Waiting on hold. Can’t make an appointment still haven’t been able to.

Are you kidding me???!!! With more than five-ten office workers at a time why for the love of GOD do we have to instantly be forced to be put on HOLD for five to ten minutes? I had surgery May 2018 for rectocycle and cystocele repair. So three months later it started dropping. When I went repeatedly to Dr. Weldon he kept saying it is fine. Turns out the cystocele dropped and is almost hanging out of my body so they were supposed to refer me to someone else to repair it. So at my last appointment for 2:30PM I counted 13 people that went ahead of me from 2:30PM to 4PM that day while I sat there waiting. Once my body is fixed properly I AM NEVER GOING BACK!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!First of all let me start off by saying they when I got to this office for my first initial appointment there was a big sign on the door they said the office was closed in both of the doors was locked I proceeded to try to call the office and while I was doing so somebody came to open the door after about five minutes and he standing there when I came into the office I asked the lady where they open she said yes were open and I said oh OK the doors wish I was a sure I told her my name she gave me two pieces of paper she asked me to sign to make sure all the information was correct all the information was wrong so I marked out everything and corrected it then she asked me did I have blue care I told her no I gave her my insurance card then her in some other lady proceeded to speak about me and my personal business what kind of issues I had my first and last name out loud to where the whole waiting room could hear it thank God it was only two people in there but the unprofessionalism is ridiculous after waiting about 10 minutes confusion I was asked to fill out a new patient paperwork which I should’ve been given when I arrived I ask her for my insurance card back which she had been holding onto the whole time she told me that she didn’t put it in the system and that I would have to give it right back I sit down and attempted to fill out the paperwork but before I could press PNC paper I decided to leave and find another OB/GYN office to go to.

Dr Weldon is an exceptional Doctor. He takes his time with each patient and addresses each issue. Cant say the same about the Dr. Bowers.

Dr. Weldon is wonderful! He has a great sense of humor and takes time to answer all your questions.

Dr.Weldon is very uncaring, didnt let me schedule an ultrasound because he claimed it wouldnt prove anything, had one done at another place and come to find out he had me almost 2 weeks ahead of what I really was. I have to take pills for epilepsy that makes me high risk never once brought it up or sent me to a specialist. Almost never answered any of my questions. Also found out through my mother that a friend of hers came to him to get a hysterectomy and somehow he forgot to clean out the cervix resulting in her getting cervical cancer!!! Hes very old and forgetful and seriously needs to retire. I wouldnt recommend him to anyone he gave me a lot of false information

Worst experience ever. First visit & they made me cry going home. No one is friendly & everyone looked at me funny because I had my daughter with me. Everyone had a bad attitude.

Poor service. Out dated technology. I made an appointment at 10:30 its 11:10 and still have not gotten serviced 😒 pissed. That was the quickest papsmear of all time. I should have listened to the other reviews

I am a new patient of Dr. Bowers and I have to say that I will never ever be back!!!!!! This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in all my 37 years!!! The staff was not friendly at all. They weighed me in the hallway and proceed to hollar my weight down to the women sitting at the desk then she handed me a cup and told me to go to the bathroom. I came back out and the had me sit down and take my blood pressure in the hallway and she started to ask me all these personal questions out in the hall.....then they took me to a room and within minutes the dr came in which was awesome... cause I was like sweet no wait.... the dr never introduced himself he just proceed to tell me to lay back je he started his exam .... in less than 5 min he was done and asked if I needed a prescription for birth control I said no he said have u had a mammogram.... I said no... he said u need to get one I will give orders for one and have a nice day...... I got dressed walked out and when I got to the hallway they proceeded to stand there and not tell me what was next or where to go .... I had never been to this office..... she said go that way and check out and pointed..... got to the front desk women had me a prescription to get a mammogram and absolutely no directions or where to go or what to do........ WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I left in tears:(

I was dismissed and was not given a reason why. Plus I was treated like a drug addict because I needed a referral to a pain management clinic. I broke my hip prior and was having complications.
