Popp Dental empowers my young 4 year olds and ensures that they are very comfortable with their care. They are constantly smiling and happy through the visit. The staff also knows how to get them in and out super quick which is a big plus for me! My experience there has always been breezy and I no longer dread the dentist visits for them. Excellent work!

Team Popp was amazing! I took my daughter there and it was her first visit to the dentist. She was nervous about what was going to happen but the whole team made her feel comfortable. Dr.Popp and staff were very polite beginning with the arrival time,at the check in counter. I am truly thankful for the consultation on behalf of my son. Now, we understand matters of needed construction for the mouth. The team we work was everything. All staff there understand his or her job responsibilities; and respect that from each other. The office was clean and very comfortable. The wait time was excellent. All 4 of my children where seen and taken care of. The only thing that I didnt like was that I didnt get to meet the Dr. However, the dental assistant staff was amazing as well as tne front desk staff.

My 3 kiddos were in and out in 40 min and smiling ear to ear after their appointments. They are great with kids! The environment is inviting for children and from the receptionists to the dental hygienists to the dentists, everyone is reassuring and patient. It was my youngest’s (3 yr old) first dentist appointment, and he willingly went back with the kind hygienist WITHOUT me. I was shocked. He had a great first experience at Team Popp Dental.

This is easily the best dentist/orthodontist I’ve been to. They made my feel like family. When my daughter and son had to come with me, they went along with my daughters magical fairy bit, and played the wii with my son. Dr. Popp always had a smile to share. The entire experience was fantastic! The front desk gals were very personable and accommodating to my daughter who was nervous about her first appointment at this office. The girls in the back were sweet and patient with her too. then Dr Popp came out and did a wonderful job at making my daughter feel at ease. I literally have not a single thing to complain about! Great staff all around. I have a special needs child and they were wonderful with her, complimenting her “baby” and acting afraid of her plastic bugs, snakes, and rodents. I really like that any questions they have are directed at her before me because of her age, she like to feel “grownup.”

My wife and daughter enjoyed the experience. My daughter got her first cleaning and is happy to go back in 6 months. I am thankful that they got her in about an hour before her scheduled appointment.

Team Popp has been a part of both my son and now my daughters delightful dental experience for several years. The office is very clean and the orthodontic assistants are always personable and helpful in answering any questions. I had an issue with my daughters insurance coverage and Vee (financing) honored the initial quote we were given a year prior to being able to start the treatment. I sincerely appreciate that accommodation.Dr. Popp is a kind soul who has always greeted us and extended conversation beyond teeth talk. We feel like we know a bit about him beyond his role as an Orthodontist. I highly recommend Team Popp:)

I haven’t ACTUALLY been a patient of Dr. Popp’s in almost 15 years, but I have gone in a couple of times since then to have my retainers remade (I wear them every night, so they were just worn out). Although most, if not all of the staff had changed each time, they have never been anything less than the most courteous, friendly, and most professional people that I’ve ever done business with (at the Gunbarrel office). Dr. Popp is also the best. He’s so friendly and funny and will take all of the time with a patient that they may need. I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Popp’s office to anyone looking for a wonderful orthodontist. They truly are the best.

This place deserves a 10 star rating. It’s clean, the staff are welcoming and friendly, we did have to wait quite a bit to see Doc Popp but it was quite busy in there and the wait was eventually worth it. Doc Popp was super friendly and explained everything about dental hygiene and my son’s condition, things to avoid etc, he wasn’t in a hurry and he patiently received my questions. Great place, great staff...will definitely be bringing all my kids here :)

Our 2 toddlers had an amazing experience at the Team Popp office- everyone made them feel so comfortable and excited about their cleaning. Doctor Popp and his staff have the right mix of working with adults and young people. The staff is friendly but professional. Dr. Popp is great with my granddaughter. Her teeth are straightening beautifully and she has only had a couple of day/nights discomfort. I would recommend Team Popp Dental to anyone!

The Team Popp Gunbarrel office is a great place because of their friendly dental team and staff.

I took my daughter for her first visit today, and though she wasn’t able to get her teeth cleaned, she was able to get comfortable with the place/staff, and hopefully next visit will be a success! (She’s 3 now) I also met Dr. Popp for the first time today, and he’s great! Love everything about this place! Especially the ice cream. ;D

From the initial consultation, to the initial evaluation, and through the entire invisalign process, the entire experience was designed for the customer.The front office staff were friendly, always answered the phone, and were very accommodating to my difficult schedule.The assistants in the office were also very friendly. I felt like Norm on Cheers every time I was there. They were asking about my family, my house, and even my city. I could swear they have a dossier that they are required to memorize on each patient. I never left the office one time without a smile on my face.Dr Popp was a consummate professional. Very organized, new the exact direction to go and how to get there. I might add that he was also friendly and customer oriented. As I was working out of state for an extended amount of time, he even offered to come in once on a day off to assist me. I have never heard of this from another medical professional.My only critique is I wish they would find a way to straighten my teeth without having to dig around in my mouth. That being said, the team made this as pleasant as possible and were very understanding and pro-active in preventing discomfort.From talking with friends, i have learned that the mail-order type scenarios can be a very painful process without good results. This is one thing that needs to be handled correctly (if you want to eat solid food any time in the next 18 months).End Result: My teeth were a mess to start. This place is horrible! We went to Dr Gill for years and it was wonderful. Once it changed to Team Pop , it went spiraling down. The office staff is a joke. I have gotten bills when they were paid. The office so called manager is the worst. Please beware of this place and keep good records.

I had a family emergency and missed one appointment when I went in to reschedule they told me my children were dismissed that they have valuable customers that could have used that time as if my children are not valuable . I did not receive a reminder for the appointment either. Most of all I Wonder if we were not discriminated against because of being on state insurance.
