first visit at a new provider which made me happy bc Im not used to doctors listening or giving me a modicum of hope. I got all of that and much more today.

The Pitman facility is very comfortable and spacious. It has the most up-to-date x-ray, which is handicapped accessible for people in wheelchairs. Technicians are very professional and caring in making you feel comfortable. Dr. Steven Frey takes time to answer your questions, reviews and explains x-rays, etc. in details you understand. Offers suggestions in helping you understand what can be done to ease or take care of your problem. The location is very close to where I live.

Dr. Frey operated on my left knee and right shoulder. He is caring, kind and informative. He understands that I want to get back to all my activities.

Dr. Frey is a kind and compassionate orthopedic surgeon. After bi-lateral hip repairs and one shoulder repair, my recommendation couldn’t be any stronger. He listens intently, explains things in a way that is easy to understand, and truly cares about his patients!!!

This is the second time seeing Dr. Frey. He fixed a torn meniscus in my knee years ago and once again I hurt my knee so from experience I wanted it looked at. So I called the office he used to be at to learn that he was no longer there. So I IMMEDIATELY found out where he relocated and made an appointment to have my knee checked out. The reason being that I wanted Dr. Frey was because number one I trust him, number 2 he takes his time with you and most importantly he talks to you and actually listens carefully to what you are saying to him. I feel safe with Dr. Frey when it comes to either surgery or anything dealing with my orthopedic concerns.

Care is great. Analysis is great. However, I wouldn’t recommend the practice without a qualifier. The practice provides too many reminders via text and email concerning appointments. ONE is sufficient! I don’t need to be constantly reminded of an appointment.

Dr. Frey was very personable. He asked my 5 year old son, who was very nervous, questions about baseball and his sister to make him feel comfortable. He was down to earth and made a “not-so-good” situation, not so bad! Thank you Dr. Frey!
