I am BLOWN away at the level of unprofessionalism that this place has. I showed up for an appointment and they said I didn’t have one. Okay but y’all confirmed it the day before… So I get a call from the dentist himself two days before my new appointment and he says they don’t have a hygienist that day and asked me to come in that day. I’m a first responder. I can’t drop what I’m doing. He said he would call me back. Well he didn’t. They called to confirm my appointment again yesterday and I figured since they called to confirmed, it was sorted out. So I come to the new appointment today… “we don’t have a hygienist but here’s your paperwork.” I asked if I would be seen still. “We can see you at 11:30.” It’s 9am!!!!! Nobody bothered to call. Nothing. My appointment was CONFIRMED. I drove here to do what? Fill out paperwork and leave? For what purpose? Nobody called and my time was wasted with no remorse. I’m livid. I’m a first responder and work 60 hours a week and my morning was altered for this rescheduled appointment. The dentist himself is incredibly unprofessional and the front desk literally said, “He didn’t call you did he? Yeah, this place is going down hill quick.” Unbelievable.

This is the dentist Ive ever been to. Not only did I need extensive work, but multiple other dentists told me all they could do was extract. Dr. Weiner not only restored my smile, but also billed my insurance for the work so, I didnt have to pay for expensive implants, etc. I highly recommend giving them a chance to help with your dental needs.

First time back in several years and at new location. Dr Lisa Gambino as well as the wonderful dental assistant (sorry forgot her name) could not have been any better and renewed my faith in dentists again. Thank you and hope you stay Lisa!

For the last year, me and my daughters teeth cleaning appointments have been canceled 4 times. I understand were in the middle of a pandemic, but preventive care should be important to a dentist office. The most frustrating part is, the office knows they dont have the staff to properly run their office. They should have limited their patient list a year ago instead of giving me and my daughter the run around.

I was disappointed that I wasnt called to the treatment room for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, with no explanation.Follow-up;I was pleased to receive a telephone this very afternoon from the Office Manager, Joy. She apologized for not letting me know that her team was behind schedule due to several new patients, post holiday conditions, etc. I responded that I understood, and luckily I didnt have an other appointment today, but it is better to be advised of items than not. Joy said she would like to.make it up to me and is sending me a gift card for which I am grateful. I have been a patient of Haddonfield Family Dentistry for over 25 years and admire their care.

Year ago it took 20 to 25 minutes to have a thorough teeth cleaning. Today, June 30 2021, the it was about 3 minutes. After the visit, a scheduled deep cleaning is required. What a shock!

Autumn had a wonderful experience with the dentist. And they talk about sports. Was very informative about her after care and about what she needs done when she has her braces put on.

They messed up my appt, but was able to schedule a new one for relatively not too far out, they did apologize a bunch of times and tried to assure me that it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. My 7 yo daughter was well taken care of by a gentlemen Chris for her cleaning , even went as far as getting her a new bandaid for one of her boo boos. Thank you!

We went to this Dentist for about 1.5 years now. In January of 2021 I had an appointment for a cleaning. I was left a message the day before my cleaning that they were canceling the appointment (I took off quite early from work to get to this appointment.) Their hours are terrible and not good for those that work a full schedule (they have no cleanings on Fridays or the weekends).Today my husband went there for what would have been his 3rd appointment/cleaning. When he entered the door there was a sign saying they no longer took our insurance. Please know that they confirmed our appointment 2 times prior to today and that the appointment was on the books for 6 months. He drove 45 minutes (each way) for an appointment that he could not keep since this dentist decided to stop accepting our insurance and didnt have the courtesy to tell us this prior to him showing up. That is NOT good customer service!!!!Needless to say, we will not be going here any longer!(Sidenote: the two people in the reception office had a grand total of 3 weeks of experience between them and I overheard one say she was actually a vet tech).I would avoid this office if you can!

By far one of the most thorough dentist Ive seen in so long. At other dentist offices I feel the work is accustomed to what insurance you have. Not here!!! Everyone is treated w the same respect!! I absolutely am so happy Ive returned back here.

2nd visit. Cleanings and crown. Friendly staff.

Went in for a cleaning and everything went smoothly. They followed social distancing and only allowed 3 people in the waiting room at a time. Clean pens in one cup, and the “used” pens go to another cup. Dr. Rice seems like he’s focused on his work, and doing a good job more so than small talk, etc.... which I appreciate. Emily was the one to clean my teeth and she was great also. Very thorough and a pleasant visit. You don’t really get to say that much with going to the dentist.

