Love Dr. David Bruces new office and physical therapy space! Plenty of parking - very well done interiors including spacious patient rooms and outstanding physical therapy space with access to very well appointed workout room / equipment. Shawn and Shawnee run a very nice PT operation - I highly recommend!

From the moment you walk into this office, the personnel are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Dr. Bill Moore Smith and the professional staff are competent, caring and do everything possible to provide excellent service to their patients. I couldnt be more pleased with the wonderful care I received.

Dr.Bruce is super nice and respectful. He was quick to find a fracture in my back that had been looked over for over a year.The new location is so much closer and it’s nice seeing some old faces from the previous location.

So glad this new practice has opened, and I was able to follow Linda Leach to this beautiful new facility. She is a top notch nurse practitioner, and as usual, I felt listened to by her as well as the other two nurses who worked with me when I had my physical last week. Opening a new business always has its challenges, but opening a new medical practice during the daunting Covid pandemic increases those challenges exponentially. I had shoulder surgery by Dr. Bruce 3 weeks ago. I cant believe how great I feel. The professionalism of the staff is top notch.My family has used Dr. Bruce for 15 years. He is a wonderful man, surgeon and always does so much for our community.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bill Moore Smith for many years and recently visited his new practice. As always I had an amazing experience with the doctors and staff, and the new location and facilities are warm and accommodating and first class. I highly recommend RiverRun Health to anybody!

Appointment time was 10:45 for MRI follow up for my daughter. Showed up at 10:20 in case there was paper work that needed to be done. Wasnt called back until 12:00. Then we sat in the exam room for another 20 minutes before Dr. Bruce showed to explain the MRI results that could’ve been explained over the phone. Not to mention that social distancing guidelines weren’t being used. (In a Doctors office???) I stood for the first few minutes waiting on an open seat, that wasnt right next to someone. Overall Im pretty upset about the whole experience, Im sure Dr. Bruce is an excellent physician , but wanting a patient to sit for over an hour is ridiculous, especially for something that didnt even need an actual appointment. I guess billing insurance for redundant office visits is why their lobby was past capacity and it took over an hour for our appointment.

My family and I have trusted Dr. Smith, Dr. Bruce, and Linda for years with our health. The new office is conveniently located and parking is a breeze! The staff are so kind and truly care about their patients. We are so thankful to have such a great clinic here in Chattanooga!

New location is so nice and way easier to get in and out of than Dr.Bruce’s previous location on Gunbarrel.

It’s now 10:20 and I’ve been here since 9:50 for a 10 am quick X-ray. Seems that they’re not very concerned about their patient’s personal time. Someone came out at 10:10 to see if I showed up. WTH???? I won’t be using their services again.

No one will answer the office phone 531-9300 except voicemail with any selection of their answering machine!! And no return call when you leave a voicemail either. My daughter has broken her finger on Sunday and her pediatrician and myself have been calling them. I live in Cleveland and have other orthos here but heard he was the best. Who is manning the phones? If there is an issue put it on the answering machine to inform and reroute. If you work there or own the business call the number or delegate someone to call and make sure patients can get through. As a healthcare worker this is a huge pet peeve. Doesn’t matter how well someone can perform if no one can get through! Any info on what’s going on?

My daughter broke her arm after hours and I wanted her to see Dr. Bruce rather than doing the walk in ortho options. I emailed RiverRun HEALTH to ask if we could walk in next morning or have a very early appt. Within 15 minutes they responded and I was given an 8:30 next am appt!! The office is clean and beautiful and we didnt wait at all.
