The True Dental office is very professional at all times. I appreciate the care and concern I receive as a dental patient. The front desk is efficient and friendly in dealing with signing in and billing necessities. The dental technicians and medical personnel ask questions, listen closely and carefully respond to my thoughts as a patient. I recently decided to switch dentists and this was a great change. All the staff has been very friendly. They treat you like you are at a spa! :) Not even kidding! Its really hard to find a dentist, that you feel comfortable and can trust with your dental needs. I moved to the south 2 years ago. I had a hard time finding a dentist I trust. Finally, I found true dental. First time I came in for my appointment, they made me feel right at home. Everyone is very nice, customer service is outstanding. I am 65 years old. My first dental visit was when I was 6 years old. In all these years...I have never experienced the kindness and family atmosphere (at a dental clinic) that is given at True Dental Care office and clinic. The staff and dental doctors...treat you like family...not like a numbered patient. The wonderful service that these doctors and staff give...is beyond belief for a time such as these where it normally is everyone for himself/herself.

My 16yo son had his new patient appointment and cleaning today. Dr. Thompson was personable and thorough. My son enjoyed the experience and had many good things to say about the cleaning as compared to his last cleaning elsewhere. I had not been to the dentist in over 15 years. I had a lot of anxiety about going due to some pretty terrible past experience. I ended up choosing True Dental based off of a recommendation from a friend and I am SO glad that I did. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. My dental hygienist (Trista) was fabulous! Believe me when I say that my teeth needed some help! I felt no judgement at all from anyone in the office and I was very well taken care of. I dont actually dread my next appointment, which is a big deal for me.

Most comfortable dentist office I’ve visited. Don’t worry about sitting in the waiting room forever. They honor their appointment times religiously and the entire staff is wonderful and very informative. I wouldn’t go anywhere else after going here and would highly recommend using them for your dental needs

Best cleaning I have ever had! Due to Covid I was late getting my teeth cleaned so I really needed it. Tristan was amazing getting the job done . The offering of a blanket, neck pillow and chapstick, followed by the warm cloth with lemon essential oil made it more like a trip to the spa than the dentist! Wonderful staff from start to finish.I also witnessed a staff member helping someone fix coffee, so nice to see kindness in this world.

My husband and I were knew to the area and my husband was having problems with a tooth on a weekend I believe was Sunday. We called a dentist who happen to be Dr Davis. He took care of my husband right away. We were extremely impressed.We made Dr Davis our dentist and he is the BEST dentist we ever had and we had a few throughout our lives.We recently moved 6 hrs away and have travelled back to have Dr Davis take care of our teeth.In our 65 yrs of age he is the best dentist and I highly recommend him to all...I hope that we can find another Dr Joel Davis closer to us.

I am, ordinarily, terrified of dentists. I have had some awful experiences in the past that make me really anxious and avoidant when it comes to dental care. Dr. Davis and the whole team there, however, have made me so comfortable and cared for every time I go. I dont think Ive ever felt safe in a dentists chair until going to True Dental, and they really understand and sympathize with my anxieties and help me get through appointments that are easy (like a routine cleaning) or difficult (like getting four fillings at once) just the same. They even responded to my worried call after a long appointment with what I could expect, and to call back if I had any more troubles. Not once did they make me feel incompetent or weak. If I could give six or seven stars, I would--and thats from a tried-and-true dental scaredy cat!

The Doctor explained the procedures and gave me a breakdown of everything that needed to be done. All the issues and concerns I had were explained because it is going to be a complicated procedure .

This is, by far, the best dental practice I have ever gone to (and Ive been to many). I had them work on my teeth more than five times before feeling comfortable enough to write a rave review. Often, companies preform awesome in the beginning then get lazy. I guess I was waiting for Davis Family Dental Care to get lazy, but they never did. Every time I went, they exceeded my expectations. They have resources to make the unpleasantness of dental work more pleasant...as if the focus of the dental office was taken from the perspective of the person in the chair, not the ones hovering over it (mouth guards to block the nasty stuff from going down your throat during dental work, big shades so the light and water splatter arent so bothersome, a warm cloth at the end of the visit to wipe your mouth, and the list goes on...). But what good is all of this comfort if the dentists are lousy, right? Despite looking young, Dr. Davis has shown greater knowledge than any of the other dentists I have seen. Dr. Thompson Jr. is also amazing with his ability to answer all of my questions in a way that makes sense to me. They dont hear my questions; they listen to them, inspect what Im talking about, then answer. Every time I leave, I am 100% confident I could not get better quality service or work anywhere else. And the staff? Amazing and friendly! Every one of them!

