Working from home for quite a while now caused me to have chronic pain in my neck, right shoulder and elbow. I just moved to Merchantville, NJ from Philadelphia and I was really nervous about finding a new chiropractor. Barb made me feel comfortable from the moment I spoke with her on the phone. I came in with extreme pain in my lower back and down my leg (sciatica) from a herniated disc. Having been through two back surgeries for the same ailment, I wanted to try other options before considering another surgery. Dr. Cassara and his staff are very welcoming and make you feel like your family. Since Ive decided to use more holistic approaches for my health, he has replaced my primary care physician and it is really comforting to know that he has gone through more schooling than what is required for a medical doctor. My wife was in a car accident in the morning and we found them online and were able to schedule a new patient appointment for later that day. Dr. Cassara and his staff have been so friendly and accommodating. They provide a lot of information and are very patient with any questions you have. We are very happy we found them.

Dr Ernie has changed my life. I had tons of lower back pain and had trouble even getting out of bed. I started seeing him about 6 months ago. Now I’m pain free. I had neck pain and headaches I associated with just stress, etc., but in reality, Dr. Cassara educated me on the fact it was changes in my neck and posture creating those issues--needless to say I havent had headaches nearly as often. I had a pinching pain in my back that would sporadically occur when sitting in a reclined position on my couch. After being on my care plan with Dr. Cassara, I couldnt tell you the last time I had any of the pains in my back. He also helped level out my hips when squatting, which has increased the strength level in my quads and hamstrings significantly. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Cassara, especially if whatever symptoms you have are minor. He was able to rid me of minor pain in its early stages before it manifested into something more serious.

This was my first experience at this office, I went in there with a stress headache and walked out relaxed and headache gone. I have to say there is no medication that has worked better. The staff was friendly and made me feel at home. Thank you all and I will return. I have been to other Chiropractic offices but this was by far, hands down the best.

They started to work on my pain right away after i filled up the information abut my health history(no time to waste). A few months before meeting Dr. Cassara I was in bad automobile accident. After the crash I developed a sore neck, low back pain, chest pain and stomach pain. A friend recommended that I visit a chiropractor. At first I thought that Dr. Cassara and chiropractic treatments would not help my painful injuries. After my first visit with Dr. Cassara I changed my mind. I feel so much better and feel comfortable with Dr. Cassara. He takes the time to explain his treatment plan and ask me questions. Ive told all my friends and family to see Dr. Cassara. After finishing up Dr. Cs recommended treatment plan, I want to continue coming in for adjustments once a month just to stay healthy!

Dr. Cassara has given me hope for an end to my back and neck pain. For the past few years I have had issues with upper back and neck pain. I have been through physical therapy, pain management, too many prescriptions, acupuncture and have seen several chiropractors, but nothing helped correct my problems. Ive been to several Chiropractors for upper back and neck pain that Ive endured for years. Dr. Casarra was the first to scan my back for issues and then recommend a real plan to alleviate and correct the problem areas. It took about 2-3 months to see real progress but Im pain free now. Sorry for such a long review but I promise its worth the read. Im hoping maybe my experience may beable to help someone out there suffering and feeling hopeless. Being a local business owner myself, I believe alot in the power of reveiws as they are extremely important to a persons reputation, so please always be honest and considerate when leaving them on someones business. Now we will get back to Doctor Cassara and how Chiropractic changed my life. I started seeing doctor cassara about a year ago after I started feeling extremely ill. I continued suffering from headaches every single day of the week all day long sometimes with nothing I could take that would help relieve the pain, my thoughts were extremely delayed and slow. It also got to the point where my speech started to be affected and I started having speech problems with certain words and I was no longer even able to stay awake most of the day.Thats when i became extemly scared. It was almost like you feel like youre dying from the inside out and just breathing and just being alive was so completely exhausting. I got so bad I even went to the hospital yet every test that they ran everything came back completely fine, impossible! I tried to explain to them how sick I really was yet all as they sent me home with was pepcid and a few $1000 bill. Hopelessly i reached out to a few people and was advised since I was in a bad car accident 2 years prior I might wanna see a chiropractor. So I took their advice and started looking around the local area for one and since I did not feel good I was not willing to drive very far at all. So I knew i had to find something close to my home that I could get to on a daily basis and keep up with the treatments, And thats when I found this place. When I first started here I had to fill out some paper work regarding my symptoms and levels of pain and Ill never forget the one question that I filled out and it said in there where do you see yourself in a year from now and I distinctly remember writing in that Box not alive, my body was shutting down. I know for a fact that had I have not gotten the care that I needed I would not be here today to beable to share my story with everyone. Never in my life have I been as sick as I was before I started coming to see doctor cassara. Im 32 years old and was alway fairly active with no prior health conditions so for me this was a serious problem. Currently we are amost a year in now of trearments and I feel so much better. My headaches are down to maybe only a couple a month, I dont suffer from Dizziness and nausea 24 hours A-day 7 days a week, my energy is normal, and most importantly I can continue to run my dog training company without trying to hide from my clients how extremely ill i was lol. So my biggest advise is if your in a car accident please see a chiropractor even if nothing hurts, because it will get you later on and im living proof. I started seeing Dr. Cassara 11 years ago after taking Anti-Inflammatory meds (Ibuprofen) too often for joint stiffness/pain. Sleep was difficult due to this issue. Within 3 weeks the joint pain began decreasing dramatically. Sleep was no longer a problem. Cant say enough about Dr. Cassaras care and my health has never been better.