Dental exam very professional. New space a whole lot better. Why is it acceptable that none of your front line staff (the man and woman) are allowed to not wear any kind of mask indoors? They are walking around the entire place. It makes me think what else is not happening - sterilization of chairs and customer/staff touch points. I think if they actually wore a mask the majority of the time I would feel better about booking again.

I switched to Haddonfield Family Dentistry because of a bad experience I had @ my last dentist. Today was my first visit. The ladies that I dealt with today where very professional and warm. My further procedures were explained to me fully along with any out of pocket expenses. Dr. Rice was very receptive and professional. Explained problems to me in a way that I could understand. So far very pleased with service I received.

Dr. Rice is great dentist. He is caring and professional. I travel 1 hour to see him and it’s worth it .

I love this practice. Very kind people and small enough that they remember you. I have never needed anything besides a cleaning and routine X-rays here, but all of my experiences have been positive. Been going for probably 5 years or more. They do a great job.

New office location is fabulous! Friendly staff, very personable! Hygienist is awesome and the dentist was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. My first dental visit ever that I left with a smile and having had a great experience.

My first visit at Haddonfield Family Dentist was one of the best dental visit I ever experienced! I was concerned with the Covid pandemic and delayed my visit but was very pleased with the safety procedures in place. The staff and Dr. was very nice and Informative and I was in and out with a tooth extraction! The Best!!!!!!

Update (seen on 1/21/21): went to the Audubon location and was seen by Dr. Weiner. The practice followed COVID protocols, were professional, and timely. I would recommend going to this location. The exam was thorough (previous location the dentist spent no time examining and diagnosed two cavities which was incorrect).January 18 2021:Avoid this dentistry location at all costs. Went for an appointment today and none of the hygienists were wearing face masks over their noses. The dentist on call rarely had his mouth covered. When confronted, he stated that it’s not the most exposure I’ve probably had from COVID. I was offended and hurt since I have lost friends to COVID. I will be contacting the Camden County Board of Health. I have been going to this practice before it moved to their new location in Cherry Hill and never experienced problems such as this.

Dr. Rice is good. He is very pleasant and helpful. The staff is good especially Joanne. The new facility is terrific. Really like not having to climb the steps in the old place

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and all the staff have always been so friendly and helpful! I used to dread going to the dentist til I started going here. The new location is also very nice and always clean and organized.

Please DONT waste your time going here. When I was in the exam room I over heard two dentist talking about trying to convince a patient they need a crown. The one dentist said “ just act like they need a crown so we can get paid I need you to put on your selling shoes” I can’t imagine how many other people they pretend need work who really dont just so they can steal money!!!!!! Beware of this fraud !!!!

I Had a Great experience. Staff is extremely pleasant and Facility was clean and taking all precautions that are needed in the world today. No one likes going to the dentist but they make it a lot less stressful.

Haddonfield Family Dentistry has been totally transformed by their new location and in the services they provide through their new dentist Dr. Colin Rice, DMD. His skills and abilities are evident as soon as you meet him. To say I recommend Dr. Rice would be an understatement. He is outstanding. You will also find the hygienist, Emily, to be excellent and accomodating and the staff to be friendly and thorough. I love this Denist office if people are great...It was my first visit I’m deathly a scared of Denist I haven’t been to the dentist in years And they were really wonderful

I was not pleased with the lack of precautions taken to ensure that social distancing measures were being followed. Upon arrival there was no sign regarding the use of masks While in the office, also the receptionist area had nothing between the receptionist and patients. The receptionist was not wearing a mask and the patient is required to fill out a form regarding Covid 19 and everyone used the same pen. Lastly the hygienist took proper precautions but the dentist didn’t use his mask until he was in the room and once his exam was completed he was less than 3 feet from me and he removed his mask to talk to me.I’ve been coming to Haddonfield Family Dentistry for over 10 years and I was never so dissatisfied.

First time there today and I seen Dr. Joe he was very nice and so was his assistant and very funny. I needed bonding on my tooth with one look he made an exact match on color and it came out perfect. The receptionist I believe her name was Joanne was a very nice woman they were courteous and prompt!

