Nice little shop with everything you need for your troop or girl scout. Fun patches, badges, binders, journey books, etc. Friendly staff.

One of their troop leaders took my daughter on an unapproved camping trip. My daughter was bitten by a snake. The leader didnt take any of the insurance info with her for my personal insurance or the scout coverage. The girl scout office is not doing their due diligence in taking care of the portion of the bills they need to and it is reflecting on credit.

These folks are so helpful and want to make sure you are getting exactly what you want and need. Girls have great advocates here!

Great store with all items needed. I also am very thankful for the financial aid option. I would have given 5 stars except for one thing. The hours. It is very frustrating that you do not open on Saturdays or atleast have 2 Saturdays a month. I work 8 to 5 Monday-Friday and have to use vacation time if i need to come more than once a month or by a certain date. Another idea would be to open a Cleveland Shop :). Other than that, everything else is 5 star all the way :)

I just going into the Girl Scouts shop. The ladies are very sweet and friendly plus very helpful.

We paid our daughters due; her school couldnt find a parent to lead. We were told go to a different school; we would have been joining mid-year to a group that goes to school together and our daughter would have been an outsider - not an option to this mom. We have NEVER heard back from them, when I contacted them about a refunded she acted like I was speaking another language. Awful experience and left a bad taste in my mouth. We will never participate in Girls Scouts, nor will we support them by purchasing cookies.

I just had a question, is this just a store for the troops or do they also sell the cookies? Any help would be greatly appreciated

The store almost always has everything I need as a parent and as a troop leader. The few times Ive requested something that wasnt something they typically carry, they ordered it and had it to me within 5 days.
