I have wanted to have micro blading done for a while, but haven’t found a place that I trusted to do something so permanent and prominent on my face. I saw someone mention the Curated Arch in a Facebook group with several comments about the quality. I spent time on her website and was so impressed with the beautiful gallery and Kim’s credentials.I booked appointments for the powder brows and eyeliner. Kim was great communicating immediately insuring I understood the scheduling process and expectations.I noticed the time allotted for the appointments were several hours. All I could imagine was hours of tattoo like pain. I was slightly nervous to get started.The space is located in the hip Southside area in a very chic industrial storefront. Kim welcomed me with informed and updated protocols in light of the Covid variant upswing. I was very grateful for her care in this regard. Once I was checked in, she began “mapping” my face and eyes, taking angular photos and marking measurements gently to insure precise application. THIS was so reassuring as it meant they would be proportioned correctly and symmetrical. She used my natural arch, eyes and eye shape to calculate the perfect thickness and general shape. She showed me the diagram on my face for approval before beginning with pigment.It was perfect.She was very attentive with utilizing numbing antiseptic throughout the process, checking in regularly so that I felt minimal discomfort. I would compare the feeling to rubbing gently on a sunburn if I felt anything at all. It was not bad and I was so relieved!Between the brows and liner, I was there for just over 4 hours but I’m sure it varies from person to person.Kim was so friendly and professional, from start to finish. I came home with a care sachet that includes step by step care and products to insure all of her hard work is cared for at home for optimal results.We scheduled my follow up when she will touch up any fading or deepen the pigment once it has all healed, if needed. As Kim said, “we can always darken or add to but it’s much harder to lighten or take away.” She is an absolute pro.I don’t typically leave such detailed reviews- but if you’re considering permanent make up, you understand what a big deal it is to know what to expect. This is a well-kept, professional business. Super clean and a calm atmosphere. Kim is very talented and professional! I admired her kind and pleasant demeanor and how she runs the business. She goes above to make sure you are comfortable in the environment and with the procedure. I did the powder eyebrows procedure and the pain level was 4 out of 10 (10 being intolerable pain). The after care materials she provided helped greatly with the healing process. My eyebrows healed less than a week. I absolutely love my eyebrows and I dont even think I need to do the 6 week touchup (but I have to do it). Thats how great she is. She gets it right on the first try. I havent worn makeup on my eyebrows since the procedure because there is no need. I highly recommend her. Even if I move out of state, I will definitely fly back to her just for my annual touchups.

I knew exactly what was happening during every second of the process.Most importantly, I came out of our time together being so excited about the work she did. I love my brows now and I am so impressed with how they turned out. I came in not really know what to expect but I was truly blown away by the results.
