Short staff,sometimes as an employee you did not receive report of patients ,you found out you had a New admission when checking your rooms or when they show up at the door. The DON was not a approachable for issues or concerns you had as employee. Patients complained of not receiving rehab.In my opinion the longer they were there the more money charged insurance.I always wonder when they do there annual inspection from the state .Are they really doing there job.I hope some day they will take the time and do room visit with the patients they keep away when there doing there inspections.It only takes one brave and compassionate person to listen and DO THERE JOB!

My grandfather came here for some physical therapy after an operation. Everyday they told him after physical therapy theyd be back for a 2nd session after lunch. Every day that was a lie. He said there are little lies and big lies. These are the biggest of the liars. We transferred him out ASAP. Dont go here if you can help it. They have a terrible business model in our opinion.

My mother has been in the nursing home called manor care in cherry hill, nj. The old name was ManorCare of Cherry Hill is now Barclays Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. I already filed a complaint on google against manor care in which they didnt reply instead they changed their name and refused internally my request for transfer and bed sores check!Now, presently After my aunt Retired Nurse, my mothers sister, checked my mother for bed sores and found I was accurate with my previous complaint regarding the bed sores!I am requesting immediate transfer to new facility and punitive damages awarded to my mother and myself Power or Attorney and maximum in damages for this travesty.I cant afford to watch the employees at Barclay to ensure their are doing their job.One thing for sure my mother is barely ever dressed, potty changed, awake, out of bed, etc. I never seen her in a wheelchair up and about for years now!!!Service for patients and employees in staff not responsible to trust when you cant watch them every minute!!What do you think would be a fair resolution to your issue?Maximum amount of USD Funds paid to Peggy J.
