Very good system for delivering the flu vaccination. We were greeted immediately upon arrival, signed paperwork, and shot administered in a very short time frame. Much more efficient than having to check in, then waiting to be brought to an exam room.I hope this approach is offered again for future vaccination administration.

I recently switched to Chelmsford Primary Care and have had nothing but good experiences all around. Dr. Sun is my PCP and is very thorough, personable and truly listens to her patients. She is so far one of the best PCPs I’ve had.

Their receptionist or administrative person was really toxic. When we tried to make appointment after switching PCP we had to have the same conversation so many times for over two weeks. They never called back even though they said they would call us back soon. They lost my personal information, claiming we never gave it to them. A woman called me and I picked up, but she didn’t say anything and hang up. Addition to that, they don’t offer online tele-health in this era. So embarrassing.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and needed a new primary care physician. I researched the area and saw Chelmsford Primary Care had great reviews, and that Dr. Sun was accepting new patients. My husband and I got appointments within 2 weeks of contacting the practice and they were one right after another which made it so easy. The women at the front desk are SO kind and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home right away. The medical assistant (she had pink hair) was so friendly and very good at her job.Dr. Sun is easily the best PCP Ive ever had, and I knew that right off the bat. Not only is she incredibly warm and kind, but she is thorough, upbeat, understanding and truly listens when you bring up a concern. She made me feel comfortable within seconds of meeting her and I could tell she not only cares deeply about her patients, but she is an excellent doctor. My husband had an equally positive experience with her. We are very happy to have found Chelmsford Primary Care and Dr. Sun, and we hope to be patients here for many years to come.

Chelmsford Primary Care is a very welcoming practice. All of my family are patients here and most recently my mother joined their practice. The scheduling staff is wonderful about making or changing appointments that best meet everyones scheduling needs. If referrals are needed they are done promptly upon request. Billing questions are a breeze when you talk to billing guru, Nicole. Nursing staff and medical assistants are friendly and respond to messages in a timely manner. The doctors and nurse practitioners are all very patient, understanding and thorough. I would highly recommend this practice to someone looking for a new primary care physician.

I have been at this practice for the past 30 years and have stayed because of the actual caring of the Doctors, Nurse Practitioner and the office staff. They help make your visit easy and try the best they can to keep me healthy!I saw Brians the NP today who was more concerned about me than I was. They really care.

My parents have been coming here for 10+ years , the office staff is wonderful, especially their favorite medical assistant Tiffany who is very helpful and goes above and beyond for them. I highly recommend this office.

I have been a patient here for more years than I can honestly count and there is NO other medical practice that I would ever consider changing or moving to. From the gals at the front desk to billing to the lab to all the nursing staff and nurse practitioners, they are the BEST at what they do - care about the patient as a human and not a number. I was sad when Drs Wikander and Dahod retired, and any concerns regarding now seeing Dr Gonzalez, were quickly gone!I cannot say enough but Thanks Dr G and all! You ROCK!!Sharon B.

Good luck finding any appointments here. Out of all the doctors, only one (the newest on board) is taking patients at least 3 weeks out. The others are apparently booked for the year. I called in and scheduled an initial visit, had to reschedule and was told, as a courtesy, theyll allow the one rebook and then I will not be able to go there. Reason being is that theyre soooo busy. I will be taking my service elsewhere where it doesnt feel like an exclusive club to get into. Since Ive cancelled because I wasnt sure which day to use my one and only reschedule, the office manager will be notified to ban me. What a joke!
