Just had the most pleasant experience with Lincare the lady that answered the phone was extremely polite and knowledgeable took all my information and made sure it was forwarded before the call ended. Very happy with the service I was provided

Im posting this because it may be a matter of life or death for someone who is using oxygen 24 hours a day. I called Lin Care in Chelmsford today 4 times in a row~ they picked up the phone and hung it up immediately every time. Im calling because my mom is on oxygen. She needs to have her oxygen unit serviced because its not working properly and she has run out of portable oxygen tanks. So if anyone is reading this and paying attention ~ I hope you will call that number that called you several times today~ Its important and could be a matter of life or death for someone.

How is this company still in business? They just do NOT care about anything! My friend is stuck with all empty bottles and these people refuse to deliver or exchange. They do not even have the common decency to return our calls. We will be urging all local hospitals to stop dealing with this company.

Worst company I ever had to deal with. You make appointments for oxygen delivery and they dont show up. When you call the next day they have more excuses then there are people in the world.

Do not use this company they have terrible customer service. They only respond if you pester them with several calls and then only reluctantly. They do not pay attention to scheduled deliveries that they set up so you have to call in and wait on hold for at least 30 minutes to talk to someone who will not take care of the issue.

Called a bunch of times an was either disconnected or hung up on. I wont be calling back due to all the bad reviews here. If everyone is having such a bad time with this company please report them to the Massachusetts board of pharmacy.

You can believe all the negative reviews here. After so many complaints, insurers are finally realizing that this company is not worth using. Ive heard they may going down the toilet. Unfortunately, though, the oxygen market seems to attract unscrupulous operators, so be sure to read the reviews of any competitors youre considering. They may be just as bad!

These people are the worst company ever. I have called and called for them to come fix my machine because it isnt working. Have been waiting for days. I have to use the tanks I have. You never talk to anyone but a operator. I will find another company to go to as of today. I have been without any oxigen for over 2 hours now and I am so done with these people. Run away from this company

After two and a half weeks of calling desperately to get help with my husbands broken bipap machine we finally have a new machine and resolution - using a completely different provider. It took nearly 10 calls (excluding all the direct calls that were not answered) and escalation to the emergency headquarters phone number for someone to ask if the equipment was looked at. I was assured by the one exceedingly helpful person on the phone that wed get a call back. We did not. Dont deal Lincare if at all optional, they are woefully inept at best and criminally negligent at worst. This location is abysmal.Reliable Respiratory has so far been a gem if youre looking for a provider in the New England area and have BCBS.

Lincare Chelmsford deserves less than 1 star. They do not answer the phone nor do they return calls. Leaving messages with their answering service is a waste of time. The only way to reach them is to just keep redialing many times during the day until they respond. WORST customer support ever. Almost impossible to get the supplies I need timely..

Absolutely Incredible bad service - no service at all! Impossible to get a hold of them to order replacement parts for my fathers oxygen machine. In the rare occasion I spoke with someone, they said will call you which never happens. Horrible, horrible company!!! When I find time, I will report them to the BBB.

Crappiest customer service, Ive ever dealt with! I couldnt get one straight answer out of the woman. I tried calling for a family member who happens to be elderly and slow and has trouble calling for himself. To ask them to call him back and they said they dont call patients directly. The woman who answered sounded like she could care less how important it is that my elderly, sick family member needs his medical equipment. She just gave me attitude and even after explaining the situation, she said Oh well I dont know what to tell you The social worker at the hospital warned me they werent easy to deal with. Its know wonder theyve got mostly 1 star and bad reviews. Ive never heard of a place not calling their customers back.

Worst company ever! They don’t have a clue of what it’s like not to be able to breath! Been waiting on nebulizer since Monday and checking in every day with them and doctors and it’s thursday and I still don’t have it! Shame I am reporting this to any site I see available!Disgusting!

Put on hold, and get disconnected, or transferred to their messaging service that gives Lewis the messages left. Never receive phone call. Was told someone would be here on Monday, waited all day, no one showed up and it is now three days later. No customer service what so ever!

Lincare is just the worst company. They are impossible to get in touch with as they only employ an answering service, and their phone lines often will disconnect you. They do not return calls, even when promised. I have been trying to help my grandmother return her unnecessary oxygen machine for months to no avail. Lincare will belittle your concerns and make little attempt to help you. Do not use their services.

I have trying to return equipment from this business for more than 2 weeks. I have left multiple messages and an email. Noone returns my calls or schedules a pick-up. What do I need to do to return the nebulizer which is no longer needed? Is this just a scam so they can continue to bill for it?

One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Horrible customer service and they dont even have the courtesy to return phone calls. They would be paid by my insurance for the supplies I am requesting, so I am at a loss as to why they are turning down business.

Does anyone answer the phone here? Horrible company. One out of about 15 phone calls was answered, and I was promised to be called back - never was. Additionally, ended up purchasing a nebulizer our of pocket, because I was made to wait so long. Dont even bother with this company, they should be shut down.

Should not have to wait for oxygen. And your staff should not FORGET about their patients!! And thenm when your patient calls YOU, you just act like she doesnt exist?! Were not talking about something thats a luxary, this is oxygen for god sakes. This company is a joke and you should be ashamed you treat your patients the way that you do.

Miserable service, people should be ashamed to work here. Claim to have a problem with their phone system yet havent tries to fox or for months, no way to contact anyone and everything they tell you is out their was and a load of b.s.. they could easily fall victim to a lawsuit when telling people theyll be there s certain day and not showing up or giving any notice

I am a registered nurse and Lincare has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They put u on hold and u get disconnected repeatedly. Can never find doctors orders that were repeatedly faxed by Physician. If I could score a zero on stars I would. Pick another oxygen/respiratory supplier.
