My experience has been excellent. All staff and physicians have treated me:1) to the best of their ability.2) have been personable and mannerly.3) efficiency @ 100%.This institution is excellent in all ways.

Dr. DuPlooy and his staff are top notch professionals, who care for their patients with very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and timely advice. I highly recommend Dr. DuPlooy and his medical staff to be your primary care physician.

Met Dr. Elias a few weeks ago and I have to say that I am THOROUGHLY impressed. He is a very personable doctor who treats you like a person and not as just another patient. He doesnt rush through the process and listens intently. Along with that he actively uses the FollowMyHealth app and is VERY responsive to my questions. I have had several doctors in my adult life and he is indeed a GREAT doctor to have.

My husband and I had been patients of Dr. Dowlen for 25 yrs +. We changed jobs and no longer had insurance. We could not afford physicals or dr visits for over a year! Instead of them working with us they demanded payments and refused to call in our prescriptions. Therefore when my husband started voiding blood they again refused to see him. Now he has a diagnosis of bladder cancer. Which delayed his treatment due to not getting a PCP REFERRAL. I had asked several times for Dr. Dowlen to be notified and even ask for him to please call us! He never called us! None of the staff seemed to care. I decided they were more worried about money than their patients! Im very hurt and disgusted with this group. Hope no one else has to go through what we have. Im very hurt at Dr. Dowlen!

I have found a great group of Doctors and a friendly staff. I choose Dr. Rachel Labovitz and I couldn’t be more pleased with how quickly I got my first appointment and how her nurse Madison follows up with me in a timely fashion and answers any of my questions. Highly recommend Rachel Labovitz MD or any of the Doctors at this office.

Great care and very professional

After reading the reviews I felt compelled to write my own regarding the office staff. They are AMAZING. Last week I was having a horrible day when I walked in the door. They were all so nice, going out of their way to make sure I was okay. They were helpful and cheerful. When I left they all asked again if things were good. Maybe the staff has changed as I see most of those reviews are a year or so old, but I had a very positive experience with both Dr. Hollye Davis and the staff.

This office is, and will be, my first recommendation to anyone who is looking for a primary care physician. The staff is very professional, its always very easy to make an appointment, and the explanations that you get are easy for a non-medical person to understand.

I had to erase about 32 lines of how bad this place is but the Lord Jesus showed me that isnt the way to handle it. So I will be adding this Hospital to my prayer list.

Dr Rhyne is a great doctor but it is unfortunate that his office and support staff are some of the worst I have ever encountered. After 12 years of horrid service I have finally had enough and am off to (hopefully) greener pastures!

Dr. Sowell is the best doctor and very caring I recommend him if you are in need of a doctor! Our family trust him with our health!!!

Incredibly rude office staff. After going to Dr. Rhyne for 13 years, the practice said they would not take any of his patients which affects three members of my family. Now that Dr. Rhyne is gone, I would say stay away from this practice.

Dr.williams is a great doctor been going to him for years but the ladies he has working his front desk are absolutlety the rudest group of women iv had to deal with in i cant remeber all i try to do is go pick up my perscription monthly on my lunch break and seems like they have to have an attitude about everything everytime. Expecting me to wait in the waiting room like a sick patient when all i need to do is a quick pick up
