This is the worst Publix by far in Chattanooga. When I first walk in, carts are basically blocking the entrance. The shopping was fine, but what really upsets me is the customer service. When I was pulling out of my parking space and driving down the lot, a Publix employee let a cart go right in front of my car causing me to slam on my brakes. He just stared at me and got the cart grudgingly. Not even a wave, or just a simple “sorry”. Publix is known for their customer service but they did not even come close this time.

The pharmacist is great. He is compassionate & catches all my doctor’s errors!

I just received my flu shot. It was quick, easy, mostly painless, and I was given a free $10 gift card. Nice!
