For routine visits, getting prescriptions authorized and sent to pharmacies this place is fine, but for anything serious I would go somewhere else. The doctors and PAs lack any bedside manner at all. Some of the nurses are kind and seem like they actually care.

Great location and welcoming staff. I have been a patient now for a year, they are quick to answer my calls and schedule appointments. It is easy to get a hold of a nurse.P.A. Natalie Ricks gives educated responses and delves into the reasoning for certain medical care. She very obviously cares about my patient needs.

My experience here was not great. My wait time was short but when I got into the room the nurse said “okay, so we are working on your leg today.” Umm, no. And then checked again and said “okay, your face?” Again no. I felt like they didn’t know what was going on. I was extremely nervous and the doctor had very little to no bedside manner. They also were only focused on one spot when I told them that day it was two spots. The nurse was very kind and accommodating; that was the only redeeming factor. But I would not recommend this place. I don’t feel confident in the pathology results and I will be having my other doctor Look at them. Do yourself a favor, look for another practice when having something serious done, e.g. possible skin cancer.Ps. The nurse at the Main Street location gave me my pathology results and said it’s nothing to worry about. But then said the doctor hasn’t looked at them yet. How can you tell someone it’s nothing to worry about when the doctor hasn’t even looked over the results? I left feeling worried and unsure as to what it was they had removed off of me.

I love going to visit Victor and have him take care of my skin. He has treated me since I was 12 and treated viral warts, acne, and now HS. I am very satisfied with his work and work that he continues to do for the love of his patients! Thank you Victor!

I have seen Kathrine Chastain and Anisha Mathi here and they have both been so nice and helpful! The front desk is very friendly and all the nurses have been great as well.

Incredibly profession and friendly staff. I make it a point to not give my business to a medical establishment that makes me feel uncomfortable and Dr. Chung and his staff are amazing. Im always greeted with masked smiles and welcoming words. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Not sure why this place got so many negative reviews, the whole staff was extremely polite and friendly and Dr. Kim was very knowledgeable and caring about my condition. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

This place lacks almost any and all hospitality on the Skin Cancer side. To doctors giggling at you to front people being generally inattentive or hardly ever being able to get someone on the phone- my overall experience here has been bad. Thinking that the whole nightmare was behind me and graciously covered by my insurance- I get a bill for nearly $500. Insurance doesnt know where they got this number and it doesnt align with any of my services as described by my provider or my explanation of benefits. No one is trying to help and are totally backing this predatory billing. Horrible experience that just keeps going. Would not recommend going here at all.

We’ve all had unpleasant medical office visits but I must compliment this office and the staff as nothing less than outstanding. This was one of the best experiences I can remember. Upon calling in for an appointment, the receptionist was very helpful in scheduling an office visit based on my limited calendar. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by smiles from the office staff and medical assistants and was promptly taken to an exam room without a delay. I was examined by a very knowledgeable Ryan Volking who took the time to educate me regarding my issues and resolve any fears I may have had. This office has a great medical staff and assistants. If I could leave more than five stars, I gladly would. I highly recommend this office.

My visit today was very unpleasant with the office staff. It was one of the worst experiences I have had to date. When I approached the desk for my appointment, the receptionist (Amber) was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I explained to her that I was still waiting to receive my insurance card and that I could provide her with my insurance number, group and provider name. She took approximately 2 seconds to enter the information and said that I needed to contact my insurance company. I told her that I have the number of the insurance company if she needs additional information. She tried to make me sign a not in network form. She declined to receive to number and said that she didn’t want to call them. I thought contact with health insurance companies is closely tied to front desk job duties. Everyone at the front desk was unpleasant and never attempted to help me. I attempted to speak to Wendy, the office manager to explain my situation and experience with Amber, but she was even more unprofessional and threatening...She basically said that I was responsible for Amber’s behavior and that I could receive a bill that doesn’t include my insurance coverage. She stated that the billing system did not accept my insurance information, even though, I have received verification from my insurance company that I have In Network coverage with this office and their medical providers. I was examined by a very knowledgeable PA, Ryan Volking who took the time to educate me regarding my medical issue.This office needs better trained, professional and non-threatening office staff and assistants. If I could leave an zero, I would based on my dehumanizing experience from the office staff. I don’t recommend this office. However, I do recommend Ryan Volking.

At the Skin Cancer & Cosmetic Dermatology Center I honestly had a great experience. When I first went I was very unsure of my situation. But Dr. Austin was very helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel more at ease. His recommendation definitely helped and was a lot quicker than I expected. The staff is friendly and also follows proper procedures for Covid. That is definitely a plus in a good business and keeping everyone safe.

Patients are checked in at a table outside office where your temperature is also checked. Makes are required and they have assigned seating arrangements. After completing necessary paperwork, I had just a short wait till I was called. The PA that saw me was very thorough and thoughtful. He asked me of my concerns and of any areas I may be worried about. I felt quite comfortable there and would recommend this clinic.

Absolutely the place to go. Everyone super nice and very knowledgeable. No long wait times and easy parking.

Hours are great for employees, not for clients or patients. They do sell over the counter products, but they are not open after I get off work, or when I can take my 30 minute lunch. Although not posted on the website I saw (I just re-checked it) the employees on the retail side close from 12-1 pm for lunch. I found the door locked, and a mildly agitated employee came to the door to inform me they were closed 12-1, which was not on the website I checked before heading over there. So no lunch today, and no product. In order to make purchases I will have to either take vacation time, or call in sick. I start work before they open, and get off after they close. Silver lining though. I found the same products from another source for almost half the price, and more conducive hours. I wonder how many more sales they will lose this way? Never attempt to buy here again after finding the same product for substantially less. Lesson learned.