Today was my first time ever at this dentist office and I had a wonderful experience! The woman at the front desk was extremely welcoming and very helpful and nice from the second I walked in the door, and the girl who did my X-rays and teeth cleaning was absolutely amazing! It was by far the best teeth cleaning that I have ever had.. and she was definitely the best dental assistant that I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend this dentist office

So Ive been to many dentists, and by far this is my favorite. Everyone treats you like family. Its amazing, makes you feel so comfortable especially because the dentist isnt the favorite place to go to. They give you advice, help you through everything, and honestly I couldnt be more happy with going here. Thank everyone so much for just making this trip amazing for us.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this office is! I called as a new patient to schedule an appointment due to a horrible toothache and was given an appointment within the hour of me calling by Nicole. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind when I went in and I was seen almost immediately. Everyone in the office took the time to explain things to me. I would DEFINITELY recommend this office to anyone who has a fear or hates going to the dentist, they make you feel so comfortable!

I’ve been comming to this dentistry for a long time now and every time I come, I feel welcomed and comfortable. I’ve seen a few different dentist that worked or previously worked there and I found that Dr. Rice was the best by far. He explains everything and answers your question. He is very general. And let’s me know when something might be painful. He is amazing!!

This was a great dental experience. I got my first appointment shortly after booking. The cleaning was a great experience. Love that the hygienist didnt try and talk the whole time (one of my pet peeves- I cant talk with your hands in my mouth). Turned out I needed a cavity filled and they also scheduled that appointment quickly and the appointment itself was very quick and efficient.

I have had a temporary crown since March 3. I have confirmed appointments 5 times and been cancelled out of 3 appointments.Several days ago, I got the text reminder asking for a confirmation. I confirmed. Yesterday I received a phone call from your office to confirm again. This morning at 7:30, I received a reminder that I had an appointment. Then, 45 minutes before, you cancelled saying the crown wasn’t in yet. I called back 10 minutes later and no one answered. No one has returned my call.As you can tell, I am not happy with a temporary crown for 3 months. I am not happy with the service of your office.

This was my first visit to the office. The reception staff were pleasant and welcoming. Emily, my dental hygienist, was professional and made sure I was comfortable for the evaluation and cleaning.

As first time patients my son and I were a little nervous going to a new dentist but as soon as we entered the office Joanne made us feel very welcome. Both our hygienist Emily and Dr. Rice were kind, gentle, and informative.

Wait time was on point to appt time. Dentist is unbelievable. He knew codes what my insurance company would cover and asked me questions that got me new work done that I needed. After years (like 15 😱) of avoiding dentists due to some bad experiences with subpar ones, my girlfriend finally persuaded me to get my stuff together and go back to seeing dentists regularly. After a whole lot of Googling and cross-checking dentists with good reviews with what my so so insurance would actually cover, I settled on Haddonfield Family Dentistry as my best option. I wasnt a hundred percent sure what to expect at first, because there were a handful of people that wrote some really bad reviews. After three separate visits over the span of a little over a month to take care of a crown and two fillings, I have no idea what those negative reviews are talking about. The dentist, dental hygienists, and staff are about as courteous efficient and professional while still maintaining a sense of humor as I could possibly expect. You can tell when theyre doing their thing, that theyre very thorough and they know what theyre doing. Some of the dentists I have seen in the past would do a major cleaning in about 5 minutes. Poke and scratch here and there and call it a day. These guys spent good 20 minutes carefully and thoroughly cleaning every nook and cranny. When it came time for the big stuff like the crown and the fillings, they were equally proficient yet also very careful to minimize any discomfort, and keep the procedure as short as was possible. To wrap it up, Im sure there are some people whove had a bad experience there, thats just luck of the draw. Maybe the staff was off that day or maybe that person was having a bad day and took it out on the wrong people, I dont know. What I do know is that I would highly recommend this dentist for any of your family dental needs.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff here. Joanne at the front desk is so kind and makes you feel so at ease. Emily is amazing, while cleaning my teeth she make me feel like it is horrible that I have bad teeth. Very friendly and polite and professional. The new Dentist there is.. just wow. I felt like a human not a specimen under the bright light. He said something to me that I have never heard any other dentist say and it made me feel at ease. As I stated previously, I have bad teeth. Multiple cavities and 2 crowns probably will be done from this exam. I thanked him and while setting my appt I said that Ive always had bad teeth nothing Ive ever done has helped. Well the dentist was filling out a chart/paperwork and said You dont have bad teeth, they just need a little help. And thats why were here to help.It was the most comforting thing Ive ever had a doctor say to me.I 100% recommend this office.

The office is really small but very festive! The front desk was really nice and the hygienists were friendly too! The only downfall is the doctors seem to have a lot of free time when they’re not seeing patients like I heard someone on their phone in the other room was kind of awkward. I don’t know if I just came at a weird time of the day and no one was busy I guess and things were running pretty slow. Really sweet front receptionist and everyone else. I’m a new patient so I still have to get used to how things are run here!
