Today July 27-2021 my wife has a doctor’s appointment here the lady at the desk. Told us the kids are not allowed in the building. Why do they have a kids play area… The told us to sit in the car it is 85 degrees out here in Chattanooga TN. What would you do? Very mad at this place they do not like children

Meg Brasel is an amazing midwife!! I switched to her halfway through my pregnancy after having a horrible experience with another midwife. I’m so thankful I switched. She always eased my anxiety and never made me feel dumb for worrying. I was absolutely terrified of being induced, but when I had to be induced due to hypertension she eased my worries. She made my pregnancy, labor, and delivery absolutely amazing. The hospital I delivered at failed to give me all of my postpartum supplies and she advocated for me and made a complaint to the hospital to make sure I got everything that I needed. 10/10 would recommend her!! I will definitely have her as my midwife for future pregnancies.As for the office, it’s always clean. The staff is SO sweet. They always got me back super quick, and the appointments never took forever.

Loved they have so many doctors and were convenient however I had many bad experiences. Lack of communication led me to find out i had a miscarriage when they started talking to me about birth control and they apologized for nobody telling me i had a miscarriage. They had told me the bleeding during pregnancy was normal so I thought I was k. I was passed 8 weeks but I remember them not showing me or to hear heartbeat. That was my first pregnancy. Didnt go there for my second pregnancy

I absolutely cannot recommend this practice to anyone based on the experience I had this past year. The employee who booked my appointment was kind, and I knew to expect a lengthy wait based on other reviews. I was surprised at the lack of professionalism day-of, though—there were some really inappropriate slurs referring to intellectual disability being used behind the desk and from a medical practice, it was incredibly off-putting. The practitioner I saw briefly was dismissive and condescending. Billing was quick and painless so at least there was that. We were so grateful to find a practice just across the street that’s been nothing but pleasant and professional from start to finish through this pregnancy—great care is out there, so don’t ever feel like you have settle for the first place you find if it’s not a good fit.

Great experience here as a new patient with a health concern that had been misdiagnosed by another doctor elsewhere. I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and the Dr. Brunvoll was kind and knowledgeable.

I will say the office isn’t my favorite... I always requested first thing in the morning or after lunch appointments to guarantee a bit more efficiency but I would never leave his office because it’s the best midwife care I’ve ever received. Meg was my midwife and she was so calming, intelligent, and reassuring about everything with pregnancy and postpartum care. She made my delivery experience a very pleasant one and although I’ve moved away I will always miss my midwife, Meg!

Dr. Brunvolle is a wonderful doctor who helped me through my daughter’s high risk birth and delivery. The office worked wonders with me for leave paperwork through my place of employment with my first child. They truly go above and beyond what is expected of them.

I have been a patient here for over 7 years and I have never had a negative experience. Everyone is caring and understanding.

Everyone in the office is great and always pleasant. I usually have the same technician taking my blood (she is a HOOT!) and my nurse, Megan, has been with Dr. Rowland forever and Dr. Rowland ROCKS. Always a prompt reply from Megan (what a sweetheart) when needed. I would NEVER go elsewhere!!!

I loved this office. Clean, polite, not huge wait times and always someone on staff to get you in, even if you pcob is not available. Only one provider I didnt care for her bedside manor but the other 5 and ALL the nurses and Techs are great. I did Follow my provider Dr. Rowland when he opened his own office, but would definitely go back if needed.

I loved it. The staff worked miracles with my leave of absence paperwork. And Dr. Jack Rowland is a patient and kind man.

Dr. Brunvoll performed our C-Section and made sure that the meconium that was inside the amniotic sac wasnt inhaled by our son. Our midwife, Katie Garrett, was extremely helpful explaining things and giving my wife the best prenatal and post pregnancy care.Thank you guys!

Bsolutely the worst experience with physicians in my life. They were extremely unprofessional on all accounts. The triage nurse was rude. The doctor who removed my Nexplanon joked about how the doctor who put it in (also her colluege who worked there) always puts them too deep before numbing of my arm and digging for 30 minutes before finally finding and removing the implant. Also there was no conversation prior to putting the Nexplanon in or taking it out as to if this was the right choice for me or why I wanted the procedure done. They did not care about me or the circumstances regarding this decision. I probably couldve asked them to cut my right hand off and they wouldve made me sign a paper and then done it. Do not let these people touch you.

Love Dr. Brunvoll!! He delivered both my boys and helped me with a miscarriage. Both births were c-sections and he was great. My oldest one was 19 hours of labor ending with surgery at 930 at night. After work Dr. B was at the hospital coaching me on! With my 2nd it was easy! With my miscarriage I lost 1/2 my blood in my body and passed out in his office. He and his staff were amazing. I ended up having to be taken by ambulance to the hospital and after work Dr. B came to perform my DNC. He held my hand to the or. He is very patient and has great bedside manner. My husband thinks the world of him too!!!

My wife loved doctor Collins, but the office is very poorly run. Crazy wait times and lots of billing issues.

I love the doctors and clinical staff here, but their insurance and billing department has been an absolute nightmare! They will tell you your account is paid in full and youll end up with some ridiculous bill months later. Watch out for their pregnancy/birthing payment plan agreements. I was told that with my insurance, I could set up a payment plan that would cover all of my prenatal care visits and birth for about $75 a month. I was told this would cover my office visits and birthing. I paid like I was told and then received bills later for $150, over $200, and an additional $584 after service. I will no longer use them in the future for fear that there will be some other hidden fees that pop up months later. The one star rating is too kind.

The place is poorly run. They are always fast about getting things done. They dont sit down and talk with you about anything. If you dont ask it dont get told. And what gets told is not much. One of the midwives will not tell names would not do the c section on me til my insurance kicked in on a certain day. The doctor said if I had went home that night me and the baby would of died. I was hemorrhaging and she didnt even seem to care. Said the nurses didnt tell her I was and another doctor ordered the c section. I was in so much pain I couldnt and didnt want to breathe. So months later I went to a new doctor who found cancer on me, cervical cancer. Thats why I had to have a c section in the first place because the cancer was traveling in the birth canal area. She told me she didnt understand why a pap was not done on me at that time. Anyways I will not ever ever be back at this place again.

Stay away. There are much nicer people at other locations.

I like my doctor but the wait times are out of control. I have yet to be seen in under an hour.