Very friendly staff and great doctors with a great sense of humor. Very professional and thorough. This is best dermatology center I have experienced out of several. I must give a shout out to Natalie Ricks, shes the best!

In Feb. 2018 I was examined here for skin cancer. They found a melanoma behind my left ear. I was scheduled for surgery a couple weeks later. I was treated with respect and dignity. The surgical procedure went off with hardly any discomfort. Their facility is clean and well run. The staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing this kind of service.

I am so impressed with Dr. Littles knowledge and desire to help solve problems. He is very gentle and explains what he is going to do. This office has a full staff and his PA, Natalie is also knowledgeable and can help get you in and out if its just a check up. I dont like skin cancer, nobody does, but these good people, including Dina, really make sure you are taken care of. Im glad to have someone I can completely trust.

I had a good experience at my first visit. I got in quickly, but now I need to come back and I cannot even talk to anyone to make an appointment! I have left messages and even sent a request on their website. No one calls me back. As a doctor of veterinary medicine, perhaps my standards for patient care and customer service are high, but being able to book an appointment should be effortless.

I had an appointment in November for a legit issue. They were helpful and gave me tools to fix the issues. They told me to come back in January so that I could have a full body assessment done and get better established as a patient, and also to see if the issues from November had resolved. I showed up for my appointment today, and the PA was in the room for literally only a minute and a half. She quickly reviewed the same things she told me last time, which I had not forgotten from last time, and then told me to come back in 6 months for the full body exam that I was supposed to have done today. I paid my rather high copay of $50 for literally NOTHING. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Dr.Stewart Little is a talented and caring surgeon . He is easy to talk to and does wonderful work. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He and his assistant Dina are so nice and make the experience of the procedure as pleasant as possible.

The wait time for this office is consistently far too long. Did not get a room until over an hour after the appointment time and even longer to see the physician. Poor communication with my father after a biopsy. He received a call with only, “we need to schedule surgery” without further information or explanation. On top of this it is difficult to find parking. Because they overbook and the waiting room is always packed the parking lot is full. I ended up parking across the street in the hotel lot after driving around for 10 minutes. The facility is clean and that’s about the only nice thing I can say.

Another great visit with Ashley Thurman and her team for a place on my skin that she removed. Great Doctor, great staff, great parking. Im glad I found this place 6 months ago.

Great service & excellent treatment

This place was simply horrible in my third visit. Doctor Chang decided to give me a shot of some kind, for my skin rash. However when I asked him what it was, he simply said it is safe; I have to use it too. Even today I do not know what I was given. Every other doctor place gives you information on the shot you are given but no, not this place. Doctor did not even bother to tell me what it was. Being a chemist, I think it is unethical for a doctor not to talk about cons and pros before giving a new shot. But as I am an introvert, I did not ask further. What they did was malpractice.Also, two months ago, I had a benign tumour removed from my lips. I told the doctor on my last visit that another spot like that is growing and to my horror, all he said for it was oh no, I am not concerned about it Well I am. I am going to my PCP and getting me referred to another place and taking care of it.My worst experience ever!!! Never going there again.

Was very much impressed with this facility. The people were great from check in through check out.They have the very best people, facility and equipment.

My overall experience in the past year has not been met at this location. I hate that my Nurse Practitioner was recommending Dupixent for my eczema condition and didnt want to prescribe me the medication. I felt deceived by her lack of professionalism. I wish there was a way to get this reported. I pay good premiums for insurance for unprofessionalism by the nursing staff and MDs there. Im having to search for another facility to get care for my eczema condition now.

I have a baby and they misdiagnosed her for 9 months. I cannot believe they were that stupid. Luckily my mom instincts knew something else was going on and got another opinion else where. I only have one star because I had no other option

Dr Chung works fast and efficiently. He took care of both me and my wife right on the spot without any hassle. I would have given this facility a 5 star review but the old hag answering the phone is terrible with the customers and make you feel very unwelcome. We were both very sceptical to going because of her but ended up being treated great but everyone else.

Great staff and medical staff. Surface radiation therapy is awesome.

If I could give this dermatology center no stars and make a review, I would. Im stuck seeing a PA named Amanda everytime I come. Shes mistreated me more than once with incorrect diagnosis and medication sending me to the emergency room with anaphylactic shock and causing severe permanent scarring on my skin because she prescribed me an incorrect medication. This PA interrogated me when I did come back a different time for something different. She tried to belittle me and make me feel bad for not following up with her about my previous condition. Can you blame me for not wanting to come back?!? Shes scarred me enough! And yes, the old hag answering the phones in completely rude.

After waiting an hour and a half past our appointment time, we were taken back, therefore I figured everything would be a breeze. No. Wrong. 4 different employees came in to check on things before beginning the procedure, one coming in after another to verify that the person before had indeed came and done what they were suppose to do. Which shows me there’s no communication between employees. Just altogether seems like they don’t have it together.

Dr chung saved my eye sight from bascil cell that grew inward on my upper eyelid I have been a patient since 2004 I love and appreciate this man and staff and now he has a plastic surgeon on staff dr. stewart little and asst dina . dr little and his staff has been such an amazing asset to the team. I will never go any place else..they have become my family

Everyone is so nice, and Dr Kim is wonderful and listens and answers any questions you have.

I have to agree with Gabi Taylor, no stars if I could. Dr. Chung only wants your money. I really think they took a biopsy of a bug bite I had scratched. Do not go here. The doctor who is shadowing right now is doing all the leg work. I am paying to see Dr. Chung not someone else. The said they needed to numb the area first. I said , for what? They did not tell me they needed a biopsy. They only speak to each other. Always several in the room with Dr. Chung. Do not go here. Office personnel are rude as well.
