Sarah has been amazing. I have been seeing her for a few years now and her expertise was already at a high level, but has only increased over time. She’s extremely professional, while still real and empathetic. She runs a clean, smooth and seamless business/office in TWO different states! I have recommended her to a number of friends and family members who have also had a lot of success and healing since seeing her. Things that I knew were not right with my body, and I couldn’t get doctors to take me seriously, Sarah was able to find, and provide supplement recommendations that either completely eradicated the issues or significantly diminished them. I am so grateful that I found her, and have a natural health practitioner to go to to get natural solutions for whatever is going on (from seasonal allergies to lyme’s) instead of having to rely on traditional medicine that relies on prescription medications which often have negative side effects or are a bandage for the problem instead of a solution. I can’t recommend her more. Seriously, even if nutritional response testing confuses you or you don’t fully “get it”, try it, and if you follow Sarah’s recommendations I truly can’t see how you wouldn’t also have incredible results and start to feel so much better!

NHIC is a the perfect first step into holistic healthcare. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, patient, and timely.Me and my sons have been clients for over a year now. My two older boys are special needs. After several years on and off medications I felt that there had to be another way to support their bodies without prescriptions- there was. Its been a journey of learning about food triggers and whole food supplements. NHIC is not a quick fix. It takes time and effort to get the whole body back into harmony. This is my second review cause I cant get over how much my body has improved since I went here. My ibs c issues are totally resolved after just two visits. I was literally in the hospital days before I went here and in so much pain my skin was dry and my overall health seemed poor. I feel like the bad toxins in my body are gone my skin is clear my pain is gone and I lost some weight. I highly recommend everyone goes and gets the colonic cleanse done. NRT (Nutrition Response Testing) - the type of muscle testing or applied kinesiology practiced here - is the biofeedback technology of the future that actually is here now! Amazing to get feedback from the body about what is going on inside and just what support it needs to heal. Utterly amazing. It is no more quackery than the pulse ox finger sleeve commonly used in hospitals, usually without suspicion. But because it is not yet in common use, skepticism remains. Its actually very scientific and testable and has been tested. Once aware of this amazing design of the body to communicate this way, its hard to imagine caring for our health without it. I came to the Natural Health Improvement center of South Jersey 2016. I was really at my wits end and was hoping for a natural approach to my digestive issues and mental brain fog. Sarah was really able to help me. I am feeling a hundred percent better and on the road to maintaining my health going forward.

After reading the reviews, made an appointment for our 2 children, who were having allergy problems and were scared of going to an allergist. The office building is pretty nondescript, but the inside office was nice. did not really understand what was going on, but she had the kids lie down and put some sort of tubes on their stomachs. Then she had them push their arms against her. Bought the pills she said they needed. $$$$! Well, mentioned to my sister, who is an M.D. and she freaked! Said this is not part of any legit medicine, and is fake! The kids allergies have not gotten any better. The clincher was when I mentioned at church what wed done. The parishioners thought it sounded crazy. And our reverend is convinced this is a witchcraft type of thing. Feel so horrible now what I have done to the kids. Praying.
