First time appointment at Dr. Ridl’s.I had never received the water pressurized cleaning procedure followed by traditional, but less aggressive scaling. I think this is my favorite cleaning ever. My teeth feel soooo clean. Thank you. See you again in six months.

Beautiful office, felt like I was visiting a mountain lodge. Dentist and staff were very kind and gentle. Dr. Ridl recommended an alternative to the very expensive treatment that another dentist had prescribed, which will save me a ton of money. Thank you, thank you!

Very friendly and attentive. Incredibly Helpful at referring me to a surgeon to get a wisdom tooth pulled. I’m new to Cheney, and I was skeptical of finding a dentist I liked at the beginning. I found Jacob Ridl on my insurance’s network, and I figured let’s give it a try. I was not disappointed. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The hygienists who worked with me were kind, supportive, sensitive, and informative. I also really liked Jacob Ridl, because he was kind and straightforward. I’d definitely recommend this dentist.

I came to Dr. Ridls office after previously having a bad experience at Apple Valley Dental in Spokane Valley. I have always been one to have high anxiety going to the dentist or doctor. I had a few phone conversations with the receptionist prior to my appointment and she went above and beyond and out of her way to help me, even to the point of researching something for me. Quickly after arriving at the office for my first appointment, the staff welcomed me and made me feel at home. Erin even remembered me and followed up with me about a previous conversation we had on the phone. Sara is so friendly, making you feel like you have been apart of their family for a long time. Dr. Ridl is kind, professional, and straightforward. I loved all the staff; they are friendly, family-oriented, knowledgeable, caring and they explain everything really well. I left there feeling at ease and peaceful, free of anxiety and actually excited for my next appointment. I highly recommend anyone making this dentist office their regular go to dentist.

I had a toothache for 3 days and called to see if I could get in for an emergency session. They told to come in as soon as I could. I made it there in about 30 minutes and was seen within 30 minutes of my arrival. Dr Ridl and his staff were very thorough and open with me. He prescribed meds for me and said to come back next week if the problem wasnt solved. I will be going back for regular visits in the future!

So glad Dr. Ridl was recommended to me. Everyone was friendly and really took an interest in my oral health care. Suggestions going forward but not pushy about it.

Ive gone back and forth about posting my recent experience but I really dont want anyone else to have to go through it.Our family had a dentist we were seeing in 2018 but I noticed his hands were shaking while working on my daughter, hence the change. I also had broken a front crown and was recommended an oral surgeon by Dr Ridls staff for an extraction and implant. Upon completion of the extraction and while the implant was healing I started treatment with this office last fall.Dr. Ridl has been excellent, very patient and thorough. I had a couple fillings done and will be returning next month for the implant to be crowned.I also saw an amazing hygienist. Their were some areas of concern that needed to be deep cleaned. I was informed by the hygienist my insurance would cover the cleaning but probably not the antibiotic. I agreed to pay the $80 and was scheduled to have one other section cleaned.So I was stunned when I recently received a bill from the dentist for over $500. Come to find out from my insurance company I only had $11.00 worth of benefits remaining when they did the second cleaning. If the cleaning was done four days later (and a new calendar year) it would have been paid for. I honestly believed this was the job of the front office staff. Im almost 50 and have never had anything like this happen.Im sure the office will be more diligent in the future, I know I will be.Dr.Ridl really is a great dentist ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Sincerely, Raquel Longie

Dr. Ridl and his staff (from everyone to the front office to the Hygienists) are friendly, caring and super accommodating. Ive always felt welcome and comfortable in a setting that can sometimes be stressful. Thanks to Dr. Ridl and his staff for always treating me like family and taking excellent care of my teeth!
