I have never enjoyed coming to a dentistry office as much as I enjoy coming to this place! Chelsea, Stephanie, Sheldon and Dr. Webb are so so wonderful, the atmosphere is GREAT, the vibe is awesome… I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I’ll definitely be a patient here for as long as I can be!

When I was a child I was taken to a Dentist that hurt me. I had been scared every since. Then 37 years ago I found a young Doctor Webb. I was so scared to see him. Doctor Webb is so caring, passionate and takes his time. He is always asking if you are ok? I now take my daughter. One thing that impressed me about him, his staff stays forever! That says a lot about the Doctor. You will NOT find a more professional staff. They ALL are the BEST!! Thank you for keeping my teeth beautiful ❤️.

I have been an established patient for more than two decades…I have never been disappointed in my professional experience with Dr Webb or Laurie my hygienist. My care has always been above par. Therefore my rating is only for the lack of communication and nonprofessional treatment regarding Pam and her curt way of telling me my insurance was no longer in network. Recently I went in for my routine cleaning only to learn that my coverage had been dropped out of network by the office staff. Now, I had no idea I was not covered until I was there as no communication had been afforded me regarding such.I learned that my value to this practice is only as good as the dental insurance card I hold and when I contacted Ameritas I learned it was the office that dropped out and this was confirmed by Pam when I called to question.It would have been nice to know that my coverage has changed due to office decisions and communicated to me before I was blind sighted at my appointment. Very disappointed by the lack of professional courtesy and respect for a long standing patient.Laurie will have hard shoes to fill! And my personal relationship with my dentist lost due to this situation. It is a very poorly executed practice…one that I hope will be reconsidered in the future for long standing established patients.Thank you for your response; however, when I spoke to Pam (front office manager) and told her I was mostly upset about no one alerting me as to the change. She never said anything about a letter going out. I think she would have known. I asked her why my carrier was dropped? We’re they slow pay? She said Cari snd Dr Webb made the decisions as to who to keep.It is funny that I get billing… reminders … but no alert as to coverage changes. My daughter who lives elsewhere and had different coverage suffered the same fate.., no letter… dropped coverage. Coincidence? Or actually no letters ever went out. My conclusionI would like for you to resend that letter to my home address. Thank youCarolyn (Ceci) Dodd

Dr. Webb and Laurie have been taking incredible care of my teeth for over a decade! They are like family. They truly care about you and work so hard to give you the best care. Ive always felt comfortable there even in situations when I knew I was about to get a shot in my gums lol.

Dr Webbs practice, Downtown Dental, makes going to the dentist something you dont need to dread! Great location, great office, friendly folks, and most of all, high quality dental care make this the best dentist office in our area!

Today I went to the dentist for the first time in maybe ten years. I was extremely anxious and self conscious, but Stephanie was patient, non judgmental, and so kind. I am so grateful that I was able to receive care in such a welcoming setting and instead of being afraid of returning, I am looking forward to my next appointment and the improvements I can make.Dr. Webb was also very friendly, took his time to chat with me, and prompt.

This dentist is AWESOME! Dr. Webb and the staff here are amazing, and make you feel right at home. They all greet me by name, and are always able to brighten my day! The time I spend here is enjoyable, and they clean my teeth and get me out on my lunch break! They do great work, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist.

When I hear people say they dread going to the dentist Im so confused. We have been using Dr. Webb for YEARS. The staff is always so friendly and they treat you like family. I cant imagine ever going anywhere else. My daughter now drives three hours to go to the dentist because she refuses to use anyone else. The entire staff is wonderful!

Stephanie is fabulous. My gums are never sore after a cleaning, and she is so gentle. Dr Webb has done a filling on a very sensitive tooth, and I never felt any discomfort during the procedure. I was numb, and he was gentle and patient. If you are looking for a dentist and a hygienist, go see Dr. Webb.

The staff at Downtown Dental is warm and friendly and makes every visit very easy from start to finish! The dentist, Dr. Webb is gentle, smart & runs an efficient office. He i is experienced & personable & so is the staff. The new office is great & thank you - they kept some exam rooms with bowls in which a patient can still spit! I love that!

Dr Webb and his hygienist Laurie have been caring for my teeth since for better than decade. I’ve had great experience professionally from both of them. I have feared and hated going to the dentist since I was a small child. I had some bad experiences throughout my life with dentist, that is until I found Dr Webbs practice.