Got a filling done and there was no pain and was super fast, out in 40min. Staff is very nice, just be careful if they try to charge for something you didn’t ask for!

I went for my initial appointment today at Davis Family Dental Care and I was blown away with how amazing the entire office is. From the front desk staff, to everybody that works in the back, to Dr. Thompson, they are all so friendly, caring, and easy to talk to. Dr. Thompson was probably the best dentist I have ever spoken with as he was engaging, attentive, and gave me multiple different approaches to relieve my dental issues. I left the office today in a great mood due to the high morale of the office and feeling confident about the future of my dental care. 11 out of 10 recommend using Davis Family Dental Care.

Crowns well done but complete waste of thousands on replacement upper partial. It does not line up with lower teeth resulting in coughing, choking and swallowing difficulties. Fits so poorly easier to remove and chew without. Broken partial performed better.Great staff but very poor finished product for me.Davis Dental did respond to review and offer further consultation. I have decided not to pursue further treatment but appreciate the concern. Based on their response I have upgraded my review to three stars.

I had not been to a dentist in three years before becoming a patient of the Davis practice. I found the staff to be kind, professional, and highly skilled. Their open and welcoming office culture was extremely i important to me because I recently became a double below-the-knew amputee. I was made to feel accepted and respected. They even brought me a neck pillow and sunglasses to make me comfortable while they cleaned my teeth. After my cleaning, the hygienist tool the time to make for me a cup of Earl Gray tea. A visit to the dentist doesnt get any more medically beneficial or more comfortable than the experience than at David Family Dentistry.

Dr. Davis is very professional and his staff is incredibly friendly. I love that his practice is small because it makes it feel more personal. They also do a great job at patient education. The reason I chose 3 stars instead of 5 is because visits can sometimes feel like a sales pitch. They always have something they recommend for me to buy.

The entire experience was amazing and a blessing from God. I was new to the area and was in extreme dental pain. I was personally contacted by Joel and after hearing my issue and he opened the office on Saturday to treat me. From the moment I walked in the door and heard Christian music playing I knew this was a blessing. His entire staff treated me with love and compassion. He provided a pain free tooth extraction and root canal. I was provided with a comfort menu and enjoyed the headphones listening to praise and worship music while his highly skilled blessed hands repaired my dental issues. I have traveled all around the world being a Veteran and have never had an experience like this with a dentist. Not only did he treat me (on a day the office was closed) they took the time to explain my plan and gave me a affordable treatment plan detailing my coverage and cost. I cannot put into words how grafetful and blessed I feel to have Joel Davis as my dentist and I highly recommend him to everyone. If I moved tomorrow to another State I would make the drive back just to have Dr Joel treat me!!!!! God bless

The most caring sweet dentist I ever met! I had an emergency follow up appt. from a prior week outside my network dentist and then called his office today to get more of a treatment plan and he was wonderful. The girls in the office are so sweet and welcoming and work really hard to make your experience relaxing and also went out of their way to find me an appointment that worked for my schedule. I went to Dr. Davis after having issues with fillings done by another dentist. He ended up redoing one of the fillings. The level of care and attention to detail was far beyond what I had experienced in the past. He did everything from start to finish. The process was much more detailed than when the filling was initially done. I was very pleased with the service and care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Davis!

Dr. Thompson is an amazing genius. He fixed a filling that a previous dentist had messed up and kept saying there was nothing wrong. He found the problem in 2 seconds and I have been pain free since. During these hard times (ie.Covid19 and Tornado aftermath) my Husband suffered sever pain due to a cracked tooth. Davis Family Dental Care offered him treatment, and eventually relief. Their kindness, and professional practices were exactly what was needed. We are extremely thankful to the entire team.

The office has been nicely remodeled and of course the staff is great. Dr. Davis has been the brightest change of all. He is always informative so decisions can be made to meet the needs of his patients.And, he apparently takes pride and is going to do it right the first time instead of trying to correct something already made! Having a new device built and I will have the 3rd fitting shortly.

Dr. Davis and his team are absolutely fabulous. He is well versed in new technologies as well as breakthroughs in the world of dentistry. His work is exceptional!Also, I have to tell you about the excellent customer service I recieved today. I had a temporary crown that fell off and was causing me pain when water or air hit it. They called and got my permanent crown delivered early, AND they squeezed me in. I cannot believe how hard they worked to get a permanent solution, even though a temporary one would have been sufficient. I am so grateful!
