I cannot speak highly enough of Excel Rehab and Sports and, particularly, Jeff Potts. After shoulder surgery, I was seeing another physical therapist at another practice and 4-5 weeks post-op not only was I not progressing, I was actually experiencing new and extreme nerve pain and worsening of symptoms. I was beginning to grow discouraged and afraid that a separate issue had surfaced or been created and was wondering if I’d ever gain use of my dominant arm again. My surgeon recommended that I see Jeff at Excel and my experience has literally been life-changing. Not only have I made a full recovery from shoulder surgery, I have been gradually been increasing my strength and weight training - something I haven’t been able to do in years. I am leaving Excel Rehab not only with a rehabilitated shoulder, but with the confidence to continue exercising using a tailored program that should help my shoulder mobile and keep me heading in a pain-free direction. The office and office support staff are all very friendly and accommodating. After seeing multiple physical therapists over the course of pre-diagnosis and then post-operation, I can confidently say that I wouldn’t recommend another practice besides Excel. He takes the time to listen and evaluate each patient at each visit and tailor their treatment as needed. He was caring and understanding at a very volatile time in my life. I just wanted to say that I have been to different PT for different problems and Excel far outways any of the ones that I have used. My Therapist Jeff Potts is the most personable, kind, and caring individual that love what he does. I knew this was the place for me when my Dr. sent me to him. I really had accepted that I might not ever feel my feet again or walk without excruciating pain. But thanks to Jeff being so kind, patient and determined to work with me I am well on my way. If you are looking for a therapist I highly recommend Excel for anyone that need someone to listen and take excellent care of them. I am so very thankful for them, everyday I feel myself getting stronger and I know I have a ways to go but with him as my therapist I have complete confidence that I will get there. I also have to mention his staff outstanding. I love this group..

The entire staff is very personable, helpful and professional. They work together like a fine oiled machine. Everything from making appointments to the treatment by all of the staff is excellent. Ben is my therapist he is a ten ! Really knows his stuff. I have already recommended this facility to all of my friends.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. They take the time to explain your insurance costs etc. The location was easy to access and they were able to work with my weird work schedule.Ben did a great job getting me back on my feet He listened to my concerns and adjusted my treatment when needed. If I ever need physical therapy again, I will definitely return.(although I hope not😉) Thank you!!

Only great things to say!! Jeff is/was so extremely helpful and helped my knee tremendously. Jeff was very attentive and in tune with what my knee needed. All of the therapists are so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this physical therapy place!

Ben was great. I went to him after suffering with painful plantar fasciitis for more than 2 years. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. He considered my goals in the care plan, and listened to my ideas and incorporated those into the plan along the way. My feet are much much better after a few months of treatment. Excel really did “excel” in their physical therapy treatment for me. The exercises they assigned for me have helped immensely in relieving my back pain. Plus, they have given me exercises to continue at home. I highly recommend them!
