I had never been to this dentist before today. I went here to get checked out to set up an appointment to have a wisdom tooth pulled that was bothering me. I was reluctant to return to Universal Dentistry after a less than pleasant experience in Springfield PA 20 years ago. I returned because of a laps in dental care after relocating and I could not get an appointment with a new dentist.My experience at Cherry Hill has been wonderful. Although it is the “dentist” office because of a light and fun atmosphere with friendly staff has renewed my experiences with U.D. The energy in the office certainly has reduced anxiety about getting work done.Although they are out of network Amy prepared and printed out insurance claim forms and I was able to just send them off with no problem.

Firstly , they were wonderful. I felt very warm and welcomed and when I’m usually nervous while attending the dentist, I had no concerns while being seen at this facility. I had my braces removed after years of having them past due and I am highly satisfied with how my teeth look. I can’t wait to go back to get my clean up in 1 week. The minute i walked into universal dentistry i was warmley greeted by everyone. I was nervous and Jen made me feel at ease and Nay held my hand and comforted me through the extensive work being done. The dentist is extremly precise and the work done is impecable.

My father, Leonard, is a 93 year old patient at the Cherry Hill, NJ office. My dad has received competent, efficient and very kind and caring treatment from the doctor, assistant and recptionist of this office. My dad had x-rays, molds, extractions and dentures made here. The office staff and doctors went way beyond the norm in caring for his dental needs, The dentures are beautiful and he is able to enjoy eating his meals once again. When my father broke an anchor tooth in his lower denture the staff stayed beyond the normal hours to complete the oral surgery at the end of a very long office day. They were worried about him having to come out the next morning with temperatures forecast to drop very low and the icey sidewalks a danger for him with his walker. His repaired dentrure came back from the lab earlier than promised and fit perfectly. We are very happy with the work and the kind personnel in the Cherry Hill office of Universal Dentistry.

Today I had dental work that I put off for 20 years. My fear of the dentist caused me to allow myself infection after infection, with less and less confidence in my smile and ultimately myself. This last abscess reminded me that my health was suffering. The experience I had today made me regret only one thing: that I had put myself through years of suffering for nothing. The kindness of the staff today was so calming. Although I don’t have final results yet because I am only 2 hours out of my appt, my review will not change. The teeth they made for me are beautiful. The extractions I just knew were going to take at least an hour took less than 2 minutes. I was comforted, reassured, and truly felt cared about. I’ve cried at the dentist many times. Whether it was fear or pain, I have cried. Today I cried too, only because I was so grateful and relieved because of the experience I had in that chair. If you are thinking about getting anything done, do it. Jump in. I’m someone with a severe dentist phobia and panic attacks happen every appointment I’ve ever had. Not this one. This time I left with a new smile and the utmost respect for the women who took the time to make sure I saw that I was their number one priority while I was there. I couldn’t be more grateful for this office.

Super nice and helpful staff. No more dreading the dentist! They have been helpful and responsive in both emergency and routine visits for me. I have referred family here. They dont take insurance, but they help with the paperwork so you can file a claim and get reimbursed if you do have insurance. Since their rates are lower than traditional dentists, you can get more work done before you hit your benefit cap. So instead of spacing out your work, you can get more done at one time--a big time saver!

I visited the Cherry Hill office regularly starting in the fall of 2019 until almost the fall of 2020. I was pleasantly surprised early on but after just a cpl visits realized the norm of this office was their cleanliness and professionalism! Upon my visits I never had to wait long for my scheduled appt to begin. I was always checked in and credentials taken immediately upon my arrival. The entire Cherry Hill staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable during my visit each time. Everyone there always had a pleasant smile, wonderful attitude or just a word of encouragement each time I visited! And Amy at the front desk having my paperwork ready upon my arrival and/or upon my departure EVERY SINGLE TIME, is just ridiculously efficient!! If this is how Universal Dentistry trains all their offices to efficiently run, I have no problem or hesitation in referring them to friends and family time and time again! Universal Dentistry Cherry Hill office, thank you for making my time there enjoyable..you guys are the cream of the crop...!

The staff is very nice. The dentist are very nice but the wait period for my teeth was very long. The implants took way to long. I had to have 6 or 7 on the bottom gums. And in the interim I could not use my bottom temps, because they did not fit properly .

I had a badly infected wisdom tooth on my first visit. They extracted the tooth and got rid of the infection in a professional yet with a gentle chair side manner. Thank you all very much.

