Company wants to work you like a slave and NOT PAY YOU! They don’t care about their employees and the workers there think they are all goody goody. I have had to contact the labor board about my pay and I will also be taking this further they need to be shut down!

I have a friend thats using this company right now. Shes had three no shows from the one lady and and then have the nerve to ask her if she wants her again She said no Three strikes youre out. Then one of the caregivers brought her family to work with an infant during a pandemic and the company still has her and wants to send her back to my friends house of course my friend said no thank you So therefore there is no one that will come to her house today because she turned down the two providers that they have. I am so disappointed in her care right now and I would not recommend this company to anyon. offered her worst of the worst. If she didnt need a caregiver she wouldnt have hired one and when youre in a house that you cant take a shower you cant make your own meals Its kind of hard to like this company as many no shows as she has had at least 10!!!

Worst employer ever. From corporate down to local management, they are just rude, cruel and don’t care about anything other than numbers. They do not support their employees. They say they train and educate their staff...not true. They put more on a person than one person can do. They say they “Set you up for success”...NOT true. I was not given the resources succeed at corporate’s expectations. When our office was visited by corporate HR, I explained to Mary Mayes that I didn’t have the resources to do my job the way she required. I expressed that I was hired to be the HR/ Quality Assurance Coordinator yet my office was in the front reception area which is not appropriate for interviewing potential new hires. Instead of offering support and providing me with the needs to allow me to succeed, I was terminated! Yes, that’s “AllWays Caring.”

This company is the most unorganized, unprofessional, unreliable, non caring, insensitive company Ive ever dealt with. They lie, make excuses, and they are unapologetic. Please save yourself and love one the agony of dealing with this company. Run and dont look back.

The absolute worst company to work for as they are highly unorganized and unprofessional. I’ve repeatedly reached out to Teresa Nightingale over at the Mt Juliet location about getting my final paycheck (which I was supposed to receive over a month and a half ago).. not only did she lose my timesheets and my check was never cut, she was very rude when I i asked if my paycheck could possibly be expedited seeing it was supposed to be cut a over 2 pay periods ago. Even though i didn’t work that many hours i feel like i deserve to get paid for my time. I’ve reached out to corporate about it, and hopefully they resolve it. I would not recommend anyone to work for this company

Very professional and sweet, nice and clean also organized with great pay .

Two of my providers were simply amazing. I could not ask for better. But while heading to various appointments I have stopped by the offices a few times. Each time, one or two employees were in there complaining about their pay being short...again. They cannot maintain staff in their local offices because they get fed up being yelled at by the employees because they are not getting what they were promised. I may add more to this statement once I see how my chat turns out with them today 10-23-2019.
