They were professional and efficient in getting my teen into a J brace. I would definitely come back if we need their services again.

Wonderful staff. The doctor was very caring and took the time to answer every question that we had. They went out of their way to make sure my mother was happy with her custom brace, that fits in her shoe. We highly recommend.

Orthotics and shoes. They got me in relatively quickly. They have a limited supply of providers for shoes, but could find options. Their turn around time is a bit long and just found out one style shoe is apparently discontinued, so I pick one pair up and order a different pair. Then wait another month. The folks there are nice.

They wait for months to work you in when they have made your orthotic incorrectly, requiring repeated phone calls, they treat you like the plague when you come in, and I actually saw my technician get in the car and leave while I was getting out of my car to come in the office for my appointment. The staff acted like it was my fault that he wasnt there to see me even though it was staff who made my appointment. Poor business practice and inefficient

The first visit we waited 2 hours. The office staff was very unfriendly. The follow up visit was no better. They were not busy either of the appointments yet we had to wait an unrealistic amount of time. Would not recommend - downtown location

My experience has been at the Cleveland, TN location. The staff is amazing and have went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter (who is 11 years old).

If you are an amputee you need to read this review. I was referred by my doctors because they honestly dont know any better and there is a very limited market that this company has somewhat of a monopoly on. My test socket took 13 weeks to make and it wasnt even sealed to wear home and a horrible fit. This is not normal it should take no longer than 5 weeks at the most! I kept getting excuses. The lines of the socket were so uneven and I constantly had to wear several several socks. It was a very sloppy job. This continued for a year! I told this prosthetist several times I was walking short on one side. He kept telling me my measurements were fine and would not adjust what I knew was not a proper alignment or fit. I was billed for backup and duplicate supplies that I never received and CONSANTLY had to ask for extra supplies that were vital and he always forgot to order them. I was in pain that severely effected my quality of life as I am a very active person. The prosthetist told me I would never be that comfortable. I never walked back into Sourheasterns doors again. If you think this is normal service and consider this as just part of being a new amputee it is not and do not settle for this! First time I walked into PPS prosthetics, the company that I switched to, he immediately noticed I was walking short on one side and corrected it. It took a few minutes of his time to make a huge difference. My knew test socket took just a little over 2 weeks and is excellent thus far. It is the first time Ive walked pain free on my lower stump, this is how its supposed to be.