Beware!!!!Let me tell you the TRUTH about this place. I have been on a 4 year and $22,000.00 dental nightmare with this company & staff. If I told you my full story you wouldnt believe it. I will give you a little insight. They lie about the process & length of time. They are so nice until they get your money. The turnover is horrible (10 dentist) even the girls who clean your teeth dont stay. Unfortunately the staff member that stays is AMY the office manager. She is the most unprofessional, rudest, dismissive & condescending person I have ever encountered. So you might ask yourself why did I keep going back. They get paid up front & you can not get your money back. I really had no choice!!!! Plus it took them a year to complete a job they said would only be 2 weeks. If I can save 1 person from going to this company this review is worth $22,000.00.If you still dont believe me Go to Better Business Bureau and read the complaints.

Had a wonderful experience. Due to COVID 19, I was of course concerned. However, I was greeted by the Office Manager, Amy, who handled my check-inprofessionally and was extremely polite. FYI...I am a big chicken when it comes to dentist visits.Dr. Meier has a very calming ease in handlingpatients. She calmed me down and explained everything in detail. I was immediately relieved and felt very comfortable. Dr. Meier found a popcorn kernel in one of my molars which could have developed into an infection. Dr. Meier removed the kernel effortlessly. Amazing dentist! Went in for a emergency, i had a abcessed tooth that i had been dealing with for over a week. After a horrible experience at another dentist universal got me right in. They were incredibly compassionate and careful to cause the minimal amount of pain during xrays and the exam. When they saw the severity they offered to pull it right there. Ive had a ton of dental probs over the last few years and my dentist was amazing. The infection was severe but she somehow managed to hit my nerves perfectly and one time with the novacaine. She did so well i barely felt the extraction. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. If you need a dentist or emergency care i STRONGLY recommend them. Thank you again so much!!!

Absolutely wonderful office! My mouth was pretty bad and I was terrified of dentists, but everyone here is so nice I calmed down immediately. Had to get some crowns put in and it was a painless and relatively fast experience. Best dentist around!

I was so afraid of going to the dentist I would wait until my teeth were so loose and pulled them out myself!I decided to try Universal Denistry because my mouth was so bad and painful. I explained to the dentist how nervous and afraid I was and Dr Myers and her assistant assured me everything would be okay.I had to have several teeth extracted and I just wanted to get out of there!Once Dr Myers started working on me I never felt a thing. I had an extraction of a tooth and i didnt feel any pain. I couldnt believe it! Healed beautifully. Within 2 days everything was as it was in my mouth as it was before the extraction. Great place!

I am writing to talk about my experience today (3/27) with Dr. E and the staff at the cherry hill office.I have had an absolutely crippling fear of dentists for my entire life, due to some horrific experience in the past. I haven’t been taking care of myself or my teeth for the past five years due to taking care of my sick parents.A couple of weeks ago, I made the call and the decision to get myself at the top of my list no matter how scared I was.Today when I walked in, my heart was racing, my Palms sweaty and my mind going a mile a minute. I sat in the chair with DR. E and I almost immediately felt at ease! He was funny and light hearted! He knew I was uncomfortable and nervous and did his best to make me feel better and it worked! All the girls helping him were just as amazing and patient! I felt comfortable the entire time, the novicane, the scaling, even the extraction was almost painless! I have NEVER had such a good experience! I was only supposed to get one side of my mouth scaled and decided to go ahead with the entire mouth and even a tooth extraction due to the amount of shocking comfort I was having with Dr. E. I have a few more steps to getting my smile in order and only want to do it with him! I can not say enough about how much of an amazing experience it was with him! Thank you thank you thank you!!!And the staff is equally as amazing!!! Just so great!!!

I was terrified of dentist due to a past experience. My experience at Universal in Cherry Hill was excellent. From my first call with Amy, and awesome techs Danielle and Sandy! Dr. Gama is my dentist and he is exceptional and kind. When I explained my fear, he was so patient and sensitive. They literally held my hand! For the adult who’s afraid or nervous, this is place to go! Either way I can’t say enough good things. I also can’t believe I’m no longer afraid thanks to this amazing team!👏👏👍👍

I had gotten my dentures there about 4years ago and was very happy with them. They look so real and I sometimes i forget they are dentures.🤗. Its been a while so I went for a check up.
