Im really shocked at the good reviews for this place, because theyre wrong. Sure, the staff is nice, but none of them know anything about being a chiropractor. Most of the visit is warming up on all these contraptions, before finally seeing the chiropractor for only one minute while he pops you in only 4 places before rushing you out the door. At my old chiropractors office, he would spend 10-15 minutes on me and had great bedside manner. The massage therapist is rude and it sounds like shes insulting you instead of feeling sympathy for your pain. After two months of going there, Im still in pain. Dont go here.

I came in for my appointment at 230pm and there was a note posted on the window that they were having a meeting. I waited for over 20 minutes. They didnt even have the courtesy to acknowledge me while they knew I was waiting. If this isnt bad customer service then I dont know what is? This tells me the customer is not important for them as I had a terrible experience. Going to a different Chiropractor that actually cares for their customers.

Highly recommend! The receptionists are super nice and helpful when it comes to making appointments and insurance matters. The nurses and massage therapist are very friendly, professional, and attentive to comfort. The chiropractors and physical therapists are very considerate of pain levels and progress through every appointment. Overall, great environment and amazing staff!!

I’ve been coming here since January and the entire staff is great! They know everyone by name and offer personable care. Dr. Alberti along with Dr. Pauling have taken great care of me. Ken and Mike are also very skilled physical therapists who have helped tremendously. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I’ve been to several different chiropractors and this one is awesome! I am really adjusted very well staff is extremely friendly I wouldn’t choose any other place. Best choice I’ve made in my pain is almost gone. Great job guys

My very first visit here this past Friday (8/7) was great! After having some discomfort on my left side of shoulder/head for two weeks I left there feeling hopeful. Returning the following Monday (8/10) for my 2nd visit I reported to them that I had NO pain over the weekend. Brian & Mike were very pleasant and informative about the care they performed on me. Now, my husband will be having his first appointment today! 😊

The Facility is super clean their staffs are wonderful and kind. They have so much services to offer . The chiropractor are hands-down one of the best in the area I totally recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely love this place! I was recently in a motor vehicle accident and messed up my back and neck pretty badly! Dr. Brian is very attentive and really makes sure he gets the key points that need to be adjusted! The nurses and front desk are super nice and make you feel welcomed! The care center of south Jersey is an all around care center. The girls from the front desk are very knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Mike and the rest of the pt team are super talented with doing excercises. Him and Dr. Ken really setup a doable program for you and your needs. Then you have the certified massage therapists Lisa and Mariana who help you with massage therapy and getting you to relax. And Dr. Steven Alberti and Dr. David Pauling have magical hands!!! They can crack my back and neck with ease. They all work together like a well oiled machine. All of the people here are here to help you out of pain and get back to life. Very great place and highly recommended.

After a car accident back in 2018 that left me in constant pain CARECENTER has been helping me Feel more like myself . Everyone is courteous and kind . The doctors, PT and office staff are amazing and eager to help and always give suggestions as well. The office is clean, sanitized and beautifully updated to provide a welcoming environment . I feel safe and protected when I go here for treatment .

Let me 1st of all start off by saying I was recently in a MVA, and I was sent here to the Care Center. The Staff is so nice , but most of caring about my individual pain and set up a good therapy session specifically for me and my back pain. The Dr.s are knowledgeable and the messaging is the best. I highly recommend the Care Center of South Jersey.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Even the office staff is very polite and helpful. Most of the time, I walk out of my appointment feeling 100% better than when I went in. The Dr. took the time, on the first appointment to really diagnose my issues. He made me feel at ease. This was important to me as it was my first time at a chiropractor, ever.

Dr. Alberti is a very professional and knowledgeable chiropractor. His care and adjustments are hands down the best Ive ever received. I highly recommend his services. He also has several massage therapists who are beyond phenomenal.

Wonderful staff!

Drs Aberti and Chang (acupuncture) are the best Chiropractors that I have ever been to. I have been a patient of Chiropractors since 1986 and for the first 20 years had some success, but would always have a reoccurrence of back and disc issues. However, since I started going to Care Center in 2005, the treatment has mostly been preventive and I have not been laid up in a bed or the floor like I had in the past. As for Mariana, she is the best Massage Therapist in the world - there is no one else quite like her.

5 star all the way I love this place they are really good with customer service very friendly and on point with there job I thank everyone for the help 👍👌😊

Great service

This is the worse office I have ever been too. The staff was rude, the office is disgusting, very dirty, cluttered, unorganized. Dr. Steve Alberti was just awful. no bedside manner. He barely speaks to you. He rushes in and out of the room the whole visit. All he cares about is getting payment from your insurance. He billed my insurance for things he didnt even do. Hes a fraud and is getting sued by multiple insurances. This office is a major no go. I only gave it 1 star because the front desk girl Stephanie and the floor girl Cathy were exceptional.
