First time getting filler & my family was all “DON’T” but after they seen what Jodi did they were all asking how much it was lol. My lips still look natural and beautiful! They fit my face and she was very professional. I will only see Jodi from here on out.

I had to cancel my appointment today due to circumstances beyond my control. I knew there would be a fee which I thought was $55. No, the fee was $247.50 which was half of the servicewhich I was scheduled to receive. This is Ludicrous!!! I like Thrive and enjoy going there but this was so unprofessional. They wouldnt even try to help me. Im second guessing on whether or not Ill go back.

I had to cancel my first appointment because I fell and sprained my ankle. I tried to show up for my second appointment in Chattanooga traffic and could not get them on the phone to let them know I was in traffic and running late . They did try to callMe back 5-10 min LATER after I had turned around to head home and was stuck in traffic once again. This caused me a lot of stress. Low and behold this morning I am charged a $50 late charge. I will never use them again as they are very unprofessional and rude over the phone. I will also never refer anyone there. They will be reported to Groupon and BBB. I do not feel this charge is my responsibility due to all the communication issues and stress caused.

I have been 2 times now for botox and Im pleased with both visits the staff is very helpful

I have been to Thrive multiple times. Wonderful staff and service. You will not be disappointed with any service you receive. I have had Botox injections (schedule with Kristin she is awesome). And massage therapy. They also offer specials each month. I will continue to be a customer!

I would never go anywhere else. I go in with confidence that my treatment will be done right. I have tried their facials, massages, permanent eyeliner, filler and botox. I have never had a less that perfect experience. I do want to add that the person who did my permanent makeup is no longer there so I cannot speak of my personal experience for their current provider of permanent makeup. However, I expect only the best out of them.

Although the staff was nice, I left with the feeling that they were constantly trying to sell me anything and everything, as if my Groupon wasnt enough. Having said that, I think they also need to re-evaluate the way they sell their Dysport. I bought 60 units but was told that unlike Botox, Dysport is half, meaning I only actually got 30 units. Since I was there, I consulted my doctor friend that normally does my Dysport and Botox. He said that the conversion has changed and NOW Dysport is sold in the same units. This might be something that you may want to look into because I left there feeling like I was duped.
