They NEVER sent me a bill but turned it over to a collection agency. I have no idea if they file a claim to my insurance. Services were through Erlanger. Very unprofessional!

They never sent me a bill or called about a balance I didnt know I had. I found out when it showed up on my credit report. Paid it immediately ($10.45) but my credit score was hit and I wont be able to get a loan for 2 years. Why didnt they ask my doctor for my address or phone number? Laziness. Stay far away from the Erlanger System and their subsidiaries.

Awful experience. They messed up filing with my insurance (filed twice for the same service), sent me the bill before the insurance processed their part - I called them and said I will pay in full after the bill is corrected. They have never sent me a corrected bill and sent my $100 to a collection agency. BEWARE! Read the reviews - LOTS of people like meP.S. After reading the others reviews, I actually wonder if someone at the TIIA billing dept owns the collection agency... securing a source of income for the collector

Sent to collections for a balance of 14 dollars that I had never received a bill for. What a joke of a company. Avoid at all costs!

Dr Hawk and Amy Knox are absolutely amazing. Im very thankful my path was led to them in the midst of chaotic, scary circumstances. They are so knowledgeable but also show great care. True lifesavers! Very thankful for TIIA.

Submitted my account to a collections agency for a bill that should have been covered 100% by insurance (if it was filed, as the insurance company has no record). According to the collection agency, the mailing address they submitted was incorrect. Dont call at the end of the day because they shut down the phones line early. Beyond mad that their error/mishandling might interfere with my credit. Every other part of my hospital stay was billed correctly except this one.Edited to add update: contacted promptly by personnel to respond to this review. Issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Paid my balance immediately upon receipt money was withdrawn but bill was still turned over to collections almost an entire year after the fact i had to dig for 2 days to find the records i have on file for it but I have the financial records on my end. i hope you guys know how to make it right. left you a voicemail 2018-02-13 Im not exactly thrilled i work up to 120 hours a week in EMS and do NOT have time for additional leg work.

I did not receive a bill from this company but I did receive a collections statement for $37.42. If sending collection agency letters expedites payment I imagine it is a useful tool but it does not create trust with a provider of medical services. Especially when you pay your bills and have excellent credit. Disappointing.

The first bill I got was threatening to send the balance to collections. I immediately paid it and I can see that the money was drafted out of my account. A month and a half later Im getting a collections letter from a debt collection agency. Judging by the reviews, this is a consistent issue.

My local clinic used them for my images. They sent me a bill so I called them. I explained to them that I have dual insurance and did not owe any money. I gave them all the info and address to send the bill to. I guess they are to lazy to file the claim. It is easier to turn over to collections.

The company had the wrong address and sent my bill for $15.38 to collections 36 days after the billing statement. I was forced to go to their office to get any attention to the issue.While looking for their office, I met two people who work at Erlanger that had similar billing issues that went to collections. This companys billing department is two 10x10 rooms filled with 12 people.If you have any choice in your provider, avoid this one. Make sure youre address is correct and make sure you pay immediately. Otherwise, you run the risk of your credit being ruined.

I work for a hospital who has subcontracted out the imaging aspect. My first bill was wrong, they did not take off the contractual agreement and said I owed the full amount. I then called the department to request a payment plan and did not recieve a call back in 2 attempts. I paid off the final 120 odd dollars in June 2017. Just recieved a collections request for 194.92 here Oct 10th. Beyond mad, hopefully I can track my paper trail and get this fixed. So frustrating!

I actually give them zero stars. They sent me a bill with threat of collections. No date of service, no provider name, no amount of the bill, only amount currently due. I have insurance and could not find out if the insurance had paid. Worthless bill!

This place is joke, I never got my bill from them and was sent to collection agency.Would never recommend anyone.They are just hungry for your money
