The staff is extremely professional , but also super friendly and always greeted me with kindness even after they shut down for a few months due to COVID-19. There were never long wait times and the prices are reasonable. Many of my friends are now asking me about where and how I straightened my teeth. I previously had gone to different offices for evaluations and was offered a number of treatments that I did not feel I truly needed. Dr. Suri, however, gave me an accurate evaluation. Theyre the best! My teeth were messed up in so many ways before coming in for a visit. As soon as I walked in, you could tell how nice and friendly the environment there was. The secretary, dentists, and all of their staff is amazing. Not only are they nice, but theyre also amazing at their jobs. When you walk in, they greet you and the check in process is simple and stress-free. The dentists there are also spectacular. In my particular case, I had a tooth lodged up in my mouth and not showing, so they sent me to MGH to have an oral surgery to save the tooth and bring it down. They were able to use attachments and elastics to drag the tooth down while also fixing my surrounding teeth. Now, that tooth looks perfect and my smile is better than ever! I am so proud of their work and happy to say that my smile is perfect thanks to them!

Chelsea Orthodontics has such a welcoming and happy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and shows interest in each individual patient. I always over hear the front staff conversing with the patients about important life events such as competitions, graduations, upcoming vacations etc. Upon meeting the Doctors, youll be impressed with the amount of knowledge they acquire. They really know what theyre talking about! Did I mention Dr. Suri (of Indian decent) is fluent in Spanish?! Amazing. They are great with children and the place is clean and cozy. I am very pleased with the progress my child is making in her orthodontic treatment and would definitely recommend Chelsea Orthodontics as the go-to place if looking for a beautiful smile!
