I am so disappointed. Before I called and made an appointment I confirmed that it would be a free consultation. I walked in asked again and was reaffirmed it was. I walked out to billing they said I owed nothing. Then I get a letter stating I owed over $80? I didn’t get a x-ray, just a quick look in the mouth. It was really in and out kind of thing. So I call and ask why did I get a bill and the lady responded “we would never say that.” Then why did I ask 3 times??? And get the same answer. I all I is frustration for this place. After I’d call they’d transfer me me to a line that instantly had a busy tone and disconnected.

I have never been so insulted in all my life. The staff was great and super helpful. Dr. Tipps on the other hand was possibly one if the rudest people I have ever met. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

My experience with Dr Tipps never got passed the Xrays. They lied to me. They told me over they could pull all my teeth next week. After they got my money it was july. They were rude as hell.

The staff is quite possibly the most aloof and rude individuals ever seen in this type of setting. Everyone from front desk to doctor seem to be bothered by the patient. Went back in after 3 days from wisdom teeth removal with pain on the right side, the nurse told Dr Tipp that the right side hurt, he approached and said so youre left sides bothering you he then applied some medicine and turned to his computer, him or the nurse did not say anything about the medicine or post visit procedures. Definitely would not recommend this office.

My 26 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth removed when she was 15 and they will not see her sister because insurance didnt pay the full bill and they say we owe them money. I think this is stupid to hold someone else responsible for a bill that is over 10 years past.
