Went thru drive-thru 2x within a month; both times 2 p/u prescription; reminding ppl 2b sure u kno what u pay 4 ur meds; if theres an increase have them chk ur insurance; the associate asked for a payment 6x more than previous payments; when she went to the back & returned, she had the proper information. The 2nd incident involved an associate handing me my meds, change, receipt; very nice person & left the window; in my car; looked at my stapled bag, but, whats missing? Wish I could give a reward 2 whomever gets it because I learned my lesson from this similar occurrence inside Walgreens years ago; got home & immediately returned again to request my

Jenny the pharmacist was very helpful, knowledgable and kind. She understood my concerns and went out of her way to assist! Wish the staff in Miami Fl had were trained and provided the same level of customer service

Great employees in an out quick

Staff need to be more attentive to their phones understandable that the pharmacy can get real busy but no need to be disrespectful to someone that has been in that same position as you. Some pharmacy staff are pleasant and some have no sense of morales. I work for a doctors office and was asking the technician to help me she placed me on hold 3 times for like 5 minutes. I asked her what was going on and why I had to wait for 15 minutes her response theres people ahead of you. Then she should have told me that in the first time she answered the phone. I feel the young lady should not answer the phones if she has no clue how to be pleasant. Hope one rotten apple doesnt ruin the bunch.

Impossible to get through via phone. Website is no help. Better off going to CVS 100% of the time

I overall like this love this place. Its neat & quiet & well stocked but I did have an encounter with a male manager who had no patience for my first time printing a photo. It turns out its not difficult at all, but I did need help my first time.

If I could give this pharmacy one star less than none I would... The pharmacist ignorant they were talking about my prescription very loudly behind the desk with a packed waiting area they decide whether they feel like filling your prescription or not or and or when they feel like doing it I watched as people come in after me drop off prescriptions and pick them up before I left. every Walgreens Ive been to has been worse than the next but this one is taking the top of the cakehorrible dont go if youre dying

Rude service, bigoted man behind the counter kept calling me sir even after I corrected him. If you can’t be polite to customers, you shouldn’t be in customer service. This happened about 45 minutes ago.

Went to pick up my prescription around 3pm (i ordered the prescription via walgreens app at 9am) and it was still not ready. Asian guy told me hed have it ready in an hour and i have yet to get an email notification that its ready. SMH. The pharmacy dept. is like a revolving door. Everytime i go they have new technicians in there. Def. switching pharmacies. The wait time is ridiculous. Not the first time id have to wait hours for a prescription...

Bad services I went 3 different Walgreens for Passport photos because the employee dont want to work the other say the printer is doesnt work and the last one is a bad quality.Walgreens Chelsea, Malden and Revere.

This pharmacy takes too long to ship the medications I had to wait for more than 3 days to have a medicine ready and they never have enough pharmacy assistants I really do not recommend Chelsea Walgreens
