Jackson has been doing online therapy 2 times a week for about a month, and I can already see progress. His therapist is the best, she is kind and professional, her communication skills are phenomenal. I highly recommend Pediatric Plus.

My son has received speech, occupation, and physical therapies at Pediatrics Plus for three years now. They have an amazing staff, and have become like family to us. Everyone we have had has been extremely knowledgeable and continues to help my little man progress. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for therapy for their child.

Initially, we were happy with services. We loved Becky, as our son responded well to her and she was great with him. However, after our first two visits, they kept switching therapists on us without even letting us know or asking if we were comfortable with the change. Come to find out, our son was dropped from Becky’s caseload so she could provide interpreting services to another child during his time slot. It was unprofessional to put another child ahead of our son, as if he were less important. This was never discussed with us, but instead they just bounced our son around. It was like starting over each time due to the inconsistency in service providers. Needless to say, we let them know that their services were no longer needed.

LOVED our therapist Ms. Jessica. LOVED her! Cried the day she told me she was dismissing my son from her case load as she felt he wasnt progressing or regressing and that there was nothing she was doing that we couldnt do at home.Got a statement in the mail a couple of months later for 2 YEARS of therapy services. Pediatrics Plus had apparently not done what they were required to do to get paid by my insurance and the sessions had been denied.I did finally speak with billing and we came up with a settled amount to pay that I could make monthly payments on, so in the end I was satisfied.But again, I cant say it enough how much we (me and my son) loved Jessica.

It gave wonderful directions
