I am visiting family and needed a pedicure so made an appointment my professional service person was Ying she was EXCELLENT and great customer service. I will highly recommend this facility to my family and I hope they will pass the word to their friends. I will be back for a manicure before I leave to return back to my home town of Colorado Springs,CO.

Amy was so sweet and professional.I came in for a pedicure, I’m from Florida and visiting my family up here. The nail salon is bright and clean. The pedicure I got was so relaxing and felt great! Will definitely come back.

I have been to many nails salon and recently went to a different one than Victorias nail & spa and left with my nails shaped differently from one hand to the other and felt rushed and pressured to add additional services and nail colors. At Victorias I showed them my concerns with my current nails as they were done misshapen as round on one hand and oval on the other. They also helped me on deciding on a color which was a very professional, comfortable experience. I felt like I was with a friend helping pick out colors. My nail technician was Christine and she was AMAZING. She was professional, friendly, and it was very apparent that she takes pride in her work and art. She reshaped my nails to the way I want and did an amazing job on my overall manicure. The salon was clean, the ladies professional, friendly, and a comfortable environment. They had CDC guidelines visible and were prepared in following those guidelines to keep themselves and their customers safe. I really appreciate that since I have a young son at home and I myself am at a higher risk with a compromised immune system. I will definitely be returning to Victorias Nails & Spa, you guys are doing a great job especially in hard times and appreciate your work, professionalism, friendliness, and the way you are following CDC guideline. ❤

Been going here for over 2 years now...Anna is my go-to-girl. She takes her time and if I need a touch up she does it at no extra charge. Make sure to call ahead and make an appointment to ensure availability. They get busy at times. I can’t speak on the other ladies but what I can say is that they are all very friendly and will accommodate your needs.

I got my nails done today and they look great! The staff also handed me free water bottles. Great service overall!

The staff is friendly but the older woman that did my nails was slow. Took two hours to do gel acrylic refill. It never takes that long. I repeatedly had to tell her that she needs to put the acrylic closer to my cuticles because it was going to look like I would need my nails done again in less than a week. My thum is also peeling on the side because she missed the whole corner of my nails. I wouldn’t say it was the worst experience but it was really agitating. If I go there again I would make sure not to go to her.

Wonderful service - my nails looked amazing! Ive been coming here for two months, and apparently theres been a complete change in management since May 1st, so the reviews from before that should be outdated. The new ladies here are genuinely happy to talk to their customers so they dont feel uncomfortable.

This place is horrible.... I went in with my mom for her Birthday and they asked if we had an appointment, I said no but didnt say they didnt have time. We sit down for a pedicure and they got mad they we wanted a gel manicure... And started rushing my pedicure, she didnt even try to exfoliate the bottom of my foot all the way. I have never walked out of a place before unfinished until today. Way to ruin my moms birthday day at the nail salon. You should have just told me you didnt have time!!!!

My first and last time going here - I am usually not so inclined to leave reviews but I am so unhappy with my experience. Very rushed and sloppy looking pedicure. Staff was very rude when I declined additional services. And on top of this, more expensive than my typical go-to salon. Dont waste your time or money going here.

Rude. Waste of money. Over priced on top of it. Did not know how to do nails. Will never ever go back. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
